Good place to get out of the heat for 30 minutes and play a few games..... definitely a small place and several games not working but the staff is very friendly...... Games were reasonably priced and were about 2 to 4 tokens each....bathrooms were cleaned and Im sure we will be back again....

Our visit to Galveston Go Karts and Fun Center was an absolute blast! We decided to rent go karts for myself, my wife, and our granddaughter, and it turned out to be an exhilarating experience. Racing around the track provided endless excitement and thrills for all of us. In addition to the go karts, we were pleasantly surprised to find a variety of other activities available at the center. While we didnt have the chance to try them this time, we were intrigued by the option of playing video games and participating in hatchet throwing. These activities added an extra layer of excitement to the already fun-filled atmosphere, and were definitely looking forward to trying them out on our next visit. Overall, Galveston Go Karts and Fun Center proved to be the perfect destination for family fun. The friendly staff, well-maintained facilities, and range of activities make it a must-visit for anyone looking for an exciting day out with loved ones. We cant wait to return and create more unforgettable memories at this fantastic establishment.

Bro, surprisingly nice place, the go karts are fun, nice track, and not a bad price, and they had a nice speed and handled the corners very well. The vr zombie arena was also very cool, good graphics, builds up difficulty slowly. Will definitely be back and recommend to others!

When we arrived the cashier was sound asleep on the couch, then when we woke her up to help us she was the most rude and hateful person we have ever met. I would not go back. May be you should sleep at your home and do your job when you are at work. The very least you could do is put a smile on your face. I feel sorry for anyone who runs into her.

Not as fun as it sounds. Arcade is really small, maybe about 10 consoles and most of them werent even turned on. Go Kart track is really small and they didnt sanitize the karts after the group before us was finished (this was during the peak of COVID.) A little pricey for one go kart ride and the staff werent the most welcoming. The area is very sketchy and I felt constantly on edge.

The Go Karts were pretty fun but seemed very expensive. The video game arcade had so many games that were out of order. And the few games that were functioning had so many problems. We had to call over the staff numerous times when we lost tokens in them or when they didnt give tickets. There was one adult woman working and a bunch of teenage boys who pretty much made her deal with everything. We wont go back.

We went to let our grandson go kart and they wldnt let his mom ride with him the said he cldnt ride himself and the arcade was so cheesy and some of the games were broke down and we spent $40 for a go kart race he didn t get and tokens and all we got was a few balls from the machine and a cheesy little race car. Listen to the one star reviews and spend your money elsewhere. Go karts are ridiculously overpriced, same with the VR attractions. The arcade was absolutely pathetic. Nearly half of the very little selection of games were broken and the prize center looked like the toy isle in dollar tree. Not that you d win any tickets anyway, because the 3 games you d actually stand a chance winning decent tickets on (Pop it For Gold, Smokin Token, and Wonder Wheel) were all broken. Go carts are fast, but constantlybroke down. Stopped over and over again. We paid for 2 races and only got 1. The staff made it appear as if we were wrong for asking for our second race. Reason behind us not getting our second race, we ran you for a longer time for your first race. Overpaid for one race because they wanted to do nothing and not help paying customers. Our group was not the only ones who were cheated out of a race. Sad shame. the arcade area..... extremely small, limited games. If thats what your going for.... dont bother. This has to be one of the worst places I have ever been too. The little amount of arcade games they do have, half of them don t work. The ones that do work kept jamming and when we ask the lady who was working to help it was an inconvenience to get off her phone to help, then she didn t really want to help she ask do you plan on continuing to play this game . After finishing the games we had the tickets to turn in to get my sons prizes the lady disappeared to the bathroom, after 10 minutes my husband finally start calling the office to see if that would help her hurry up in the bathroom. She never answered but finally 5 more minutes later she came out to help. We also bought golf kart rides but it started raining in the middle of playing games when we ask her if we could get a rain check for the next day she was extremely put out that we ask that. Mind you we didn t ask for a refund just to be able to go back the next day to rightly ride the golf carts we paid for. I wouldn t waste my time or my money.

I know this place has a lot of 5 star reviews but honestly I don t know why/how. If you are just going for GoKart, maybe it is ok but not even that great. Most of the games either were broken, half broken, outdated, lights didn t work, didn t give tickets, deflated basketballs, etc. we struggled so hard to find a game to play that worked properly (which was maybe 2 of them). Holy smokes! So freaking fun. Hidden gem. We just stumbled upon this place kind of behind the put put course and decided to go. We road go karts with one other car and had the time of our lives. Fast cars. Nice employees. Good old fashion fun :)

Had a great time with the virtual reality and the go-karts arcade area could use a little bit of work maybe some upgrade material and new games but my scouts that we took there the other night had a great time for a fun night and so its awesome so we appreciate it and thank them for everything and theyre willing to work with the groups so go there and check them out have some fun.

Its a place you have to take the family. We had a blast on the carts. The games inside some didnt work giving us zero tickets. And the 3d simulation goes was outdated but fun for kids.

Although my kids had fun I myself was mortified by the stench of the building and the stink in the restrooms. The building is in much dis repair and the grass in the hatchet throwing area needed to be weed rated. The little short lady is had and brash but there were two gentleman when we first got there that were very nice. All in all we had fun but if you don t put money back into the business you won t have a business long. And yes I do own my own business.

You are never too old for arcades or the go karts!! We had another amazing time celebrating my sons 13th birthday! It makes it all worth it when the customer service is given with a smile! Atmosphere is awesome, its always clean, and its affordable fun for the whole family!

Definitely not what I was expecting but my little one loved the go karts. Games inside half of them dont even work, place isnt very appealing to spend that much money. Needs a major update!
