First time at restaurant and I ve been eating mole from different places for over 35 years and this was the worst mole I ve never had. First it was served in dish you would serve a cup of soup. The chicken was barely visible. The small cup was like 5 percent chicken and 95 % mole sauce. Highly disgusted with my experience here.

The overall tone and quality of a restaurant rests in the hands of. Customer Service. This place fails miserably. I notice that servers are friendly with some customer than others. I am not a regular and they certainly didnt get a new client today. The portion was ridiculous small. They never brought me napkins and I couldnt Find my waitress. I went to the mens room to get. Some makeshift napkins.

Bad customer service first and last time to go . Seems like the waiters and staff there only care for the regular customers. My food was really bad also the milanesa had like a pound of bread and no meat . Table next to me of regular customers got what they wanted immediately (tortillas de maíz ) and they told me they didn t have any . I gave one star because there is no option for 0 stars .

The first time l went i ordered the mole with rice. It was absolutely DELICIOUS! The second time i went l highly recommended the mole to my friends l went there with friends and it was horrible! I was embarrassed and disappointed to have recommended it to my friends which obviously didn t like it either! I am assuming that there was a different cook that day! I will go back and will be ordering something different to give the restaurant a second chance! Parking: It was lunchtime and restaurant has limited parking at this time ..

We visited today after many years. Food is so delicious! I ordered my favorite Mexican enchiladas and my hubby a plate of milanesa en salsa chipotle. The staff is very attentive and courteous. The atmosphere is so comfortable and welcoming. Cant wait to visit again with friends. recommended.

Who pays $60.00 for tacos ? Well, that how much Tono s charged us with a surprise bill at the end of our meal. This amount was not listed on the menu when selecting beef for our taco meal. Unfortunately, four people in our party selected this off the menu and was charged $240.00 to each some tacos; rice and beans. What a joke ! I will never eat here again !

Possibly the worst food Ive had in Laredo. I know it has its followers, but honestly how has this placed stayed open for so many years? From the appetizer swimming in grease and canned mushrooms, to the soggiest frozen shrimp tacos Ive ever seen, this was the worst food ever. Rice was under cooked, beans tasted like they came from a can, the albondigas were burnt in a sauce that had been over salted, and the corn tortillas were either hard as rocks or falling apart when picked up. And to be straight forward, even glancing at plates in front of others, nothing looked good. There are better places to spend your money. Or for that matter, buy the groceries and make your own dinner. Itll be cheaper and more than likely better tasting.

Went in for the first time to place an order to go. As soon as I approached the counter to order was greeted and had the best customer service with Yoli at the register. Very informative, respectful while being so down to earth and nice. Felt very welcomed! Thank you. Found a hidden gem here, I highly recommend if you love great customer service.

It used to be a fast service restaurant and with Excellent customer service. Now they take super long to bring you the menu, to bring you the drinks and the food. Like today I ve been here for more than an hour and they haven t brought my food. And there is not even packed. The waiter has not come to ask for refills or at least to tell us if he actually placed our order.This has happened too, when we come at lunch time. The owners of Toños should be here to supervise their employees. It is a shame that this is happening at this Laredo traditional restaurant.

They never answer the phones when you try to place a to-go order. when they tell you 15-20 minutes for the order to be ready, sometimes its not ready after 45 minutes of waiting. Ive gotten wrong orders as well. This place seriously needs a manager to fix their problems. The food is great, but the problems continuously prevent me from ordering from them. Came down from corpus for business and decided to eat here my wife and I had the floutitas., The food was very good and the service was prompt., The reason why Im giving it three stars is because before around dinner time we have gone to get the ponchos which have to be in them only to find out they run out of beef for the day and its only like 4 PM . A restaurant running out of food before they close is just ridiculous considering there is an H-E-B just across the street.
