If youre looking for healthy and delicious food close to the Houston/Galveston area, this is the place to go! We absolutely loved their gyro, salad, and tzatziki (the real deal, with yogurt, not the cheap sour cream version). Every time we plan a beach trip or visit to or from the Kemah area, we make sure to plan on dinner/lunch stop at Gregorys. Its refreshing to see an owner actually care about providing healthy and good food for his customers! Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetarian as well as pescatarian options to choose from, such as spanikopita, salads, fish/shrimp, desserts!

Ive eaten here several times, the food is always outstanding, and plenty of it. The menu has a ton of choices. Today I got the Halal wrap and orzo salad. They forgot to put the orzo in my bag. When I noticed, I went back up there. The owner apologized and insisted I take a free baklava. Obviously, that wasnt necessary, but I appreciate it and it was great. Excellent place, excellent people, even better food.

Gregorys is a lovely local restaurant with some great food. The gyro is always tasty, and a great standard. The pizza is good, the salads are good, the hummus is fantastic. I havent had a bad thing at this place. The volcano fries, gyros, and hummus are favorites for my family. They have a lot of different options for sizes of items and then items in general, so it is easy to find something to please everyone.

The food is amazing! Even though im not typically crazy about Mediterranean food, this has me changing my mind. The volcano fries and the big Kahuna gyro have me wanting to go back for more even when Im stuffed. Prices have gone up but then again what hasnt. The owner is very friendly as were all the staff. Great small personal owned business, not a big chain. Will definitely be going back.

One of the worst restaurants in this area! This was our second time ordering take out, since they dont really have much of dining room to sit in anyway. The food is extremely over priced - $80 for 2 kids (6) pizzas, 3 meatballs (which was supposed to be souvlaki), a gyro, and some hummus. My husband placed the order online for beef souvlaki, but when he got home, it was 3 (very dry, very sad) meatballs with rice - and no, with 2 hungry kids to feed, going back was not an option. I was disappointed with our first visit, when they first opened, and thought they were still trying to figure it out, but it doesnt seem like that will ever happen. There are so many other good restaurants here. I wish we had a good Greek place as well; sadly, this is not even close.

Delicious Gyros and Baba ganoush is out of this world good!! Falafels are excellent and pair perfectly with Tzatziki. Had their mint lemonade and it was so refreshing. One of the best gyros youll find! Love coming here. Only been a handful of times (regretfully) but Gregory knows who I am when I walk in. We came a couple of months ago and have been dreaming about it ever since. The first time we came we got the Gyro Plate and the Classic Gregory s Lamb Gyro with Greek Fries. They do not skimp on the amount of Lamb that goes into the Gyro Plate or The Classic Gyro. It s clear that each dish is made with the highest quality ingredients. Not to mention the owner is SO welcoming and the environment feels family friendly. On our second visit we got the Falafel to start, 9in Classic Gyro and the Lamb Chops with Fries. (Summer 2022) Never been here before and havent had a good gyro in some time. We had the classic gyro with beef and lamb meat combo. The small 6 inch was MORE than plenty for us. We topped it off with balaclava, OMG!!! I assume it was the owner at the front counter but he ensured our meal was good, he came back and checked on us. The store is clean and a great accidental meal we had. Would I go back? YES!!! UPDATE (11-12-2023) We returned to Gregorys to help us with a family dinner. We were able to order an ENTIRE tray of baklava the day prior and they fulfilled our request!! Again, not leaving any quality out. I couldnt be more happy with this small shops quality, service and friendly atmosphere.

We have lived in League City since 2017 and we had not tried Gregory s Gyros until last week. It was the Best gyros we have ever had and we ve lived all over the place! We loved it it so much we went back two days later! The first trip we ordered the 6 inch classic gyro with the halal beef/lamb with fries we shared. So good! The following visit we ordered the Big Kahuna and the Philly with the Greek Volcano fries. It was all delicious! They grill the pita and all the gyros are full and spiced just right! The restaurant was very clean and neat, Gregory was taking orders and running the register and he made sure everything was ready n point! We will go back! I was truly happy with the food and the owners. They were really sweet. My food was fresh and my pizza was HOT. If you read the story on the wall about the history of the family, its actually pretty amazing. What a genuine place. They were so accommodating to my request and questions. My tried and true Mediterranean restaurant in League City. Every time I come here the owner is at the register ready to help explain the menu and he s very kind. I LOVE their hummus to share and falafel wrap and I m always a little too full after finishing my meal. I used to come here all the time food was so much better. What I got charged for 2 gyros is way to high especially when we didnt get anything with them no sides. Extremely pricey $25 for 2 gyros, no frys or drink. Salad had so much feta cheese on it that made the salad extremely salty. Simple place with great, fresh and delicious food from an extensive menu. We had the 6 classic gyro with generous portion of halal meat w/out msg, homemade tzatziki sauce, lettuce and tomatoes and it was plenty for lunch. Very good, you can taste the fresh ingredients. Plenty more to explore from the varied menu. Although I didnt try it, I would recommend the hibiscus tea. The baklava for dessert was great also, also homemade. One order is enough for two. Gregory the owner came out to talk to us and make sure we were pleased. Yes, we were more than happy to discover this restaurant and we will be back many more times.
