You can never go wrong ordering a good ol cheeseburger! I truly believe they serve one of the finest around, and the bun really elevates the whole experience. Its a fantastic spot to grab a drink and catch the game. The drink prices are quite reasonable, and the staff is incredibly friendly.

I was very surprised by the down home Philly. Ive been craving something close to an authentic Philly and although this didnt hit all the marks, it was pretty close. The cheese whiz really helped bring the Philly home. Only improvement would be keeping the sweet potato fries in the oil another 2-3minutes. They were just under but still tasty.

Did some work here recently installing a exhaust fan . Absolutely love the environment and the way that the employees treat you . Very laid-back and casual place to hang out. I could definitely see myself hanging out here and watching some TV or drinking beer

This is my first time ordering from this place and I did it thru lunchdrop. I m honestly not happy with the food I received as you can see aside from the food being all over the box the romaine lettuce is not looking that good and I recently had food poisoning from another location so you would understand that I am a bit scare to eat the romaine lettuce they way it looked. I believe that if is they had sent the container with an actual lid the food would have not been all over.

I was coming in to have a nice time with some of my friends and upon going in we was confused as to if we are getting seated or do we seat ourselves. After about 2 min we sat ourselves. Then we are waiting for someone to come to us and that took about 10mins and we told a employee that we was there and still took 10mins to be seen. Then the guy asked what we wanted to drink we put in our drink orders which was a modelo and a sprite we waited for 20mins for those to come out. Then once we got our drinks he asked for what we wanted but since they took a long time one of my friends decided not to eat here. We got our food and it was not worth the wait at all very disappointing.

I took a vendor here for lunch. The food was great and the service was very attentive. Many people come here for the Philly cheese steak but we enjoy the Buffalo Ranch Chicken Sandwich. Its big and perfectly cooked every time. Its a little confusing upon entering whether we order at the counter or seat ourselves but we took a seat and was promptly served. It would be a great place for after work but theres limited parking. Parking: They share a strip with other vendors so parking is always limited.

This was my first time ordering some at this place they did not care for my food properly at all food was cold & the bag was opened and my sauce was leaking all over. I will not be eating at this place at all. I attempted to call numerous time they don t even pick up there phone. Don t order for this place at all and the utensils were just in the bag with no plastic covering at all. They also provide the wrong food. I ask for chili and fries and look at the images or appear to be some cheese and pieces of salsa. Also queso was not provided as ordered. Not satisfied,

I really like this place I went a couple Sundays ago. It was really fun. The bartenders are super chill. Theyve got some nice drink specials and a great list of appetizers. My hope is that they pull out some nice specials for the NCAA college basketball tournament because I really wanna post up over there with my laptop and do some work while watching games all day.

So we ordered from here through lunchdrop. I should have known better trying to order a salad from a place with sports bar in the name. I got the grilled chicken salad. The chicken was rubbery and looked boiled not grilled. If you look at the picture the juice from the chicken is still pink. The avocados were black the tomatoes were mushy and more than just one piece of lettuce was brown. It definitely was not worth the $13.99. I also ordered a side of onion rings. I guess it was assembly required cause the batter did not stick to the onion. I took the picture as best as I could cause I was mad hungry and fed up. I just threw the whole thing away.

The Best Philly cheesesteaks in Texas! It used to be named Jakes Philly Steaks and it was owned by Jake who was from Philly. Guess you cant get too much more authentic than that. Biggest difference is he uses provolone cheese here instead of the yellow liquid cheese like in Philly. I suppose its just a matter of regional and taste preference. The French fries are made fresh and the drinks are always cold. I did not get a chance to make it over there very often but today was one of those days I was able to go. Took my wife, youngest child and met two friends for lunch. I never missed the opportunity to eat whenever Im on that side of town! And considering Ive been going there for over 35 years, I think I can vouch for them. If youre ever in Houston Texas look for Jakes Sports Bar on Chimney Rock and youll not regret it!

Well, I ordered uber eats from here, and omg, the loaded fries with carnitas and habanero jack cheese, was a lil close to room temperature, but thats the drivers fault. But those fries were THE MOST AMAZING loaded fries that Ive ever had!!! I also got some hot buffalo bone-in wings too. They give you plenty of ranch. And the kicker is, the wings are big, and meaty, and its a cheaper price than those other wings places. Every thing was on point.

Came in from out of town to run the Houston Half and was again looking for a place to catch our favorite team play. We first went to that double mountain place because it was the closest place to where we were (and we were HUNGRY) but that place thoroughly and completely disappointed us with their awful and unfriendly service. Remembered aboutJakes and, even though we missed half a quarter of action, made it there. What a nice change. Immediately noticed, served, and serviced. Don t waste your money on this food. I ordered on UberEats and the food was soggy, low quality chicken tenders were soggy and dry indicating old chicken. Hamburger received didn t follow instructions meat was like cardboard very clear their meats are old and not fresh. Grease used to fry the French fries and onion rings was old since the fried items were so dark and taste of old grease vs clean grease.
