Building looks like it was in the middle of getting an exterior uplift so hopefully it will be a better establishment soon. The service was quick, the only reason I didnt give a five-star on that was because I had to keep repeating myself and ask for basic things like napkins and utensils. The Chicken was fresh and spicy. Next time in the area I will visit again. Parking: More than 20 spots available no shade but not dirty just needs upkeep.

I seldom eat out at fast food restaurant, partly because of this experience. You can smell the burnt grease as soon as you walked in the door. I ordered the 10 peice special and it looked like it was setting for a day, or maybe it was because the chicken was cooked in old grease. I asked a worker about the pieces that was separate and the manager scoped up the box and said with a rude tone you just have to wait the 20 minutes and said something in her naive tongue which I became offended even though I didnt understand, but had a quess. waited the 20 minutes. Unless its an upscale restaurant I would never spend my money at these fast restaurant.

The food was good, not great but good. The chicken is much smaller than it once was. The sides were not fresh. I actually got the last of the corn and Mac and cheese. There wasnt enough prepared for what I wanted to order. The mashed potatoes are instant but the gravy saved them from being bad. The spicy rice had good flavor but was very mushy, I got the bottom of the barrel on that too. It wasnt late it was about 7:45 pm when I placed my order. I would go back but I also would order ahead to be sure they were ready to serve me.

Stopped here for lunch today and had the chicken tender meal. The food was good and staff were friendly. The place has the appearance of being older and showed signs of needing some TLC, like in the men s bathroom. There was advertising material scattered on some of the tables where people would sit and just gave the appearance of clutter. Although it was ok, I don t think I d return to this particular one.

The spicy chicken here is the best of all fast food chicken joints. The people that work here are super nice and are very efficient in getting your food. This location has went through a recent remodel and the restaurant is looking really nice. I typically come here for a quiet lunch away from the office and it never disappoints.

This place sucks, get there at 830, says they close at 10, lady on the speaker who can barely hear says they close at 930 and they cant cook anymore chicken. Its my experience that when a business is still open, theyre still open and should provide what the customer asks for. Not were cleaning because we close at 930. By the way, I drove 30 minutes away to try and eat here because they used to be a decent chicken place. Now I see why theyre going out of business. Sure lost mine at every location now. Save yourself a trip folks if youre driving from a distance.

They lady even gave me free jalapeño. Which I thought was nice. Open my box in the parking lot. When I say the chicken was so burnt and old. The spicy chicken. Look at the regular one it was ok. Worst customer service ever. The person who took my order was sick. His eyes were bloodshed red and I asked him why was he working and not wearing a mask. He said he had allergies but I could tell he was very congested. The manager was there and I confronted her with the situation and she said to call Corporate and not to bother her with that nonsense. I told her it was no nonsense because her worker was sick and she said no one there was sick and that I was crazy. She laughed in my face and so did the other workers. What ever happened to courtesy and to the customer always being right? I was absolutely right and expected to be treated nicely especially because I was not rude about the situation. I have worked in customer service for 15 years, and I know how customers can get. But workers cannot mistreat them and much less laugh at them. They do not like to give you receipts, I ve been to this location on 4 different occasions and purchased the 2pc TX feast and I believe they purposely do not put your jalapeño in the bag, check your order before you drive off cause of the 3 times, the chicken was either cold or hard and no jalapeño. Chicken is always good from Churches, they have a 3 piece leg&thighs @ $3.79 Worth every penny. They also have real fried pies 4@ 3.99 that makes each cost, $1.00ea. So Im getting my moneys worth. Yummy too. The Fox

Food was hot and okay but they are always out of things related to promotions of new food items. If you advertise a new food item then make sure you have everything advertised or take it down or say that you are out and dont sell it.

I like the food here because they cook it fresh as we order. We go so much that they are beginning to know us. There is this one girl that works there that, should I say, SMILE MORE, but everyone else is nice all of the time.

This place is very dirty and the order had to be corrected several times. There was a puddle of something on the floor across from the register counter from the time we walked in until we were leaving and they werent busy. Only when we were leaving did I see the mop bucket being prepared. It also smelled really bad.

The nice window lady asked me to wait 5 minutes for fresh chicken, which I happily did. It was still piping hot by the time I got it home, and delicious as always. The 2/2$ special on Tuesday cant be beat!
