This is a famous New Orleans cafe in Dallas but I thought it was only average. The whipped espresso was so soft for my liking. Also the waffles was a bit warm and the fat was not melt in your mouth like the way I like it. However, their bestseller, macchiato was great. Beignets were scrumptious. The cafe also serves scones (didn t try) even tea. Overall, the taste was just alright to me and I would highly recommend this place. Its better than Starbucks tho.

Out of the last 5 times I ve purchased a coffee from the Grand Prairie location, 4 times has the coffee spilled. The cups don t shut properly and this time the coffee cup failed again and I had coffee all over my shirt. I was trying to support this business but I just can t risk it. Not to mention that this time around, my coffee went up in price .50, higher than Starbucks! ******* My review was then answered, apologizing and stating to email someone by the name of Christian Peterson. That was also no good, emailed 3 times and no reply to this day. ********

I went for a latte and beignet this morning (07-12-2024) and it was very disappointing. I was the only one in the drive through and the order took over 15 minutes to fulfill. The iced latte wasn t iced at all and they must ve used old grease or something on the beignets because they looked disgusting. I ended up throwing them away. Unfortunately I won t be coming back anymore.

Came here because I heard they have pretty good beignets & coffee. We didn t make the morning run but came right before noon. It was a chill vibe inside. Wry unhappy with my service here, I went through the drive thru. It took them forever to take my order. And then when it was finally time to pay for my order and get it, I was waiting forever, I had ordered two coffees and a croissant and a bagel, and they tried to give me the order from the person behind me! Hadn t made my order! And didn t even get my order right! And the food was gross! And the entire interaction took forever, just for me to not get what I wanted

Do not go to the Grand Prairie location! The girls there take their sweet time and hand coffee cold. No customer service there. Twice we have been the only customers there and it takes them over 8min to hand us our lattes. And if you say something, they roll their eyes at you. That place needs some serious supervision or it s gonna go out of business. I live in GP and will never go back . I can go to Starbucks and with a line of 5 cars in front of me, I still get my order quicker and HOT!!

I stopped buying coffee at chains like Starbucks a long time ago but my wife, who is from Louisiana, suggested we try PJ Coffees one day when we visited relatives. Now, we make excuses to see them just so we can go to PJs. My only regret is that theres not one yet in Mansfield. My wife, kids, and I have tried numerous things on the menu, such as Frozen Hot Chocolate, Caramel Granita, Lattes, Cappuccinos, and of course, Beignets Everything tastes good every single time. To boot, weve never had bad customer service. The employees always greet us with a smile and are more than happy to help us. We even snuck in a trip on the way to the airport early in the morning, and the service was excellent. Weve been at least 6 times and will continue to visit every chance we get.

First-time to this location since our trip to New Orleans. Came in loved the vibe, could see that batistas were busy, we reviewed the menu after we waited. After several minutes, my wife noticed that we hadnt even been acknowledged by them as coming in. My wife said good morning and asked if we could get some help. No, she didnt say she was busy, and as soon as she said it, you could tell she realized she fed up and proceeded to take our order. The whole vibe here is great. Stopped in to grab a coffee and croissant with friends. The staff was bickering the entire time. It took 20 minutes to get our drinks which were cold and werent supposed to be. If I could give this place zero stars I would. I placed an online order for 5 dozen beignets 2 days before I needed the order. I arrived to pick up and was told they weren t ready. Not we don t have your order, it just isn t ready. The employees were rude and made excuses instead of being apologetic. They said it would be 7 minutes and 20 minutes later when they still weren t ready and I questioned how much longer it would be the rude employee continued to blame me and say it was taking long because I ordered 60, as though I walked in and ordered 60 instead of placing an order in advance. Ordered a mocha blended coffee, it was bland at best. While it was ready to pour, the barista decided to take a separate drive-thru order instead of completing mine, so I waited. Requested napkins from another employee because the napkin holdets were empty, but she chose to empty a trash bin first! I ordered some beignet and they gave them to me thrown in a bad without being in a container or anything and NOT COOKED all the way! Flys are everywhere by the coffee machines and as advertised Friday flight coffees on their social media& instore on tables yet they said they don t do that no more due to them being new employees & management told them to IGNORE request for flight coffees which are samples of different coffee. I had originally came here for the flight coffee Friday and was very very disappointed. Coffee wasn t that great either. They aren t that friendly besides 2 employees and they left a customer at the drive through for a long time and were in the back talking. They ended up giving me another bag of beignets still not cooked all the way! They insisted on remaking the beignets instead of giving me a refund after I told them I don t want the beignets anymore. me and my cousins originally came here for the Flight Fridays. It s advertised online and on all of their tables but we were told that they don t know how to do that so they can t or that they no longer do that here because they were never trained on how to do it so we just ordered drinks instead and none of them tasted good. The pumpkin shaken espresso tasted like alcohol not bitter like coffee can taste but like alcohol. The pumpkin iced latte had no flavor.. which I don t know how that s possible. We also ordered a couple of orders of beignets and they were not fully cooked. They were mushy right when we got them. Flies everywhere. Near the coffee and the pumps. Came here for the flight coffee Friday s. They were all new , and said they don t do that anymore and another said they also don t know how. Ordered a praline & cream latte , so gross. Awful experience - it was my first time here and the girl at the counter just did not listen. I asked for recommendations, it wasn t busy, there was no one behind me. PJs is definitely mobile notary friendly. I was able to meet my clients here in a reserved space just to work, conduct a small meeting, study, or even just read....they even had a printer available to use and not to mention wifi.....ooh and lets NOT forget the wonderful treats, foods, and pastries. I thought I would give this coffee shop a try since they are super close to my house. I arrived at 10:44am on a Sunday and the drive-thru had no one at the order station and one car at the windows to pickup. I wasn t greeted at all once I pulled up to order. In fact, I waited 5mins until I had to say Hello to see if anyone was going to take my order. I ordered a medium iced Carmel Macchiato with a single shot and a medium Match blend(not sure what the actual blended drink is called). I pulled up to get my order and was handed a small iced caramel macchiato. I told them I ordered a medium but was told since I only wanted a single shot in my drink they put it in a small cup. I m confused because I paid for a medium drink but was given a small cup due to me wanting a single shot of espresso in my drink vs the traditional 2 shot in a medium. My matcha drink was terrible. Tasted like matcha in blended water. It s sad that I really wanted to give this place business since they are so close to my house, but my experience here has led me to drive further out to Starbucks to get quality drinks.

I needed something to go to so I could do my studying of my homework. With that being said, it was pretty decent and not bad. The young lady that waited on me was kind, but she got her muffin names mixed up...lol. The boss or owner who answered it was very kind and nice and said I would be taking care of it, and I will be able to use the Wi-Fi there if I requested it. Its off a main busy street but its a very large, wide street in that area. I would say the weekends are perfect to come there. Also too it looks like they have board games for families to play. They do have a rewards card also when you spend so much at their cafe. I believe theres also another one in Irving... I believe it is just two locations.

Connor - server was simply amazing. She handled being left alone on a busy busy morning with grace and dedication to her job, employer and customers. The beignets were spot on! They definitely are authentic to Louisiana. Im so happy they havent been altered in any way. I tried the mango iced tea and loved it. Thanks for having more to offer than just coffee. I will definitely return again and again.

This is my personal experience, the food itself I wasn t a big fan of at all, the drinks were overly sweet and got my order wrong the first time. I ordered some beignets and they were raw in the center, my family and I couldn t eat them all the manager and servers were nice that s why I have it three stars the atmosphere was okay and the establishment was clean and calm. They have some games on the inside it s very cozy but unfortunately the food I had received wasn t that good :(

For a location that rarely has any drive-thru traffic, on my way to work thinking itll be a quick stop because there was no line at all!, was asked to wait, after a couple of minutes and no comeback I said hello? and then was asked what I wanted, I named the drink I wanted just to get asked again to repeait the order and once I did I was asked to wait again...this is the second time I sat there waiting, last time I waited at the window about 5min for a drink, nothing major just a drink off from their menu without no special requests., this my fault because after that prior experience here I come again, I just left and bought my drink from Starbucks.

Worst blended coffee, and worst costumer service I ever had, I decided to give it a try and now regret it. I waited like 5min or more in the drive thru speaker and never got an answer, there were no cars in front of me so I pulled up at the window and I had to wait another 5min or more until they took my order, they just said that they were having trouble with the speaker sensor, any ways I got my mocha granita, which was not even blended and it didn t have any flavor at all, first and last time going there

Very clean from the outside. We did drive thru. They opened the window and we got a waft of burnt popcorn smell. We ordered two iced lattes and they tasted like burnt popcorn. No sugar free drinks. Very pricey.

Pulled up to drive through they asked me to wait so I did, 5 min later still no response until they asked my order. I told them my order & pulled up to window. Waited 10 minutes, then they took my order again. Waited another 10 waiting for 2 coffees & a sandwich. Once again, my order was taken. Then it turns out they don t have the sandwich I wanted so wait is another 5. Waited 30 minutes in drive through line meanwhile everyone else behind me drove off.

First time we came a couple months ago and gave you guys an excellent review. Today a very different experience. Took 24 minutes to actually get our cafe all day and my husband is at the counter still waiting on 2 orders of beignets. They used the excuse that they also had to wait on the window so everybody at the window got served but the people in the restaurant had to wait. 30 minutes later we get one order. The young lady had a bad attutude and said 2nd order would be right out just had to be powdered. Asked for manager and no manager present. 4 minutes later 2nd order arrives.

It s the first time we are at this location. Mr. Andrey (apologies if I spell it incorrectly) and his crews are very passionate and helpful. Quality of food is very good. Drive thru is incredibly slow. Cars are just driving off without their order cause theyre tired of waiting. We went in after hours not realizing they were already closed. But Andre, an off duty employee who was having coffee with a friend, went behind the counter and turned on the machine and made us coffee. I ordered the Strawberry Rose White Chocolate Latte hot and it was amazing! This is easily my new favorite coffee. And thank you, Andre, for going the extra mile!

Passed this coffee house and turned around to check it out on my way to airport. The gentleman were very friendly and helpful with making a selection. They had a few flavors that seemed to be unique to their shop. The atmosphere was very pleasant and place well kept and clean. The fact they have games and it s spacious also made me happy! They even have a meeting room if you needed one of those while enjoying your food and coffee. Check them out!
