Waited 2 hours for pizza to be delivered! Was given an estimated time of 1 hour, which is too long to begin with. Driver arrived and waited another hour for the food. Not a one-time problem. Last time I ordered the driver waited an extra 30 min for the food. I stopped going in myself because order is never ready when app says it is. Employees avoid the service counter and ignore customers. Its been bad for years and is getting worse. Has to be a management problem.

Went into the lobby to order some pizza and noticed the only employees were standing in the back of the kitchen staring at me as I waited to be attended. I stood there for a total of 15 minutes. At one point one of the hefty black female employee looked over at me and told the other employees that I am still just standing there . It was disgusting, gross and callous behavior by the employees just ignoring me completely without any regard for customer service. Hands down this has been the worst experience ever I ve ever dealt with concerning food service and I NEVER leave reviews but this was unacceptable. I hope they get reprimanded and replaced asap.

So much for hot and ready . We ordered through the app with a pickup time of 5:45. We ordered a CHEESE pizza, a pepperoni pizza and some crazy bread. Got there a little before the pickup time, but the food wasnt ready until almost 6:30! The place was packed with pissed off people, and the staff refused to talk to anyone. We chalked it up to it being a Friday night. Took the pizza home, (3 minutes down the road) and everything was cold. The cheese pizza was so cold the bread was hard, so obviously it had been sitting for a while, despite us waiting almost 45 minutes for it. They also did give us the marinara sauce we paid extra for. We tried to call to get an actual fresh pizza and of course it rang and rang for 15 minutes so we hang up and gave up. I m not sure what I expected wit it being Little Caesars, but apparently fresh pizza is too much to ask for.

I tried to go tonight and the guy working the register told me and the guy ahead of me that he will not be accepting walk-ins and if we wanted pizza we d have to order it online. First of the cheese puffs were over cooked, they were almost empty in the middle. Now on to Issac, never have I felt like my business was unwanted. From the moment I stepped in there his attitude was horrible. When he told me it would be 15 minutes he said it in a tone of voice like he was trying to talk me out of ordering. When my food was ready he scanned it and did not even bother handing it to me instead he pushed it across the counter and it almost landed on the floor. I am not one for doing bad Google reviews at all unless I feel like it is really warranted and if I could give him zero Stars I most definitely would. I will be calling the manager I can tell you that. If you want pizza please go somewhere else.

This location used to be good. Was willing to give this place another shot after it took way too long for my order of ONE pizza to be made, I saw that only one person was staffing the whole store. Shout outs to that guy doing his best to hold it down. Today I see I made a mistake coming back here. Same story: one pizza ordered, already way over the promised time of around 20 minutes. Big impatient crowd waiting inside. Wish I could refund so I can just go somewhere else. I see in the reviews that this has been going on for a while. AVOID THIS LOCATION. The pizza estimated time was 45 mins to hr. The cuts were HORRIBLE. While I dont expect it to evenly sliced, they were cut without quality and throw into box. Hi, My claim was denied to investigator stating that there was adhesive on vehicle. I would like to dispute the denial. I have been visiting the Dickinson location for years now. I have never had a bad experience until now. Im being honest regarding the damages and Im being treated as a fraud. I feel this is discrimination. Im driving a 2014 BMW it is not the latest but I have not had any body repairs on the vehicle. I notice 2 cameras at entrance. Which made me feel confident if any incident occurred. When I entered the carwash I entered with 2 side mirrors in tact.when I exited I only had 1. This is unacceptable to deny and speulate that adhesive was placed on mirror. I have copies of black and white pictures. I would like to see and understand where the adhesive is? What color is adhesive? I can get documents to show that this is original part for vehicle with no damage from dealer. Please provide footage. How can a claim be denied from afar and denied stating that adhesive is on vehicle. The car should have come out as it came in. The footage will show no adhesive. I would like to settle this at this level. I have used services there in the past which I can show proof of and show that I never needed to submit a fraud claim. I have 2 children which I have to travel with and since damage had to try and travel and manuveur safely with no mirror. This is an attempt to appeal the denied claim with the claims department.

This is not a single time negative experience but the last 4 times that I have ordered pizza from here were all less than deserving of even 1 star. I use the app and it gives you a time your pizzas should be ready and 4 out of 4 times the pizzas were not ready by anywhere from 25 min to over an hour. This last time, on my third time inquiring about my pizzas and being told they aren t done, I just stood at the counter instead of leaving and after another 15 min of waiting, watched the guy hand me pizzas that had been sitting on the counter the entire time. At this point the pizzas were room temperature at best after I waited 45 min on pizzas that had been sitting out on the counter the entire time. Based on the complaints of the customers around me, this is a frequent occurrence and this establishment needs to be revamped because I have never experienced any other Little Caesars with such disorganization and run so poorly as it is at this location.

As the guy took my order i asked for just 2 pepperoni pizzas and 1 with some extra topping. i had been waiting for about 30 minutes and the place was almost completely empty. There was 1 other guy waiting but, he ordered after me im pretty sure more people were showing up and ordering. Some people got their orders way before me. They were very rude and disrespectful and told my boyfriend after he said if the food was ready it would be 5 to 8 minutes again. I ordered a pretzel crust pizza because I thought it looked good online. Would I received was nothing like what I ordered. It was flat and hard and had a 3 ring of crust around it that did not resemble a pretzel at all unless you count pretzel salt as making it pretzel crust. So I went back in and showed the guy at the counter the pizza and he didnt seem to find anything wrong with it. He said they exposed a lot of crust on purpose for pretzel crust and I told him it wasnt pretzel crust, that it looked like a thin crust pizza with some pretzel salt on it and he said maybe they just didnt put enough butter on it and that he would fix it for me and I said no thank you. So they remade me one that looked worse than the original except it had butter on it so it made the crust cook darker but that does not make it a pretzel crust. The second pizza is basically a frisbee with a tiny bit of cheese, some pepperoni, and some pretzel salt on it. It is flat and hard like a thin crust and does not look or taste good. And they didnt seem to care that what theyre passing off as pizza looks nothing like what theyre advertising online. I have attached pictures of what I ordered versus the two pizzas I received for reference.

Its fast food... BUT! The little check out girl was personable, kind and had a great attitude! Not only that, they actually had some hot-n-readys that were, in fact, Hot and Ready. Fabulous. Maybe not the healthiest choice (especially after roller skating practice) but it feeds the family after a late night and I didnt hate the place. I was hesitant at first - because no drive through and yuk peopling is gross - but it was actually nice and the humans in the building were inviting. Ill go back when I need an easy and quick dinner. Waited over 20 minutes for a single order of bread sticks. Staff seemed utterly disinterested in the customers waiting for orders to be filled or placed. When I entered, I had to cringe at the cashier who couldnt help but snicker at the face that customer was giving her, she laughed with her friends. The man in front of me was visibly irate at, what I now know, was an abominably long wait for food and she thought his irate expression was hilarious, so much so that she had to stifle her laugh while interacting with him. The service here is a joke. I can t get away from this place because it s one of the few things my kiddo on spectrum will eat. They are slow and the pizza is never ready. My favorite is they don t put pizza into the portal. So last few times I have gotten warm pizza because I am not notified when pizza is ready. Today I ordered pizza at 5:23 and was told the pizza would be ready at 5:49. Got my pizza at 6:10. Luke warm ask employee why is it not hot, she said nothing and walked away. Food was cooked, with crisps on sides , some burnt, one had off look. Cashier was nice , mullet , nice for pizza place. Cook was only one cooking at time , no pizza (hot and ready) . *my combo was cooked fresh , yet for some off reason seamed coldish. There was ingredients on floor not much , but as I am guest , one should not see that. Ceilings were scuzy , as it looked not to have been cleaned in a while. Tonight I ordered at 7:47, it did not come out until 850. I tried to cancel the order and they told me that I could not cancel. I will never be back at this store. **Update** The area supervisor called me the following Friday. She apologized and made all kinds of excuses. I figured I would give it one more shot. This location has significantly declined over the last year. I guess were gluttons for punishment because we keep going back hoping things will be improved. Today, I ordered several pizzas. Shortly before my order should have been ready, I got a call saying they were out of deep dish pizza dough. I asked for a refund, which can only be done for the whole order, not just those pizzas. I didnt want to start the order from scratch since I was in the parking lot and could see the line, so I asked what other options I had. The employee indicated they could make the same pizzas with a regular crust. I asked about a price correction since the deep dish is more expensive. He said the price would be the same. Over an hour after my order was placed, I finally get my pizzas, and when I get home, I see that they didnt actually do what they said, and what I received is actually $5 cheaper per pizza than what I paid. Really disappointing, and after 20 minutes on hold, I still cant talk to anyone about it, so hopefully I can save some others the trouble.

I ve lived in the neighborhood for about 8 months this place has horrible management. The employees are just lacking management I guess, it s ridiculous. First time I came in to get a hot n ready there s never any ready to go. I tried again but ordered online 30 min before, and still we had to wait over 15 min for my order to get in the pizza portal from the time it said my order would be ready. Get it together guys this place is always packed with people just standing around waiting.

HORRIBLE!! The food is not good to begin with. The pizza was cold!!! I was waiting for a pizza for over an hour, and then it turned out my pizza was done a long time ago, and they didnt know it was done. WASTING MY TIME. When I asked how long it was there, I was given a horrible attitude. And then I had to correct my order because they did some things wrong. All in all, NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN, and I would have given ZERO STARS, but unfortunately, that was not an option.

Little Caesars can admittedly vary dramatically by location but I must happily report this is a good one. Been here my fair share of times and never the slightest issue with the pizza. It can get a little busy, so do recommend ordering online so you can waltz in, hit up the pizza portal, laugh at everyone standing around, and beat feet.

Honestly, it used to be a great store, now the cashiers refuse to give change, and tell you after you have ordered that it has to be card or exact change or they wont serve you. This has happened on multiple occassions, and usually the manager will them the change to give to you, but apparently tonight the person in charge felt it was ok and better to deny service than to make any attempt to do their job correctly. It would be understandable if they put up a sign to let you know, but instead they are rude and talk down to you, and if you ask for the franchise owners number to call, they tell you they are going to call the police. This store has really gone down hill.

First off, forget about Hot N Ready pizzas. Not once have I ever come in here and seen a pizza that was hot and ready. You will have to wait for one every time, which defeats the entire premise. I ve developed the habit of ordering and picking up pizza here using the app. The first time I did so, they accidentally gave my pizza away to someone else (not even sure how that s possible with the pizza portal system, but they found a way). So I had to wait 10 minutes for a pizza that should have been ready. No discount, no apology, nothing. The second time I came in 5 minutes after my pizza s pickup time, and they had already removed it from the portal (even though there was plenty of open spots) and it was now room temperature. Now most recently, I arrived 20 minutes after the pickup time due to bad traffic, but the pizza still wasn t ready! There was a big crowd of people waiting for pizzas that were supposed to be ready 20 minutes earlier. This place is completely unorganized and ill-equipped. UPDATE: I gave this place one last chance, I am now standing here waiting on a pizza that was supposed to be ready 40 minutes ago. No manager is available to talk to, they won t give anyone his/her contact info, no refunds, no apology. Just kids shrugging their shoulders.

Gave Many chances at this location. Undercooked EVERY TIME for the 3rd time I had to recook in my oven. Time between when it s expected to be done and when it is actually done is very significant. This was my 1st time delivery from this location also it went through 4 drivers since when they arrived the food wasn t ready. This is my last time at this location.

This place is in need of a serious cleaning. The dust is so thick on the ceiling tiles, walls, front counter ...basically everywhere. The floors in the front looks like they havent seen a broom or mop in weeks. Everything needs to be cleaned......I can only imagine what the back and kitchen looks like if they dont care that the front end isnt presentable.

Watch out folks placed an order at 8pm tonight said 815 pickup. Show up and they lost my online order. Manager was over at Burger King feeding his face. The poor students who work there seem to be lost with no direction or focus. Turns out this isnt the first time as it has happened to other customers. The pizza here is a lot better than the last time I had Little Caesars. I dont know if this goes to all Little Caesars its a restaurants around or its just this one but we got a normal pepperoni pizza and everything about it changed. Crust was a lot thicker and tasted more premium. Same goes for the cheese and salsa. I swear the salsa looks like it was from some Italian pizza restaurant .. did you get there. Although my only issue was that there wasnt hot and ready pizza to pick up. We did have to wait about 7 minutes for them to make us a fresh pizza. I mean, it was fresh so whats there to complain about, lol

Manager gives out burnt pizzas with brown cheese. Very rude to customers. Told me not to come back and took away my pepperoni pizza for asking her to exchange the cheese. She said she would not exchange anything and for me to leave bc my pizza wasn t burnt but the person who got a pizza next to me checked theirs and it didn t look the same neither did the pepperoni she gave me look burnt. She said it was not burnt but just looked like that bc of GREASE. I order lil Ceasers every week and just moved to the location. When I went back to the old location and told them what happened they said they have a lot of customers with many stories who drive across town to them to avoid this location. They they here all kinds of stories of rude and lazy management.

The other night 11/06/2021 I ordered online 3 Pizzas for my children because their grandparents were watching them, the pizzas were horrible and so was the service. First of all my mother went to pick up the pizza and they only gave her two of the pizzas. Then the pizzas were horrible they werent assembled correctly. I have attached photos so you can see. I have to say if you want pizza dont order from this location. If I was there I would have immediately request them to refund me my money.
