If you are being false accused and harassed by the (DFPS) worker after all, Mr. Santos by the guide of God is the one to reach out. Aint easy to live in fear with someone out there who is false accusing and twist their own words just to take out our kids without reasonable evidence. No one plans on going through a divorce, especially a messy one when infidelity is involved by your spouse. I moved from Laredo to Oklahoma once the infidelity was discovered to live with my daughter, but I needed an attorney in Webb County. I found Mr Santos name on a Google search after a very bad initial visit with another attorney in Laredo who was recommended to me. The first attorney saw a traumatized middle aged woman being forced into a divorce and had absolutely no compassion and offered no hope in a divorce settlement. After his very negative thoughts on the outcome of my divorce, I almost succumbed to my narcissistic husband s push for mediation and his demands. Thank God I called Mr Santos! After talking to his staff and having a one hour zoom meeting with Mr Santos, I knew that he was the attorney God had lead me to. I cannot express strongly enough the quality of work and the solid legal advice I have received. Mr Santos and his entire staff have become like family - encouraging me along the way and always having my best interest in mind. They are always quick to respond to questions and willing to spend whatever time is necessary to explain all legal matters to me. Upon our first meeting with Mr. Santos, his passion for is work and vast array of knowledge was so apparent. I was put at such ease, knowing that he had mine and my childs best interest in mind. The Law Offices of Rudy Santos should be made an example for law firms nationwide. They allowed me to be involved in every single aspect of my case and never left me in the dark. I called with some basic questions, at first she was very nice. She told hme the retainer fee to file for divorce, etc etc. Call was going great, she even referred me to downtown since I mentioned that my income isnt all too great. Once I said that I cant afford the 3k, she hung up on me mid sentence. Pretty rude, considering that income tax is around, the corner and I probably would have considered them. Not anymore.

What do I like about this business? Pretty much everything. They have an amazing team of lawyers and paralegals. Mr Rudy Santos is an incredible person and the most dedicated human being I have ever know. You can see how much he likes his job in less than a minute. I contacted one of his paralegals at 2 am in the morning and my surprise was that they were still working at that time. I had the opportunity to talk to him and he gave a free consultation. He worked on my case all morning after we hanged up. I went to meet him in person hours later and he amazed me when I saw his work. Mr. Santos agreed to take my case me knowing it s a challenging case. I ve been so worried, anxious and scared due to how difficult it will be. But Mr. Santos treats me not like a client but as family, I love the fact that he calls me to see how I am doing, gives me advice, an even calls me late at night when other attorneys that I know off won t, just let me know that him and his team is working on my case. I am giving this law firm four stars based on my experience with them. My grandfather has passed and Santos Law Firm upheld their word by putting their client first. Even though we shared our differences in opinion, they are a law firm that is of positive attributes, high levels of expertise and efficiency. My only advice to them and particularly to their paralegal assistant would be to practice on your professional means. Emails are not a way of communication at all times. Mr. Santos and his staff helped me in the best possible way with my Dad s estate issues. He was very informative and helpful in what was in my best interest for my case. Rudy Santos is not only very knowledgeable about family law- he is ethical and a good man (not always easy to find in an attorney). Unfortunately the previous attorney I hired did more damage than good for the case. my case had already gone to trial, and he was very specific and actually caught what was said to the judge by the grandmother, her son and the attorney that she had hired was her boss all lies. on the case. He instead, though his questions, were able to let all truth come out while all was under oath. While this case is still being heard and is not over, he has been able to accomplish so much to get things turned around to our favor so far. Rudy and all in his office is far above superior service but all have shown care, compassionate and all have responded to when they were called. Rudy not only a fantastic attorney but shows integrity but always demonstrates genuine care of who he represents. The only regret I have with this firm is that I didn t hire him sooner to have stopped what all damage this grandmother and prior attorney had already done to hurt this very complicated case that it has become. Anyone thinking of hiring an attorney to help fight for a custody matter, please don t hesitate for a moment to not hire Rudy! He will definitely fight for what he knows is right but prove to you that he is the attorney FOR YOU!! Mr. Santos is an exceptional attorney, and I highly recommend his office to anyone in need of legal representation. Prior to retaining Mr. Santos, I was represented by another San Antonio attorney. That attorney charged me his customary $10,000.00 retainer and assured me that he would handle my divorce while I was deployed overseas. I am a United States Air Force Captain, and the sensitive nature of my work, put me in a position far from my home in San Antonio. My former attorney failed to represent my best interest. During one of my deployments my former attorney failed to appear in court. He also failed to participate in discovery, and the court even ordered me to pay sanctions because of my former attorney s failure to adequately represent me and my best interest. I heard about Rudy Santos and called him after I learned about the mess my former attorney caused. Mr. Santos was courteous, informed me exactly what was going on and set realistic goals to get my case back on track. My circumstances were dire and seemed insurmountable, but in just a few months, Mr. Santos exceeded my expectations with respect to all my goals. I did not have to pay sanctions as ordered, I received a greater share of the marital property than I expected in my divorce, and most importantly, the lawsuit began to move quickly, and I got back peace of mind and a normal life.
