Horrible service. Every time I go at night, they always give me the large instead of the medium or small, like I ordered. Of course, they charge me for it. This time, when I saw they put large on the drive-through screen, I told them it was wrong and they changed it. I then turned my head to check for something else on the menu, and they had the gall to change it back to large when I wasnt looking.

went to the drive thru for breakfast and ordered 3 sourdough melts and 1 supreme croissant meal. got home and none of my sourdough melts had egg in them, and my croissant was turned into a sourdough melt. went back to the restaurant to fix my sandwhiches when they handed me the bag they said that everything in there was now correct. well, 2 of my sourdough melts were fixed, my supreme croissant was STILL a sourdough melt, and now my hashbrown that came with my meal was gone. so even though i went back to get my order fixed, it was STILL wrong. extremely disappointed, do better.

Y all need to train your employees to handle situations better. We went through the drive thru Sunday June2 around 1-2am (I work night shifts) and after placing our order my 9 month old baby started projectile vomiting everywhere in her car seat. I jumped out of the car to help her and the young man on the drive thru speaker was telling us to pull forward. I told him to give me minute bc my baby was throwing up everywhere(obviously panicking through the sound in my voice on on the cameras), and instead of trying to help this situation he just continued to yell and have an attitude. I managed to get my baby to stop throwing up and out of her car seat and put her in my lap on passenger side, the guy and my boyfriend were still going back n forth at this point and the guy told us to calm down bc he calmed down . we pulled up around the corner and him and some little girl were pointing and laughing at us. I didn t trust them with our food, and honestly would have done something I may or may not regret later, so I told my bf to just roll the window up and drive off so we could take care of our daughter. This was absolutely disgusting behavior. My baby could have died from choking on her vomit and instead of at least being kind yall were immature little brats. Yall are sad and miserable people.

So weird crazy experience 1/23/2023 early evening , we go to Jack in the Box drive thru to order and proceed to go to the window to pay. The lady in the window says the amount and I hand over a card for payment. Lady pops back out the window and says it s asking for a pin. What s the pin? I ask her to bypass that and she says it will not do that. Lady: you can pay another way or what s the pin? I then asked well can you put the keypad in reach so I can enter it. Lady then says it doesn t do that. Lady had the audacity to ask four separate times for a PIN number. I then snapped at her give me my card I am not giving a PIN number I will pay in cash and she gets all annoyed with us. You don t ask people confidential information like that! Unacceptable!

DO NOT!!! I REPEAT DO NOT!!! Come to this jack in the box while the night shift is working. They are beyond rude and disrespectful and will give you fake names when you have a problem with them! Luckily I spoke to a former employee who gave me their names! Caitlyn and Noelle or should I say Kayla and Alex? This is absolutely unacceptable. My order which should have come up for around $20 came out to $28. I asked for the receipt and of course the printer was out of paper. This didnt sit right with me so I went up to another jack in the box where I met said former employee. He said that Noelle overcharges people randomly by adding random items throughout the night and does not give them their receipts. When people have a problem with this he gives them the fake name of alex. THEY WILL SCAM YOU. ASK FOR YOUR RECEIPT. DO NOT LEAVE UNLESS IT IS HANDED TO YOU. This is one of my favorite franchises in all of Texas. They always have fat WiFi, very friendly bilingual staff, clean dining area, plenty of seating, several power outlets, and great app deals. Vegetarian options: The salads are always fresh and tasty. Sometimes, theyll throw in some free tortilla chips even for your side salad. Parking: Basically infinite parking spaces. The drive-thru is wide and safe, too. Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible, low-incline ramp.

As a deliver driver, I experienced an issue that couldnt be resolved at this location. Customer was unable to modify order in app. However, during arrival at store, I requested if It would be possible to add bacon on the side, as well as additional hot sauce packets. Since customer has requested it. I as a delivery driver was fully prepared to pay for this additional bacon, however the employee immedietly responded, No, we cant but we can give you more hot sauce. I had two total orders, and was asked to wait for them to prepare this second order which ironically was breakfast entrees. I dont see why they couldnt have just sold the bacon ots seperately.
