Nails done so sloppy and when the girls were doing karaoke you would think that the workers would be like oh good job that was great. No, they were on their phones! And make was so bad.

The girls had the BEST time at the spa party. From the second you walk in the planners handled everything. It was almost as relaxing for the parents as it was for the kids. They had a blast singing karaoke and getting pampered.

We attended a birthday party here last night and the kids had a lot of fun. The girls working were very attentive to them and kept them engaged. The small number of reviews complaining- you have the space for 2 hours. The staff does a little foot spa, cucumbers and face masks for relaxation time. Kids get little champagne juice glass things. The staff paints the kids toes and fingernails. Puts easy kids eyeshadow and lipgloss on. Plays games with them like musical chairs and freeze dance. Kids can also do karaoke. They don t provide food or cake, but they do serve it. They provide the plates and stuff. They also give little spa goody bags. I don t know. I think my sister paid $450 for up to 10 kids for 2 hours. In my opinion it s a little steep, but the kids LOVED it and there were 3 (maybe teenagers) working the party. So I mean a chunk of that is going to their hourly wage. I get the price. The staff was great.

I am so disappointed!!! I looked forward to having our granddaughters Birthday party there. I was asked the date of my party and the package that I wanted, so after I emailed the info, there was mo response!!!! I have emailed her about ten times about are we booked for Mov. 4th 2023, I m very easy going but when you don t respond at all is so unprofessional! If you you couldn t do it? Then just respectfully email the customer back so that we can make adjustments for our party. Now Nov. 4th is around the corner and we have to plan something else, I pray that you find help so that your business won t fall, I believe you have a good concept, but lack in communication skills to the customer. Perhaps something urgent has came up, and if so please reach out to me and make things right. Thanks for your time.

Had our daughters 6th birthday party here. It was perfect and for a great price! The girls had so much fun. Clean, beautiful decor, professional and friendly hostesses. Very convenient and non stressful for a little ones Birthday party. Highly recommend.

My daughter had her 8th bday here and she had a blast. Its the ultimate glam day for little girls. The venue is fully decorated and the owner and staff were very sweet and took care of everything (except food). It was great just to sit back and enjoy my daughters specials day w her friends and not have to worry about the stress of setting up, entertaining, serving or cleaning. Thanks Sprinkles in Pink!

Cute concept. Place was hard to find due to poor signage. Run by teenagers, needed better organization. Makeup and nail polish sloppily done. Nothing fancy to it really. A bit of one color eye shadow half put on eyelids. Karaoke idea was cute, but it was just music playing from an iPhone. No screen with words for the kids to read when they didn t know the words. The dress up was a boa and old beige fedoras. Painting was on a small canvas, ok. Give you a tiny plastic to-go container with water for paint brush. I was constantly getting clean water, re-filling paint, and getting paper towels for clean up (which should have been done by staff). They played pass the parcel with a pumpkin, freeze dance, or whatever it s called. Things you did at sleepovers, or could do at a party at home. No food, no cake (which I understand bc we did that elsewhere) but not even water to drink! Kids always have fun when they are with friends, however, now that I know what this is, I personally wouldn t spend my money here.

This was a recommendation of a friend and I m so glad that she did the booking process was simple and the customer service was amazing!! The ladies were all so patient and kind! They were accommodating to a small delay that I had as well. The venue is an little girls fantasy- enchanting! When the customer service is excellent, telling everyone you know is a joy!

The girls had a blast and truly enjoyed the spa day party. My daughter loved all the pampering and fun provided. They took care of us like princesses. Definitely recommend for a Hasselfree party the kids love.

My daughter and her friend had a blast here. There was great communication with the owner to set everything up. The staff was amazing and so friendly. They really tried to engage the girls in conversation and made sure they were having a good time. There was even karaoke at the end. I would highly recommend this location to celebrate the little one in your life.

Would definitely recommend this place for a little girls birthday party. The staff were so attentive to the girls and very friendly. They kept the girls buisy from the time they walked in to the time the party was over. I was so surprised how well planned it was, and the girls absolutely loved it. I thought the room was decorated so pretty and had a good setup. They even helped clean up and organize all supplies that I had brought (bowls, utensils, food, and cake) and even helped bring the gifts to the car after. I cant say how impressed I was with how my daughters party turned out.
