My husband waited forever today and the lady dropped the order right at the window so then my husband had to wait forever again. Two out of three sandwiches were wrong when he finally got our food home and the lettuce on my sons sandwich tasted like it went bad.

Paid $36 for a med combo and a giant sand which that was $18 alone. Didnt get the chips for my combo, and the giant wasn t supposed to have lettuce or tomato. It had both. It we were the only car in line when we got there. It s not a hard job.

South 14th girls are busting their butts. They work hard to keep the store clean and to get orders out correctly and in a timely manner. The menu is on the higher side but worth every penny. Great place to eat!

I placed my order at 530 for a 700 pm pickup. I arrived at 705 to give extra time. Waited in drive thru until 719 after being told 3 times to wait. I finally gave up left line and went inside. I go in to find out that one order was never even made, and one order is cold now. Finally left with everything at 735 when it was suppose to be ready at 700. Your drive thru person was rude and never tried to talk to me to even start fixing the order they completely forgot. The one order that was ready was two giant sandwiches with the roast beef having only enough meat on half to barely cover it one layer. That was giant and it was almost nothing bread.

Walked in as a door dasher. Not a single employee noted I was there. I broke the ice with a hi how are yall today...3x. No response. Even after they asked if I was there to pick up so and sons order I asked for the fourth tune how they were only to be answered with silence. I only got a thanks once my dash was picked up and headed out the door.

This was our first visit to the establishment only being familiar with it via word of mouth states away. The food is everything I expected and more, excellent quality. The only issue really is the place is a tad dated and ready for a refresh on the interior, but thats not a deal breaker in any way. Not far from the loop therefore I recommend this place when passing through the west side of Abilene.

The lady with hand tattoos working the drive thru window was really rude. She told me they didnt have any caesar dressing so i just wanted a cobb salad instead. She started cussing and then was visibly angry because she said she already made the salad. Its not my fault you dont have the right dressing and its not out of the question to change my order because you cant make something on the menu you already let me order. Idk what her problem was but she looks like an addict.

The Cinnabon was hard and stale the flatbread was very good! The man that delivered the flatbread was very nice. The cashier seemed very bothered to interrupt their cleaning every time someone came up to place an order.

It took them a little longer than usual to come take our order. Granted I did walk in about 20 minutes prior to closing. But did make the order to go. Ordered 2 pizzas, 1 kids pizza, 1 calzone, and 2 sandwiches. They had them all made quickly though, and all made correctly. Would recommend this location to anyone.

First time, got the calzone which was really just a cold meatball sandwich, cold despite getting the order within minutes. We spent $31 for a soft drink a bag of chips just like Frito lay and 2 sandwiches. Seems kinda pricey. I suppose if the calzone was hot and the sauce not cold it would have been pretty good if you suspended the calzone reality.

First let me say that schlozskys food is always consistent and of good quality and value. My experience this evening was memorable because of the young man behind the counter. Casey was friendly and engaging as he took our order. Unlike many employees Casey did not have to be told what needed to be done. He refilled ice, brought out to go orders, cleaned tables and swept floors. All the while his demeanor was that of a happy young man doing the work he was hired to do. I complimented him and his parents for their exceptional work they did in raising a fine young man. Casey will go far in this world!!!

I ve been here a few times, but this last experience I don t know whether to thank the staff or never eat a Cinnabon ever again in my life! The Cinnabon was stale and dry and tasted like it was out for over a week and of course I requested it heated but it was literally the worst Cinnabon I ve ever put in my mouth! The nerve for them to add extra icing to cover it up! Yes I shouldn t be in there eating it s sugary goodness while I m pregnant but hell.. I ve been clean for quite sometime now! I have gone to this location several times mainly because its down the road from where I live but Im about to start going to the other one across town. The sandwiches at this one have been good, but every time I come to 14th they dont answer in the drive thru, sometimes the doors are locked when it says they are suppose to be open. Like put a sign up that the drive thru is closed or something... and I saw other complaints about hair in the food its probably because they dont wear hairnets or beard nets which you need in food service especially when you are the food handler. I worked in fast food for 6 years and their food handling and cleaning need some work. Yall just need to try to do better.

I was pleasantly surprised the 1st time I tried one of their delicious sandwiches. I personally like the location on S. 14th than the one on Judge Ely. The bread has been stale on a few occasions at the Judge Ely and yall know that will ruin a sandwich, but overall the food is great. The prices are outrageous, I guess quality isnt cheap, but dang.

Nice selection of different sandwiches and other foods, large drinks as well. Sometimes the wait is long especially drive thru. At times Ive had bad meals, cold pizza or bad tasting sandwich. Nice spot, but a bit boring inside. However, after seeing a few employees mucking about on the food with no gloves and looking like they went dumpster diving, its a no-go for me.

I recently went to Schlotzky s on South 14th located in Abilene Texas. I had a wonderful experience thanks to Latoshia Francis. She is such a pleasant and outgoing employee, she truly made this a memorable experience. Highly recommend this restaurant even during the lunch rush. We went to lunch the service was great. The lady behind the counter was courteous, attentive, and had great customer service. I absolutely love Schlotzskys and would never give it a bad review! However, my visit last night was less than stellar. We waited 34 minutes before I went to check on our order for a small veggie sandwich (my daughter and I were talking and time got away from me). The staff said that the order must have gotten lost even though the table next to us rejected a small veggie sandwich because they didnt order that 7 minutes after we sat down. They acted like it was no big deal when in fact it was a huge deal because we had to be somewhere at a certain time and their failure to fill our order on a slow night caused us to be late.

Excellent customer service. Had a large phone order and it was exactly right. Sandwich was great. Im addicted had it twice in one week. .

The food was fine. Bread was amazing. Napkins needed filling, tables needed wiped down. It wasnt awful, but definitely could use some attention.
