July 2022 my freedom was literally at risk. I needed an attorney that would take my case quickly. The problem was, I didnt know an attorneys in Midland. Jack Ladds name came up on a Google search for criminal attorneys. The majority of the reviews were great! However, l still was reluctant but decided to call anyway. It was around 5:18 pm when his assistant Chris answered. I knew l had contacted the right law firm when I heard Chris say no, its okay , l know its 5:18. Shes an invaluable asset to the firm because she understands sometimes people get into trouble. She delivers straightforward information with a none judgemental and laid-back attitude.Her active listening skills assured me Morales Law was El Lugar for me, they treat you like family. Throughout this process Jack never over promised what he could do for me. He kept it real regarding what he could not do. I greatly appreciate him for the successful outcome of my case. I highly recommend his services and would not hesitate to contact Jack and his staff again. A word of caution: do not LIE to him and do your part! Because he certainly will do his! Morales law firm droppmy daughters case for lack of communication in which was a lie due to it was nearly impossible to get anyone to return her calls. They also didn t send her paperwork until after it was filed on changes to visitation n holiday schedules! We have learned he drops womens cases in the middle of everything often not mens mainly women s! Don t waste your money!!

This lawyer S***S. My wife knew more about the law then He did. And thats a shame. He was my wifes court appointed attorney and he let her know he was gonna do the least he had to do because she was getting his services for FREE. And yeah she probably would have been better off getting MICKEY MOUSE for a lawyer. I guess this attorney failed his ETHICS CLASSES....I really suggest that if your considering hiring this firm DONT ....GO TO NEXT ONE...

I am from Midland Co. I would definitely recommend Mr. Jack Ladd and his awesome assistant Kim. They helped me out in a custody battle that I thought would be nearly impossible to overcome. They guided me every step of the way and had great communication. I never had to be constantly calling to get information because I would always receive their calls as soon as any new information came up. I would highly recommend Mr Ladd. Found ourselves in a extensive custody battle. Mr Ladd and his staff Kim and Chris were always available. Always returned phone calls and emails. In 3 years I never had a problem reaching them. The team was very compassionate. I did consult with other law firms. However, when it came down to it I knew 3 things. I could never find a lawyer as compassionate about our case. I could never find an attorney that was so available and willing to listen. Third but foremost, I felt he fought with God in his heart and deep morals. Our case lasted 3 years to no fault of the staff. It was a process. Even when we wanted to give up Mr Ladd gave us the inspiration we needed to move forward. We won our case beyond expectations In my experience there is a huge difference between doing a job and going above and beyond! He left nothing unturned. Jack Ladd JR was my attorney and their team was so great. I live in El Paso and caught a criminal charge in midland tx not proud at all about that but it is what it is ! they were able to get my probation transferred here to El Paso since I haven t been in midland in over 3 years since getting in trouble and Chris his assistant was always calling me and updating me on what was going on with my case.
