Super great experience! They were already closed but the front desk worker (Aiden) rememberd us from the day prior. They ended up still taking our order! Very appreciated for their kindness and willingness to go out of their way to make our drinks. Will most definitely be coming back. Amazing snowcones/Smoothies with a cool summer feel! Employees are incredibly rude and unprofessional I waited almost an hour for my snow cone because they literally forgot to make it. I asked them for the status on it 30 min after ordering because I don t like to be that person to rush service workers, but when I finally asked, they were really rude and not apologetic for forgetting about it, at all. Then they forgot to make it AGAIN LOL and still didn t apologize. They also had the drive thru blocked off with a cone even though I came at 4pm and they close at 8pm. If you want to wait 50 min to receive a snow cone, then this is the place for you!

No AC inside, got my order incorrect the first time, then forgot to remake it. Multiple people behind me got their orders first, spent nearly an hour waiting on a snow come. Employees were rude and unprofessional, looked like they didn t know what they were doing. Didn t know how to make a snow cone that was displayed as the special of the day . Constantly on their phones or not working, overall bad experience.

Employees were messing around in the kitchen and were not punctual, floor was dirty and wet, no napkins in half of the containers. My friend and I went for the sonic event and got the sonic and shadow flavors. They both tasted awful. I have been to this location before and gotten a regular flavor that tasted good, so hopefully it was only these limited flavors that are horrible.

The establishment itself was very clean however the service was subpar to say the least. I truly wanted to enjoy my experience here but the staff were cold and not very inviting. Upon entry we were not greeted and of the 6 employees working it took much longer than anticipated to be able to order given the fact that everyone who d already seemingly ordered before us was served prior to our arrival. Once we d ordered we waited as 4 drive thru orders were completed and two separate groups of customers arrived after us. Both were greeted with enthusiasm that was not present at our entry and both were approached and served in an expedited manner. My fiancé and I are not the kind of people who seek out trouble or want to initiate any kind of conflict however, after sitting for more than 15 minutes as we waited for our snow cones and watching the joyous, speedy manner in which customers both prior to and after us were served, we were filled with discontent. I will say we did receive our orders after about 20 minutes and the quality was excellent. If this review was solely based on quality I d give the establishment a 5/5 with zero hesitation. Unfortunately service must be taken into account and as much as I wish it was better, it was not.

Was so excited to try Bahama Bucks for the first time especially since I m 8 months pregnant and wanted a treat after a long walk, only for us to get there at 7:42pm and as soon as we walk in they don t greet us and just yell We re closed . Why have it shown that yall are open till 8pm but close the drive through & inside way before? Yall should consider changing the store hours to reflect that so people don t waste their time.

This is by far the worst Bahama Bucks in the Houston area. I ve already reached out to their management about the health code violations, and they just responded that the staff are trained in health code. I came in about 2 months later and they had lost my online order and once again I watch the girl making the order scratch her head with her gloves on and proceed to press down the sno cone top with the same gloves. The staff have bad attitudes and the big girl with blonde hair does nothing to help her co workers. Will be going to the new Hawaiian Shaved Ice place in Seabrook from now on. This location is not worth time or money.

Great customer service! The snow cone tasted great. I ordered a 32oz Sour Apple snow cone with condensed milk. I had gummy bears and nerds as my toppings. I ended up paying a little over $11. This venue offers a wide variety of desserts and toppings. Overall, Id visit this franchise again.

This location has gone downhill. Burnt out lights. Overflowing trash cans. Rusted A/C vents. Dirty ceilings. Employees not wearing gloves or hair restraints. Broken acrylic displays. Sticky, unclean tables. Chipped counter tops. We haven t visited in a while and it seems like the franchise owner hasn t either. If you are willing to wait 15 minutes for a $6 snowcone, that s what you ll get here.

Waited in line for 20 minutes just for them to tell me that the drive thru is closed and to come inside if I wanted to order. I do not think this is fair. If the drive thru is going to close at a certain time, okay fine but I had already waited in line for some time. Someone could have put a cone out, just as they do when the drive thru is closed. Instead, they had me sit for 20 min and pull up to the speaker to inform me I needed to come in. I had 2 toddlers with me and appreciate the convenience of a drive thru. This was terrible customer service, had I received an explanation or apology maybe I wouldn t be so disappointed.

I went there today it is 17 September around 3 o clock or so. I normally love this place I go to Bahama bucks all the time. The last couple times I have went I have not got my order correct one time I ended up with no condensed milk and stuffed fine. Second time I ended up with no stuffed. No condensed milk ended up with heavy whipping cream and popping rocks K fine and just drove away dealt with it. Then today I went there. I tried to get the same thing that I normally get And she never put condensed milk on it. She never put stuffed ice cream in it like I had asked so when I got to the window she gave me my cone no condensed mike and no stuffed again I had asked her hey I wanted to have it stuffed with condensed milk on top. She said she never heard me say condensed milk and stuffed but that she was going to charge me $.89 for the condensed milk but I told her that it still wasn t stuffed and that this is the third time I have had issues where they weren t correct so she told me not to worry about it she would just fix it without an issue and then she came back and said unfortunately she had to charge me because my one drink was seven dollars one I got before that was only five of course no condensed milk, no ice cream so she tells me to wait so we go and wait the line went pretty fast which I was very impressed with so we wait she comes out with my cone looks beautiful. It Stuffed has condensed milk. I got a half inch down on the top of my snowcone, and there was no flavoring. I literally got a cup of shaved ice with no flavoring, barely any condensed milk and of course stuffed so you can imagine how I feel And I think she did it purposely and that s not cool. You should check who you got working like I said the third time in less then one month.

If I could leave negative stars, I definitely would! We stopped at this location to get my wife a snow cone. They charged her the normal $9 for her sugar free snowcone. Then informed her that they had no sugar free flavors. Oh, and she did not know how to give a refund. So my wife asked for a sugar free Red Bull to pour in her shaved ice cup. She was charged an additional $3 on top of that! We live 60 miles away making it difficult to just come back and deal with. Terrible experience!

Great place to cool off and grab a shaved ice! Can get a bit packed every now and then, but its definitely worth the wait. Would have given it 5 stars, but the mens bathroom needed more attention as the trashcan was overflowing and there were no more paper towels. Flavors & selection, outstanding. Its bad though when their food truck at a water park is more reliable than a storefront. Went through the drive-thru yesterday. Pulled up to the menu and saw a sign that said the drive-thru is broken and you had to pull up to the window and order. Ok, no problem. I work at 5 but its 3:50 and were not that far from the window. 30 minutes later, weve only moved up one car and Im ready to bolt but were blocked in. We drove away at 4:43 with one snow cone that was *wrong.* Got it for me and my kid to share and neither of us even wanted to eat it. Even if I had wanted to, I barely made it to work on time anyway. Well stick to Kahuna Joes on 518 from now on. So disappointing.

This place sadly time and time again has been disappointing! Today was by far the worst! I got a strawberry cheesecake with cream and to my surprise the cream was absolutely spoiled! I mean the smell of old funky milk! At first I thought it was the cup from it being wiped with the wet towel they use before handing it to you which I m sure is disgusting itself! But as I hit home the smell seamed to be coming from inside the cup, then the taste of spilled milk hit my tastebuds and that s when I knew it was the cream used in the snow cone! What a shame! This was our first time to bahama bucks and we really enjoyed it. They were balls to the wall busy, but Emmory really kept things going. On top of being busy, they were also running out of things and training a new employee but Emmory really held it together given the situation, especially for a young professional. I only go here for the kiddos but I asked for shaved ice only with no flavor (sugar), and when I got home, the ice was salty in patches. I immediately told my kids to throw everything away. Wow oh wow longest wait time for 2 snocones, seemed to be more focused on other things then getting the herd of people in and out. We sat for little over an hour for ours. An almost FULL house and wasn t even give some sort of reassurance. I feel for the young lady who was actually WORKING! Horrible service at the end of the day.

Took forever to get my order (two small snocones and one regular). I had to remind them to give me my third snocone. The ice was big and flaky, and my daughters had large chunks of ice. There wasnt enough flavor syrup either. They are also having the window cashier ask for tips now with a tablet. I wouldnt mind tipping if I got what I paid for to begin with, but to pressure you by putting a tablet in your face is ridiculous. Might start getting snocones somewhere else. What a shame. I used to really like this place. They need to train their staff better and work on quality control. Wish Google would let me post pics.

Went through the drive thru just to sit there for 40min. Their staff is very rude and sit there giggling. Ellie was one of the young teenage girl who was working there. She had a attitude and wasnt closing the drive thru window in a professional manner. I love this place they just need better staff or a manager who will keep the staff on track.

Ordered a smoothie bowl, paid almost $10. They don t make it fresh, scooped it out of an ice cream container, they were out of granola and honey (even though I paid full price and they didn t tell me they were out before I ordered). So I paid $10 for açaí sorbet, with a banana and strawberry syrup? What a rip off. Try to eat healthy, end up leaving with a bowl on concentrated sugar.

I went a while back and was completely and utterly upset with the team they had. There was no organization. A girl that was working was sitting at a booth messing with umbrellas. One girl kept making herself milkshake after milkshake and also ate an ice cream. While there were about 3-4 waiting for their snow cones. I waited 30 mins maybe even more for two snow cones. I got mine and was still waiting on my boyfriend s. Finally when I was asked what I was waiting on it turned out someone made that snow cone and didn t call it out so it was just sitting there and someone threw it and they had to make us another one. I was absolutely enraged with the service because it wasn t just my it was every single guest that was treated this way in the time span of me ordering and waiting. By the time I got my snow cone I didn t even want it. There was a lot more that went on that day and thinking about makes me so mad. I called the HQ and was told I would get a response from the owner about the situation with possible follow up questions but yet to receive one. Do not go to this location. Go to a local snow cone place. There are young kids probably in high school or fresh out that have no hospitality or courtesy for others and it shows and I m not the only one with this experience. There needs to be management there or at least someone older that can manage these kids.

Love Bahama Bucks in general, but the staff here is not well equipped to handle a store this size. Everyone inside is a teenager, there is 0 acknowledgement of the customers at the counter, and zero eye contact. There was a single customer in front of me, but took 15+mins to process their order. I was there with my 2 small children, and we had driven 20 mins to get sno-cones. Bummed that we had to walk out; and we won t be back.

We will not be back. Service was horrible. Took 30+ minutes to make our order. One drink was missing so I waited at the counter to ask if they could make it. They replied that it had already been made, lol well maybe so but that means the order was given to someone else. The place was sticky, looked dirty and the workers even said they received no training before starting work there. The snow cones were mostly ice with little to no flavor.

I really appreciate that they have natural snow cone options. This was my second time here, the ice was a bit chunkier though. I had asked for 2 natural flavors but they only rung up one, so I asked for them to remake it. The worker seemed a little irritated so I will admit I was concerned about getting spit in it or messed with. It was very sweet but I mean it is a snow cone not bingsu. I also got the baby size which was still big for me. It cost $4 so it was a little more than I expected but still worth a shot

I ordered a sugar-free half and half. It was rung up full sugar and had to be rewritten up. My friend ordered a 3/4 cherry and 1/4 apple and it was made wrong. The young man was reluctant to remake it. He agreed but her order was not done timely. Overall the product was tasty but it was loud and service was sub par.

Waited 15min for a milk shake with only 1 car infront of me! The car was already at the window when I ordered and only had 2 drinks. Ordered an Oreo shake for my daughter. After getting home I noticed she had only taken a couple sips, when I asked her why she said it was gross. She was right! It was watery and tasted as though they hadn t cleaned the blender. Our $6 shake went into the trash. Will NOT be back, super disappointed.

Well the product was fine, very goodn this is about the service at League City location on Sat 8/13/22. I preordered and pd for 2 party packs for 7pm that day, well they were short handed and my neice had to wait an hour for an order that was supposed to be ready for pick-up at 7:00. She arrived at 8:10ish with them. We were like 10 minutes from location, I had kids at a rented pool waiting for them, not happy one bit. I mean stuff happens but this is why I ordered 4 days in advance. Disappointed.

I go to this place all the time and its always so good but today I went and there were 5 people in the back by the window working on one machine theres a drive-through full of people and theres people inside, theres 1 boy working the counter all the rest of the girls are back, 1 of thems dancing and doing some cheer moves the rest of them are just standing there then I get home with my snow cone and theres ice pieces in the bottom. Im so disappointed this has never happened before. 3 ice machines and only ones working??? the one in the middle was working last time I was there, so I know at least 2 work. Thats a good way to lose customers because nobody wants to wait that long especially when theres so many people behind the counter.

Went through the drive-thru and ordered 2 tiger blood snow cones. I asked for flat tops, but the cups weren t completely full which was a bit disappointing. In addition to that, both snow cones were incredibly mushy. It was as if I had left them out in the heat for about an hour (even though I had literally just got them). Super disappointing:/

We arrived to a line. When we got to the menu at the drive through we attempted to order 3 drinks. The person on the drive through didnt know about the coffee drinks and kept interrupting us to ask clarification. When we waited the three cars infront of us we paid for our three drinks. After making the first and second one they informed us that they didnt have enough milk for the third drink. We paid 15 dollars to wait 20 minutes to be told that they didnt have enough. Why 2 stars, because they had the decency to off to make anything gratis in lieu of the third drink.

have been multiple times and it s always a hit or miss. the kids are usually just playing around and while that s happening you are sitting in line waiting about 15 mins . they open window and ask what u had again and i tell them. they asked if we had chocolate i said no so we finally get our snowcones and it s the wrong sizes but right snowcones at look of it. we start eating and get to the bottom and there s chocolate. very frustrating as we payed for wrong sizes and they just didn t care that there was chocolate already in cup and thought we wouldn t notice.

This is our 3rd time in here. First time was great, snoballs had tons of flavoring. 2nd time hardly any. My son had to ask for more liquid to add to the sno. This time same thing. The center of mine had barely any liquid flavoring and my sons too. He had to ask for more liquid to add to the snoball. Waited almost 25 minutes for them too. No rhyme or reason to how they make the orders. Drive thru orders are made quicker. Girl who was making drive thru orders was quick. Will rethink coming back in here. Floors and tables are sooo sticky and womens bathroom has been out of order for past 3 visits weve been in here. Everyone is using the mens room.

my fiancé and I went through the drive through with 3 cars in front of us. After waiting about 15 minutes and only one car moving, I got out of the car and walked inside to see if they were short staff or having an issue.
