Steak night Thursday ! once again the steak was perfectly cooked to medium as requested? Food is always served to my liking ! Service and servers are pleasant, prompt and friendly ! Atmosphere is inviting and welcoming once one enters the place with plenty of TVs throughout to watch your favorite MLB NFL and other sports teams play!

I have always enjoyed Time Out Bar & Grill. My biggest complaint now is that I always get the club sandwich, all turkey, no ham because I dont like ham. Usually they replace the ham with more turkey so that you still get the same amount of meat on the sandwich, just like other restaurants do. Now Im told if you want all turkey, they just keep your ham & dont replace it with turkey. Ham that the customer pays for, they can profit off of by using it for other orders. How is that fair. I would rather just take the ham off myself & give it to someone else or toss it in the trash. I just wont order a club sandwich anymore from this establishment. Also many of us that frequent this place cant detect any alcohol in the margaritas. The margaritas are cheaply priced but so are happy hour prices at nearby Mexican Restaurants, but at those other restaurants, the margaritas taste like margaritas & not just frozen fruit drinks. See photos. Just two pieces of turkey. The rest is white cheese & yellow cheese. It didnt even taste like a classic club sandwich because you couldnt taste the turkey.

Had ordered an Uber eats order for my boyfriend and had only requested there be no tomatoes. He sent me a picture that they only gave him bacon and lettuce in his club sandwich. No turkey or ham at all.

I have always loved this place, however the other night was a disaster. I ordered some food from doordash, and ended up having doordash call me saying that my food was already picked up. They let a random person take my food without even confirming. There was also a ton of miscommunication, and when I called the buisness, they said (with an attitude)that my food was being remade with a new driver, but told my driver,that was already there,that someone else picked it up. They wouldnt cancel the order, then their kitchen closed and still would not cancel the order so I couldnt get a refund. My doordasher was the one to call doordash and get my order canceled so they could get a refund.They put no effort at all in fixing the situation,gave the drivers and me attitude,and kept giving me false information. Will not be ordering or returning here again.

Service is slow . Always request an itemized bill because they always add extra to your bill . I had 4 charges on my credit card on the same night for food and drinks that I did not order. The manager dont seem to care about any issues I highlighted.

Have ordered here before and it was great, the second time I ordered the food was not cooked all the way, breaded jalapeños were only breaded on one side, nothing on my burger but meat and cheese asked for loaded. Tables are all 1.00 no rent by hour. 3 tables total. 1, table is 75% unable to make level shot due to shelf and wall. All tables need recovering and leveling. Lighting at tables is poor. If you are looking for a place to hide and practice,, this may be ok but for serious games,,,, theres to be better, just not near Galveston apparently,, will continuetolook while here. Drop a few dollars at the table, have a beer or 3,, then go find a game,,,, somewhere else. Edgars on the Sky walk in Baltimore,,,, I MISS YOU!!!!!!!

Its a good little bar, plenty of TVs., separate smoking area, pool tables, shuffleboard, plenty of tables, and decent menu for something while you drink. Only had 1 server my two times in but service was great and never needed for anything. Parking: Its a strip center so at night its open.

You need to get some good waitresses there. I had to wait 20 minutes for my water and that was after I went in the back and asked for it. Then my food onion rings were burnt and my boneless wings with greasy and you could barely touch warm temperature on them. So I went to the other waitress that I was not eating it she could take it back and Ive already waited almost an hour so Im not going to ask them to remake it. Im there every Sunday watching football. You need to get some good waitresses

Not sure if it was because it was a busy night but went in to pick up my order asked the bartenders more than twice to see if my order was ready they ignored me by the time I got somebody to check on it they still didnt give me my whole order and the food was not hot I feel like you order ahead your order should be prioritized before others that are there especially if your food is just sitting on the counter getting cold and no one wants to take the time to help you and there are just people standing around doing

Great food, great service, great drinks and the hamburgers taste amazing!! Our server did get my burger wrong but Bradley quickly stepped up and got it corrected right away. Bradley also made a drink that I wanted to try and it came out so good (cherry Gatorade). The only thing that I didnt like was the band. It was really loud and didnt seem like it was a good fit for the crowd. Other than that, Timeout 5 is a great place to hang out that has great food/service and is reasonably priced.

When looking for a place to chill and have a cold beverage in a great friendly environment, THIS is my go-to spot! Friendly staff, great service, and a menu that will satisfy anyone... and I know food! Burgers, wings and a MUST try gator bread, just to mention a few! And to round it all out... plenty of tvs to watch every game, pool tables, shuffle boards, golden tee video games and more. Stop in... you wont be disappointed!! If there ever is an issue, ask for Bradley, and all is good... Parking: Huge parking lot, so parking is never a problem. Kid-friendliness: My grandson really enjoyed the pizza and shuffle board!

Ive gone a few times for lunch, and the service is not good at all. Theyve forgotten my food and I had to go and hunt the waitress down just so I could remind her. I went last night for the first time for dinner and because of Crystal, our waitress, I gave them a 5 star rating. She went above and beyond what I was expecting. The food was great as well. I will now be going for dinner and be asking for Crystal! Because of her service, I will be returning.

This was a great place to go and grab a drink with friends and have a bite to eat due to it being close to home but the issues I experienced was that my friends and I was not acknowledged when we sat at the bar until we flagged a bartender down after 20 minutes of sitting. The bar was not very packed and when we asked the male bartender for a drink he made the drink but asked us if we were starting a tab and seemed to have become irritated when we said we were paying cash and called out what we owed abruptly and rudely. When trying to get his attention for something else he shouted that he did not work our end of the bar and yelled the female bartender did. When we spoke to the female bartender and asked if we should be ordering with her she stated that they both work the entire bar and stated that they weren t short staffed. She then told the male bartender we complained on him and he rudely stated aloud that he didn t care about a MF complaining on him because they couldn t say it to his face. When we stated we could have said it to him and that we would have if he had came to our end and not yelled he became very rude and obnoxious and words were exchanged. He then grabbed himself and stated he sleeps with men and women and called security. The service was horrible by him and we usually go every Friday but we will not be back!

Hey guys, this was a new place totally unexpected to find in my area we went on a Thursday evening. There were several people in there. Food was excellent. Everything was great. The only bad thing I would say was the wait staff was a little bit, overwhelmed with the amount of people that were there. The gentleman next to me. Never got waited on after 15 minutes and he left. I would highly recommend this for everybody to come and try out the full bar and all the food. I will continue to find more places to check out. Follow me there ..!!!!t
