The food is good, but the price is high for the amount. I was expecting more variation of food as well. If I go back its will be a matter of giving the franchise a second chance. Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetarian options, the cilantro rice with pinto beans, will fill you up. Plenty of vegetables toping as well. Parking: Its a small store with a decent amount of parking per sized.

If you are a burrito lover, this place will not disappoint you, the seasoning is excellent. I ordered one of chicken shepherd with white rice and guacamole, with that I was very satisfied, tip if it is the first time you visit them like in my case, it is to think how you want your burrito since they prepare it for you at the moment and you add the ingredients like a Subway. Food was good buy the dinning area was dirty. I saw all the tables dirty. I saw one employee pick up a tray but he did not bother to clean the table. The floors were full of small piecesvof chips and left over food. I saw a table with disposable plates and cups that remained there the entire time we were there. I think management should have one employee cleaning tables at all times.

The food is good in taste but the place is very dirty. We customers clean and collect our plates, but the staff never wipes the tables or sweeps the floor. Furthermore, while I was eating, I noticed that they did not carry out any cleaning controls, not even in the kitchen, where food handling is terrible. The lack of hygiene and mistreatment of food are worrying and affect the overall experience in the restaurant.

I asked them if they could double wrap the burrito and they acted like they had no idea how to properly fill it or place the tortillas. I had to tell them to seperate the tortillas a bit, which the whole point of double wrapping it. They didnt want to put enough food in the burrito to fill it since its bigger with 2 tortillas (which is the whole point)

The dinning area was dirty, food crumbs on the tables, floors and counter where the drinks are served, there was no lemonades in the containers! There was only 1 flavor out of the 4 they have. There was no ice!! The restroom was even worse. Flies on top of the tables due to the food left behind.

I ordered the carne asada tacos with pico de gallo,guacamole and sour cream. The meat didn t taste fresh, it tasted frozen. The condiments were fresh but so cold which made the whole taco cold. The floors were dirty and the atmosphere felt dark and gloomy. Brighten up Chipotle!

The worst experience in the chain. The meat and chicken were skinny, I have never had such bad food in a Chipotle restaurant. It was not very clean and they mixed the ingredients. When serving meat, it dripped over the chicken and, since I am allergic, I had to eat something else. But all my companions complained

An elderly person accidentally dropped his food when he was about to sit down, and the staff gave them a new bowl and took it to his table. Food was very good and staff were friendly. The only issue was that the tables werent wiped down so it was hard to find a clean place to sit even though it wasnt busy. Edit - We went back again and same issue - The floor and tables are filthy. Disappointed as we love Chipotle but we wont be going back to this one.

Does a bad Chipotle even exist? Same food, same fast service, same clean atmosphere. Even when the line is long, youre through it in no time. Skip the line and order online! Bathrooms are clean. For a city that exceeds 100° for a good part of the year, the outdoor seating could have tents. But otherwise, no complaints!

I am giving this place a 5 star mainly because it was very clean. Service was quick and the pick for the online order was pretty good. Signage would be nice so i dont make a line next time but its all good.
