The truth is that I would like to say positive things but this time my experience was fatal, it is not the first time that I have complained and the manager knows it because I always either lack tacos, or they charge me more or they give me the whole order wrong or like this last one time a piece of wire came out of my chicharrón taco and when they complained they only blamed each other. They need to pay more attention, I could have drowned, I just happened to hurt my palate a little but it could have been worse. 01/10/24 Once again they mess up my order and my food had a black thick hair on, like always they wont do anything but offer get my order again or a complementary lunch plate, there is no way they cant even read instructions and they send whatever they want!!

Placed an order through the drive-thru on 8/10/2024. I ordered a street taco combo in flour tortillas and asked to switch the charro beans for refried beans. They gave me the corn tortillas instead (Realized once i got home). I called the store and told them my order. The worker then tells me that they dont handle the small flour tortillas. So then i ask him why didnt they tell me that when i initially ordered. Ive gone to other Taco Palenque locations and theyve done my request to switch the tortillas with no problem..... Then I get passed to a Manager (Griselda) I explain everything all over again. She tells me that they are able to remake my order...... (the worker just told me that they dont handle those kinds of tortillas) but apparently they do. I go and pick up my new order the manager personally hands it to me with the printed receipt of my order. Once i get home and i look at my order its still wrong. They gave me charro beans when i initially ordered refried beans..... ( THEY PRINTED THE RECIEPT AND STILL GOT THE ORDER WRONG) I didnt complain because i still had the refried beans from the previous order.....

Today my opinion about this restaurant changes, I arrived at approximately 12.15 pm and I didnt receive my food until 1 pm and that was because I stopped and went with number in hand to apply pressure. Otherwise God knows how much longer it would take... There were about 10 people in the same situation waiting to be served. A lot of poor organization and the kitchen staff lacks knowledge of how to treat customers. Bad faces, they should focus on first providing service to the customers who eat inside the restaurant instead of first to those in the drive thru. Their service level is plummeting....

About a week ago, I went to the drive thru to buy 2 tacos in the morning, a boy served me and I asked for red sauce, I repeated the order about 3 or 4 times and when I got to the window, a girl was there and when I got the order, it didnt come with red sauce and instead of a bacon taco with egg, they gave me ham with egg (I never order ham with egg) and I told them that I had asked for red sauce and they told me there wasnt any. I told him, how come there isnt one? I got out of the car and went inside and if there was red sauce, I mean they were too lazy to go get red sauce, obviously I left very angry and told them: no, there wasnt red sauce?

I think it was too early or something like that The waitress who brings the orders to the table was very friendly at all times, she had an incredible attitude with all the customers, I loved it, only that the horchata was sour, the potatoes with chorizo were not delicious, the frozen potato loses its moisture and becomes bagasse , the tortillas are dry, they need to make the dough better so they dont feel like they are stiff, the green sauce was sour (old), I repeat, the attention is very good, we just need to put more care in the kitchen.

Again taco palenque on san bernardo I placed my order around 5:34am I go in at 6am to work. 5:50am and still no tacos. 3 tacos and then I see people arriving after me get their orders 1st. I left without my tacos. This is the 2nd time this happens to me at san bernardo taco palenque. Whoever is in charge should look into this because its not good service at all. I have my receipt and going to ask for a refund.
