We stayed here 3 years ago for a romantic get-a-way and we absolutely loved everything about it! The grounds were beautifully maintained, the room was beautiful! I would say it was one of the best accomodations Ive stayed in! We tried to go back for our anniversary but we couldnt reserve ...I think it fell under new management. Hope its available now because we would LOVE to revisit! It was Abigails Treehouse when we stayed. I see the name has changed.

Noteworthy details: This house is really neat. There is a hot tub inside the house on the 3rd floor. The bed I slept on was super comfortable too. Clean and nice furnishings. Rooms

They just had to close down allowing a frat house to buy it out and ruin the neighborhood. Sadness.

We were in the area one night for a family reunion and loved it. The rental, check-in, information on rooms and amenities - EVERYTHING went smoothly. We had a couple of possible glitches - arrived an hour early (no problem, the room was ready) and accidentally left a special pillow that we had to retrieve a couple of hours after check-out. The whole place was clean, seemed safe and decorated nicely. The only drawback was the parking situation. Cars must double park or else park on the street and we had to move our car at 9:30pm to accommodate a guest who needed to leave. Just a minor inconvenience, however.

Absolutely perfect. We stayed in the Eagles Nest room with the hot tub and had all the privacy in the world! Bed was super comfy, enjoyed the balcony views and location was within 5 minutes of most restaurants. We will definitely be coming back!

Beautiful place! We stayed in the studio and everything from the bedroom to bathroom was neat. The room was very cold but I just shut all the vents and put on the provided heater. There is no breakfast as advertised which is disappointing but fine. They should fix their advertising on that. What they really provide is some sodas and water in there refrigerator. There is also some oatmeal packets and a granola bar. The bed skirt should also be replaced as it has black markings on it.

We were in the ground-floor suite. Perhaps it is the unwanted step-child of the place. It was comparable to an aging Motel-6. The decor is nothing like the photos. It has been repainted by an amateur in institutional green. The curtains have been removed, but no effort was made to patch the holes or repair the paint that was torn off during the removal of the curtain rods. The floor tiles are loose in their mortar, and they crunch as you walk across them. There is not sound insulation, so you hear EVERYTHING from the 2nd floor suite. One thermostat controls the first and second floors, so the room was hot and stuffy with no ventillation. They have very, very strong air fresheners that set off my wifes alergies. We stayed for 2 nights. There was 1 washcloth and two towels for us, and the room was not freshened between our two days. There is an imitation fireplace in the room. It would have been a nice touch if they had made any effort at all to hide the wires. As it is they just have a giant coil of wire hanging from the bottom and side of the fireplace which completely ruins any decorator effect. It shows the total lack of care by the current managers. On the positive side, the decore in the photos shows a very Christian themed decor. Personally, I dont like it when a business exploits Christian symbols as a decore. That has been removed. Unfortunately, the fancy B&B feel has been swept away as well. The place has been repainted on a budget and with no imagination. If you like the decor in the photos, that is all gone.

I had never stayed at a B&B before. I typically choose the hotel route too, but Never again - My stay was the second level which was very sufficient for my 16 year old son and I. It provided us with 2 rooms and a jack and Jill bathroom suite. The kitchen and sitting room provided much comfort with all that we needed. The outside court yard spoke to me each morning. It also provided a great area to photo shoot our memories. If you love nature and need access to main street in bryan, texas stay at the cozy Abigailes treehouse and be wrapped up in a treehouse spot on with much enjoyment and relaxation.

Great B&B five minutes drive from Bryan downtown. We stayed in the Century suite on the bottom floor. Its neat and cozy with with excellent coffee. Even in winter, the garden is still inviting. Perfect for sitting back and relaxing with a coffee or drink of choice. After walking around the garden continue down the street to the Sue Howell park nearby.

The overnight stay at Abigailes Treehouse was a last minute arrangement. And, I was tempted to go the traditional hotel route. Im certainly glad I didnt! The architecture was interesting but inviting and quaint. Additionally, the orientation videos from the owner were very informative and helpful. I certainly recommend the Treehouse to my friends, and Ill stay again when Im in town in the future.

Underwhelming. I was expecting to be a lot more wowed for the money we spent. The hot tub only got up to a decent soaking temperature half the time. The toilet in the bathroom rocks when you sit on it and the privacy screen on the window was half peeled off and dirty. It may be nitpicking but I expect for at least basic things to not need to be fixed when I go on a vacation. There are cracks and dark spots on the ceiling and a wasps nest on the patio so we only spent time out there early morning when it was still to cold for them or later at night. The property is also for sale right now. It is an extremely loud neighborhood day and night.

Bed without Breakfast! We should have done more research on B&B s in this area! LOUD!!! Sirens all night, motor cycles, equipment not working, not sugar or coffee packets, wobbly toilet almost fell off, Uncomfortable bed, hot tub was dirty, microwave was dirty, one exit only, Poor design, WOW $250 a night was to much money for what they had to offer.

You cant judge a book by its cover!!!! Ive passed the Treehouse for over a decade and never knew what it was. It was booked for my wife and I this past weekend as a wedding gift. My goodness how shocked we were. The Eagles Nest is the premiere experience that is better than 95% of hotels that Ive stayed in. The nest was very clean and I loved the little notes and instructions that were placed throughout. The hot tub was spectacular as well as the showers and the entire layout. As first time guests, we were HIGHLY impressed and would definitely be booking ourselves many times for the future!

Our recent stay at Abigaile sl Treehouse was perfect! Adam is a great host- the suite we stayed in was very clean and stocked with nice amenities. He gave us a quick tour and shared with us some of the history behind the house, which was quite interesting. The house is on a large, beautifully landscaped property and it was nice to wake up to the sound of the birds in the many large trees. Located in Bryan, it was convenient to the Texas A and M campus, but away from the congestion that occurs there during campus events. We were in town for graduation, so were very pleased to find such a nice place at a reasonable price. Most of the hotels in the area raise rates when they expect high demand. Not so with this property. Highly recommend Abigaile s Treehouse to anyone traveling to Bryan-College Station. Convenient to Blinn, TAMU, downtown Bryan, shopping and restaurants.

Treat yourself to a state of utmost relaxation with a getaway as magical as a honeymoon. We love the Eagles nest hot tub, master bed, cozy fire place and prepared meals. Enjoy a TV in front of the elegant bed, climb up into the loft area to enjoy a read. Pamper yourself with a real working bidet (seat cleaner). It is a perfect couples getaway. The top floor has a ceiling so high birds would find it spacious, the sun pours through the skylight windows. Walk outside and enjoy the morning on the balcony overlooking the verdant yard. There is just so much to enjoy.

Breakfast was delicious and the muffins were fantastic...need to get those recipes! Definitely would stay here again when in the area or for a close getaway weekend.

We had a lovely overnight getaway in the Eagles Nest in December. We live locally and like to find a nearby place to go overnight now and then for some quiet time, and this is the perfect spot. It has all the amenities of a nice hotel suite but in a quiet, more private environment. The new owners are terrific and went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We highly recommend for visitors or locals!

I came here on my birthday in April 2018. I really wanted a small get-a-way for my birthday which fell on a weekday. Just a day away from my regular hectic norm and really get some real quiet time in and RELAX. I came across this Bed and Breakfast randomly and my gut was telling me to check this place out. SO glad I did. I was welcomed immediately and could since such a great pleasant atmosphere as soon as I was there. Such a beautiful place and the owner is such a sweetheart. She was telling me about her previous guest and just hearing her talk about the love she has for her guest was so heart- warming. She truly has a heart for her guest so she makes sure your stay is amazing! <3
