Moving can be an incredibly difficult process and even with the hurdles Rice, Dylan, Juan and Lewis did a phenomenal job. The amount of effort, attention to detail, unwavering dedication they made sure that the move was completed before they left. I commend the guys for their genuine concern and sped with our move. It was originally suppose to be more guys, but even with the mix up on this schedulers end they guys were great! I definitely recommend this team of heros for your next move, the respect is unmatched. They treat your items like their our personal items and operate out of kindness.

Square Cow moved us yesterday from Cedar Park to Austin. They gave us the A-team. Kai, Brett, La Marcus and Juan brought two trucks, great energy, experience & efficiency and got the move knocked out like no one I ve seen before. Just recently moved using Square Cow Moovers (for the 2nd time)! Just an awesome experience! From the beginning call answered by the staff (Ashley), to the estimator Michael, it was soooo easy, friendly and professional. Then came the moving crew of Brett, Jeff, Kai, and Demarion. Unbelievably professional and just plain great! They took excellent care of our furniture, etc., and worked so diligently and steady. If we were to move again, Id try and figure out how to make sure we ended up on Daniels schedule. He and the crew were excellent all the way around great communication, on time, friendly, fast, and careful. I was paranoid about the new wood floors in our house, and the team moved everything (including a king sized bed) without leaving a single scratch. We have friends moving in the next few months, and well be recommending Square Cow to all of them.

Kai, Justin, and DJ worked with me yesterday to move the entirety of my third floor, 800 sq foot apartment into my new house. Despite the stairs being a huge pain and it being a fairly warm day, the guys had great attitudes and worked efficiently to get me into my new space as quickly as possible. Their spirits honestly made the day way more fun than Ive ever had moving. All of my stuff made it in great condition, and they were very careful to make sure everything was placed exactly where I wanted it in my new home. Given that they wrapped all the big items, disassembled AND reassembled my bed, along with moving all my stuff (including 200+ lbs of dumbbells), this was the EASIEST money Ive ever spent. If/when I move again in the future, theyll be getting a call from me without a doubt.

My fiance Craig hired you for our move. I would like to note before going into anything that we spent 1 day packing our entire place and had everything ready to go the day off the move. Im pregnant and did this! For starters on your end, yall charged us a over 1,200$ when you only moved 70% of our 2 bedroom place!! We still have furniture at our old place now, and other items which they failed to move. Our dryer no longer works after the move yesterday. Our star furniture dresser knobs that were broken clean off of the drawers, so now cant open one of the drawers. Missing 2 of 8 of those now, PLUS they scratched the entire front side of the drawer.. The power bank for our electric bed was not moved. The staff said they left out at the old place and we checked after the move and it was not there. But I did find another power bank for my electric desk, that was not moved with the desk. Still trying to find the power bank for the bed! There is much more, but now I have to get ready for work this morning. I am pregnant and this has been nothing short of a nightmare. My fiance and I both upset about the price, service, men that were sent when you know we have antiques. Our furniture and applianced are now broken and we will have an apartment full of stuff that we were told to figure out. I will note you did send extra staff that were great and experienced, we appreciated that and thats the kudos service we expected out the gate. Regardless that you sent extra staff at the end - there is the stuff left at the old place still that we needed moved yesterday. The damages and the extra move, were not what we hired professionals for. My fiance and I were not stressed about the move, even through packing because we had everything handled and ready for the day. The fact we couldnt have someone move this in one day, and had a crew show up without their own supplies they said they needed, such as tape for blankets.. is absolutely ridiculous! Plus, now we cant even do laundry because our dryer wont even turn on! My fiance spent this morning double checking everything to be sure it was connected properly etc. It was broken by your team, it doesnt work. This is not all. Im sure we will have more as we try to find what we moved, not moved. Ive already opened boxes that said fragile, only to discover the boxes were dropped more than likely because of the items inside.

As I unpack I see the great care they used in packing. I pointed out some of the important things but have found things like a cherished cookbook from my grandmother that was carefully wrapped before being placed in the box.
