Dropped by here for a health issue 30 minutes before closing. In around 1hr, They reduced some of the pain and eliminated a number of potential causes with very fast turnaround tests. The bedside manner of all the staff was phenomenal. Great establishment based on my visit!

Racist! Do not come here! They continually passed people before us. We were here for my 1 yo daughter. Because we were waiting on a text they never sent. A text we repeatedly asked to get resent to us. Then they want to continually refer to my daughter who was dressed in all pink with pig tails and bows as a he and boy. I asked to get her swabbed for strep and the nurse only swabbed her lip and said hopefully that s enough. I asked doesn t the back of the throat have to be swabbed? She said yeah but that s all I can do and walked out of the room.

My wife and I brought our toddler in to be checked over after he had fall - we were seen by Micki, who was absolutely phenomenal, not only did she assess our toddler and make sure he was okay, but she did so in such a warm, calm and lovely way. Which also comforted us as parents. Highly recommend Next Level Urgent Care. Micki made our first visit here excellent!

Great staff and service. Every staff member I entered acted with was polite and kind. I had the luxury of receiving care from the N.P. Natacha M. and my techs were Javon and Tanika. Since the pandemic finding people in the medical profession that actually care has been a pain. I am glad that wasn t the case with these guys.

The Staff at this Next level is always Top Tier. They are all very informative and display a very high level of professionalism. The provider that tended to me on my most recent Visit was Amini Lewis. She was extremely thorough with her exam. She didnt make me feel rushed at any point during my visit.

This place has given me the best service of my life. I was severely sick and Marquita Frazier took care of me like family. She went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of and given the necessary care to get better. I cant recommend her enough and she is the main reason that I didnt have to be admitted to a hospital. Thank you Marquita!

Stay away. I did a DOT physical and was told results get reported to state by doctor, nurses and even front desk. Guess what...they didnt send anything since I was self pay. They are not aware and or mislead the public. Now I have an suspended license due to faith in these people.

I made an appointment online. Payment was super high online. Lady at front desk refunded that and said my copay was no where near that. They are very nice and understanding. I felt comfortable here. I was glad I could explain my symptoms. And it took at total of 30 minutes from the time I made the online appointment to the end of the appointment. I will definitely come here again should the need arise.

I originally went to urgent care for a knee injury. After the doctor looked at it, then turned my case over to Miss Loreena. She was very professional and very helpful with the knee brace and I was given a referral for an MRI that she handled very well. She was very helpful in attaining the referral and guiding me not only to the right place but making sure that it was within my insurance policy. Due to her help finding the right place for the MRI and helping me with the whole job I was able to attain the MRI and I am very satisfied with all of her help. She is very knowledgeable and helpful and didn t give up helping me by doing the front end work.

Ive been to Next level in Atascocita on May 29th and the staff there was very cooperative, concerned for my wellbeing, friendly, efficient and simply welcoming!!! The entire staff is awesome! From the time I walked through the door the level of concern with patient care is the best encounters! From the receptionist to the register nurses!!! Next Level Urgent Care - Atascocita should ALWAYS be a patient first choice to visit! I can compare because I went to another urgent care August 3rd before arriving and I waited for an hour did the process and co pay and I still wasnt seem by any physician or even offered a room. Upon my arrival at next level I was immediately put into the room and seen! Next level live up to their name thank you guys for all you do you are appreciated it!!!

I went in today worried and nervous because I had COVID for the first time. Staff was very friendly and showed concern. All the way from intake to Dr. Mickey (she was awesome). I was not treated as if I was a bother that they just wanted to get in and get out like other places. I definitely recommend this place to others!

I will never return to this place again. I went in to urgent care on a Sat and was misdiagnosed. They took the copay and gave me cough medicine only. Next day my husband was rushing me to the hospital. I had pneumonia and a partial colapse lung and had to say in hospital. So never will I ever go to this again .

I came to this urgent care since my usual place, Carbon Health, was closed for the day. I can assure you I will not be back. The front desk staff and nursing staff were all kind and courteous, especially Kie. The provider, Andrea, not so much. I felt like my concerns and medical history were dismissed. I was told that I shouldn t be playing doctor with my sinus infection just because I attempted home remedies and utilized medication at my house prior to spending a copay for someone to tell me what I already know (I only needed a steroid shot). I was educated on proper protocols for a sinus infection (and told I should always wait 7-10 days before doing anything to fix it). Perhaps there are other providers who provider more client-centered care at this facility. But for now, I ll stick with Carbon Health.

No one wants to have to be at urgent care but the techs and providers made my visit pleasant and took care of my needs quickly and efficiently. My provider, Brenda Karst was friendly and respectful. Every tech who helped me was very nice. Denise took very good care of me. The facility itself is clean and lovely. It made me feel welcome and safe.

My family and I had the absolute most horrible experience. Waited over an hour in the waiting area, just to not be seen. The front desk rep was nice but there was one in particular lady, Toneka that was extremely rude and unprofessional. I walked in to get my 2 young children seen (1 and 4 yr old). I was told that I would need a copy of front and back of my insurance card. I was able to get a copy of one of the insurance which was uploaded at the time of registration. I was having a very hard time getting a copy of the other insurance card, as trying to do get it from my cell phone on a desktop view website was not working properly. I showed them my phone of where certain links were not populating for me to retrieve. As I was showing the lady my phone I asked if I could come back tomorrow with the insurance card and they could apply it. She said no, that they don t do that. I asked if they had a billing department. She said yes but they don t do that (in a very ugly tone of voice) & she would cut me off as I spoke. I walked out to let my husband know we would have to pay the copayment since I didn t have the second insurance card. I asked what would my copayment be and she said she didn t know until insurance would be verified. Then she offered to log into my account to retrieve the second insurance. Not sure what made her change her demeanor, and the front desk rep was able to assist with retrieving. By then 20 - 30 mins had passed by. Why not just offer in the first place. The establishment had a copy of both of my insurance information roughly by 8:40pm. It was not until 8:56 that they notified my husband that our insurance could not be verified and that we would have to pay $175 per child. When he asked what was the problem, their response was oh, our team that verifies insurance is gone for the night. I understand they close at 9pm however someone should be available until 9pm to do the verifications. Not once were we ever rude or disrespectful to be treated in such an ugly, disrespectful manner. My husband walked out of the urgent care with our 2 sick children as I was in the car with our other 3 children. I was previously told that we could not apply our insurance at a later time and get reimbursed for the copayment. That we would need to seek reimbursement with our insurance providers. That makes absolutely no sense since I paid the urgent care directly, not my insurance providers. Never in my life have I ever been treated in such a manner. And would never want my children to be seen by such disrespectful, rude health providers.

Dr. Wong was so personable, kind, and she listened to me. I went in for my back and got injections and medications to go home. They ruled out a kidney infection as well which made me feel better that she was being thorough. She also gave me a prescription for another issue I was experiencing that didn t involve my back which I didn t expect since that wasn t my main concern/reason for coming in. I would go to her as my regular doctor if I could. Highly recommend. I just really enjoy physicians who listen and don t make you feel incompetent. She did just that! Very easy to talk to.

The receptionist took my insurance cards and l filled out all the papers. I finally saw the Doctor after 3 1/2 hours. The Doctor was nice and after ordering 2 shots told me she was sending two prescriptions to the Pharmacy (Walgreens at West Lake Houston). The Pharmacy sent me a message they had 1 prescription for me. I called the Pharmacy and they informed me they only had one request. I called the Doctors poi e and they said they send both rx requests and it was the pharmacy s fault. I asked if they would call the Pharmacy and verify it. They said yes and they would let me know. No response so l called back and they said the Doctor said she had sent it and l needed to talk to the Pharmacy. In addition, when l was leaving the office after seeing the Doctor l was charged 168.12 for my visit. I paid it because l was tired and ready to leave. I was not given a copy of anything but my credit card receipt. After getting home and thinking about it l realized l was over charged by at least 148.12. During one of my calls to the office today l asked about the charge and was told l needed to talk to billing. She gave me the number. The lady was very nice and said she would verify my insurance and call me back before noon. No call. So at 5:45, l called and she apologized and stated l was overcharged and l should have only paid $20 copayment. She said she was going to put the $148.12 back on my account. That remains to be seen. These people are not doing their jobs so beware .. you may be over charged and you may never get your prescription.

Took a Covid test on a Friday and was told I would have the results in 2-3 days. Thats fine. I called on Sunday, two days after the test and they said oh, sorry, we meant 2-3 business days. Fine. Called Monday, then Tuesday. On Tuesday they didnt have the results in and wouldnt have them until Wednesday. I called the lab directly and the results were released on Sunday...... I want my money back

6/8/20 I called this office to let them know I need to stop by and sign a Release of Information sheet giving them permission to send my Rheumatologist my records from there. On the the phone she said no problem. I gave her an hour and drove up thereto get the form and fill it out. Which was 3:00pm yesterday. At 3:15 she called me and handed me a clipboard that was signing for for surgery I gave e it back to her and explained again it just the sheet of paper that gives Northeast Urgent Care permission to provide my medical records with them to my Rheumatologist, she ask me did I have all the information written down Indra name fax number etc. Yes I do, she takes that from me and says she will call my dr office. Ok but I m pretty sure that she still needs my signature on that release of information but I left her with the information anyway. She had no idea where the form was and was not going to ask any of the girls or dr that I say walking around in the back. 6/9/20 - 9:15am I called to see if it was the same person from yesterday it was and I ask if she had located the form to which she responded No I I know this is important to you but I m checking people in I will get to it ASAP. Yesterday there were 2 people in the waiting room I signed in at 3, and now today I still do not rate high enough that 1 sheet of paper that I need had been located . Customer service is customer service please just hand me the sheet of paper let me fill it out and hopefully that information can make it to my dr. Before my appt in July,

I absolutely love this office! Dr. Davis is very attentive and you can tell he is truly concerned for his patients. Him and his assistant, Izzy were able to diagnose the issue and immediately address it! Maria and Jennifer at the front desk are friendly and honest with wait times. Stay away from the grocery store clinics. NE Urgent Cares facility has everything they need to properly treat you. Im truly thankful for the Saturday crew!

Very disappointing. I waited over an hour to be seen. After finally getting checked in, I had like 4 different ladies come in the room to check for symptoms and vitals. The primary nurse I had was super unprofessional & rude. She was a skinny African american lady with curly brown hair. She seemed like she had better things to do than to be there. I saw her for like maybe 2 minutes. I work at a restaurant & I wanted to know if I was clear to go back to work. She kept sending another nurse to talk to me while she was outside in the hallway doing her own thing. It s like she didn t even care about my concerns. No hospitality what so ever. Everytime I asked a question it was followed by a phrase that began with I think I m not sure Maybe - how assuring is that? they couldn t even diagnose me & tell me if what I had was contagious. I ve been coming to this location for years. This will be my last visit.

Left CVS MinClinic due 178 min wait, they go to lunch, 1:30-2:30. Drove over to NE Urgent Care. Waiting room was busy, had about 1.5 hr wait. But the care was very thorough, Dr gave me 2 shots+flu meds. Been here before w less wait time.

The building definitely looks like its under construction & dated. The treatment that I received was excellent. I was greeted with a genuine smile by staff who treated me with respect, concern and empathy and cared about getting my medical issues addressed immediately. They knew about insurance companies billing policies and were efficient at getting me check in. The doctor and NP have excellent bedside manner and my medical issues were thoroughly attended to. I was impressed by the employees. (The building could use some love)....

The nurse who stitched up my foot, if thats what we are calling the job that she was supposed to do, was rude to the other girl who was in the room helping her. Everyone there was super nice except this woman who thought she was the best thing since Jesus. My foot looks like garbage which is clearly where this woman got her medical degree. Ive been coming here for years and have never had a bad experience. Staff is friendly and the Dr.s always help me feeling better fast. Not too bad of a wait time either. Im usually out of there in an hour each visit and they are affordable unlike going to the ER. I think this place is a good substitute when your regular Doctor or PCP isnt available and you need care the same day.

The term Urgent means nothing to these people. I waited 2 hours to be seen, And was refused service AFTER paying them. They acted like they would have to pull one of their own teeth to refund my money. I want to add here, that I was refused service under Emergency Conditions! I wound up having to put, out of pocket, $3,000 in Emergency care to treat the SYMPTOMS, and not the cause...

The clinic lost my file. I came for a routine blood test and did not need to see the Doctor. I was told i had to fill out all the forms again or I could not get into the lineup to get my blood tested. After one hour of being punished for there losing the file, they lost me as a patient. I will never return. I sees as if money is become patient care in this clinic. I think the Doctors as a good here as anywhere for a Urgent Care Clinic but the place is very poorly run. I had other poor experiences with the clinic with extremely long waits for something which is very routine and did not require to see a Doctor such as weight loss treatment. This is supposed to be a 15 minute turnaround and it routine turns into 1 hour wait to get a needle from a nurse. Another poor experience was inability to transfer a file from one clinic to another without a big hastle. In 3 visit this was not done and I gave up on the inefficiency of the place. The other clinic in the chain is the Kingwood Clinic who does not staff their place with Doctors during hours of business and you have to go to their sister clinics to get service. Very poor service to the patient to have this happen 5 out of 6 times over a 6 month period of time. I gave up on the Kingwood Clinic. .

This place is a joke. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE! The first time I went here I showed up at 8am, and I was the only one in the waiting room. I waited and waited and finally asked if I was gonna be seen. Their response was well the doctor doesnt get here until 9am. I asked them why they opened at 8am instead of 9am and they did not know... So I sat back down and eventually a nurse called me back. She did not know how to do anything. She did not know how to check my blood pressure and she did not know how to take my temperature. EVERYTHING she did she had to go and ask someone how to do it... A kid could do this job... After being taken to the room and while waiting on the doctor the nurse had to keep coming back to my room and asking me one different question each time that she had forgotten to ask me initially... The second time I went there I drove 45 minutes to get there at 7pm, they show they close at 8pm... I go in and a lady asks me if I need help. I told her I need to see a doctor please. She said we arent seeing anymore patients today. I said well your hours say that you close at 8pm. She said yes but the doctor we have is in a procedure and we are short staffed... GO FIGURE!!! I turn and walk out and when I look back through the glass she is LAUGHING AND STARING AT ME!!! Talk about a low-life... HOW RUDE, PATHETIC AND DUMB DO YOU HAVE TO BE TO WORK AT THIS PLACE!?!?!?!?!!? NEEDLESS TO SAY I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS URGENT CARE FACILITY AND YOU SHOULDNT EITHER!! Unfotunately Poor-Fair is a very high rating for this place. This place deserves a Ridiculous-A Joke! I have been to the Atascocita location now twice before 8:00PM for a minor emergency, and have been turned away because the receptionist tells me Were closed The door says it closes at 8:00OPM... We called this Urgent Care Clinic yesterday Sunday, and asked if they accept our type of health insurance particularly United Healthcare PPO Silver Choice Plus Plan. The staff said they dont accept that kind of Insurance (maybe she meant it was out of the network) so I have to drive to another Urgent Care located at North Park in Kingwood and we just live in Atascocita just a mile away from this Urgent Care Clinic (1 mile compare to 10 miles in Kingwood). The staff didnt know what she was saying because I just found out today from my health insurance that NE Urgent Care is in the Network of United Healthcare.
