Been coming here since they opened. Called in order to go for pick up. I forgot my wallet. Live too far to return. Spoke with two cashiers and explained I could call in my card. Neither one understood what I was requesting, and second one was rude. Manager that is always there stood back and watched and did not say a word.

Food was disappointing, even for delivery. Was really short-changed on Mongolian beef, nothing but onions and jalapenos (virtually no beef, and since when does MB have jalapenos anyway?) and no flavor to boot. Lo Mein was okay, if a little under seasoned. Cant judge service since delivery, but food was.

By far the best restaurant I have ever been to. Affordable, delicious food, amazing atmosphere where it isnt too little to be boring but isnt too much to where its stressful, and the best thing in Lake City by far. Any of the servers are the best, shoutout to Preston and Faith tho! Love this place, and will for sure be a regular :)

First time here. Got seated right away. Our waitress was very attentive and friendly. Ordered crab puffs as an appetizer and they were excellent! For my entree, I had sesame chicken with fried rice. The chicken was very good but watch out for bones! I had a sharp one in one of the pieces I put in my mouth. The fried rice was very moist but had no flavor. I will definitely go back again.

I would never come back to this restaurant. The sushi chef/owner was very rude. He doesn t know how to handle negative concerns. I orders 2 salmon rolls, 1 California , 2 pc salmon nigiri and beef broccoli and Garlic shrimp. My son ate the first piece of salmon nigiri. He said it s doesn t tasted fresh and he ate the second piece. He threw up. At this point we done eating . I called the waiter over to tell him that the salmon nigiri wasn t fresh. The waiter said the salmon is fresh. He went to talk the sushi chef/owner. After the waiter didn t say anything to me. So I asked for the check. Got the check and went to pay. The sushi chef/owner comes to the cash register and I told him that the salmon nigiri was not fresh. We didn t eat the rest of our food, still 3 rolls on the table. He was rude and arguing with me. He said he knows that I came here some time but not regular and he said every time I come I ordered salmon and I said it s not fresh. I said not every time, I have been come this place over 2 years. This was my second time I complained about the salmon not being fresh. I ordered the same things every time I came here. I told him that I m not here to argue with you. I wanted you to know if serve raw fish and it s not fresh. We can get food poise. He didn t care what I said. I paid my bill and add tip. He didn t say Thank you after I paid my bill and I tipped.

Great food but unfortunately poor customer service and we have been a loyal customer since they opened! We called in an order for take out and received the wrong order. I usually check my order before I leave at most places but they ve been so great in the past I didn t even think to. Had to go back up there 2 additional times to get our order and they still got it wrong! Asked for my refund because I didn t think I should have to drive back up there a third time and the manager told me policy is policy and that he would only refund part of the order. I get it, we are all human and we make mistakes. That s why I didn t mind driving back up there the second time to pick up my wife s order. However, as a business owner, you gotta take care of your customers better than that! The least he could ve offered was to deliver my corrected order or even offered to comp part of my order. I would ve gladly driven back up there. Unfortunately, we will have to find a different place for future orders. Poor customer service!

Have always enjoyed the food at a good price. Service today pitiful. Walked in the door at 4, but was told 2 minutes later lunch had ended. Do not go here for racist service, our server was fine but the waitress with red hair was making fun of how Hispanics talk and said do you see any Mexicans in my section? It was a Friday evening but it was too loud. The dishes look very good and there is plenty of food. The hot & sour soup was thicker than Im used too. Too many mushrooms for me. My main dish was shredded pork with green beans but I found it too salty. The others had no complaints and enjoyed their choices. The server was very nice & attentive, not in our faces, just right. They included their 18% tip; it was actually printed on the bill. After so many years of eating out, its the first time I have encountered this. Not sure where else this is trending. I am fair regarding tips, but I am of the opinion that its in bad taste for the restaurants hosts to force that 18%. I dont like to argue and ruin the end of a dinner, so I elegantly paid it, but it affected my trust in their business ethic. Likely not returning.

Don t know what s changed at this restaurant we only recently found it before Thanksgiving & food was superb, reasonable prices and not full of msgs! Veggies fresh crunchy soups full of flavour, rice wasn t greasy. Twice we went & had great food & great service. So we do the 25 minute drive there, after this New Year s Eve experience we won t be returning. New menu new very expensive prices and awful food. My first time to try this place. The egg drop soup had no flavor neither did the fried rice. The house lomein was not good at all. No flavor. I am so dissatisfied. My second visit was the same. I wish theyd update their menu, we ordered #21 the seafood soup. Got it home and its just drenched in chili oil, you open the container and can just smell the heat, we called to ask if we could bring it back thinking theyd accidentally given us a #27 which is the spicy seafood soup, nope! Silly us , theyre apparently both spicy even though theyre two different options on the menu and theres nothing to indicate #21 is also spicy. Super disappointed as I cant have spicy food because of medical issues and itll go to waste. The egg rolls were good at least.

This place was a first time visit. The waiter was super sweet and welcoming, had fun chatting with him and he stayed on top of everything. The food was so fresh and delicious I wanted more despite being full! Everything was fresh and steaming. The place was clean and nice, very snazzy and relaxing for a meal. The food here is always great and the staff works so hard. I want to give these guys 5 stars but at least 3 of my last few pick up orders have had missing items. Tonight we received an extra bag of crispy noodles instead of our egg rolls. I should have opened it before leaving the restaurant to make sure it was right and a couple of missing two dollar egg rolls wont ruin our meal, but it is definitely frustrating to pay for food you dont receive order after order. This place has great Chinese food and I highly recommend them, but dont count on the restaurant to check the accuracy of your take out order.

Wonderful food, very tasty, moist, fresh. I had 3 different sushi rolls and they were all amazing. My husband had sweet and sour pork and he was very impressed with the portions and quality of the food. we shared the sampler and wow! we almost fought over the skewers and egg rolls! Best of all the prices were reasonable. will def be coming back here!

Please dont eat here, I used to work here!! You have no idea what you are eating! and the things they add to the food! If you really want to know the truth ask an ex employee with no ties. Speak to one of the managers and then youll maybe see the hidden truth. Please be careful, they are good at hiding things especially when the health department comes in.
