The food is pretty good, but the service is not good. They constantly give out wrong orders, especially if you use door dash, then you should expect something to be missing or wrong. Oh, and Ive gotten cashiers with attitudes on several occasions. Oh, and as far as fast food goes, Taco Palenque is pretty pricey.

Ordered two medium new corn in a cup for $10 bucks each but we only received plain corn in a cup no toppings in the cup nor on the side. Drove back to get back our $20. They put it a side to re-use after they opened it to confirm it was plain.

Worst food ever ordered a parillada for 3 to find like pieces of paper on my food like when you bite on the straw paper and spit it out ,fajita and chicken was dry like it was sitting there for the longest ,tasted like dirty grill ,chips were dry and hard ,never thought I could ever get such horrible food!NEVER Ever going there again!!

Last week on May 31st at approximately 11:20ish, I went to dine in at this particular Taco Palenque on Guadalupe, with my mother-in-law and children. I went to go order at the counter while they sat outside and I must have been standing there with no one in line, for almost 10 minutes straight. I thought to myself Okay, maybe they just hit a rush at drive thru, they re busy I understand but then I see the lady who was attending drive thru start to clean right in front of me. I realized I was being completely ignored. Finally after everyone pretending I wasn t there standing ready to order, a man who was the manager attended to me. (I was surprised since he too looked right over me.) After he asked how can I help you I replied with are you closing already???? . When I asked that, all the employees stopped what they were doing to look at me. I assume they thought I was going to get angry because they knew I had been ignored. I honestly should have left but I was visiting from San Antonio and my Mother in Law had just lost her Mother. I was there to accompany her and this incident really ruined my whole night. The only great worker there was an older man who brought out our food. He was so sweet and hardworking. The whole atmosphere was extremely awkward and uncomfortable. I almost felt as if the employees did not want us there and we were a bothersome. I love TP and in all the years I ve eaten at this chain restaurant, I never thought I could experience horrible customer service at any of them. Judging by the reviews at this TP, I believe there needs to be more monitoring from corporate.

If youre gonna swing by to try out the pancakes, I suggest you go elsewhere unless you want them to look like this. One side looks fine enough which is how they are presented. However, if you ordered to go you probably wont notice until you get home and take a bite or decide to flip em. Dont even think about getting a refund, all youll get is their condolences. Great tacos, wouldnt go for the pancakes unless you feel like having a bad time.

I have never had a problem coming to this establishment ever. Friendly workers. Place is always clean. Has a little playground outside for children. & Food is amazing! Parking: It has plenty of parking spaces available Kid-friendliness: I see many people being their children here. It has a playground outside for children. Wheelchair accessibility: Has handicap parking available. Enough space. Van accessible.

My review is 1 star for the food portions! I ordered parrillada for 2 de sirloin. You can make 4 tacos with the meat portions but 4 skimpy tacos. I paid $27 and change! That is outrageous for the meat portions! Yes, I got beans, rice, and guac. but not nearly enough for two Laredo Adult persons(gente de buen diente)! Seriously, for the price vs the meat portions no vale la pena! Mejor me hubiera ido a Taco n Maiz 14 tacos frijoles charros y refresco pagas casi lo mismo!
