This is one of the cleanest parks that I have had the privilege to visit. The lake levels fluctuate quite a bit. But overall a great place to spend a day at enjoying the outdoors with a picnic or good old fashioned cookout. Toilets: Restrooms are always clean. The cleanest of any park that I have been in. Picnic area: The park in general is always clean with grass always mowed. The picnic areas are clean with no bugs around.

Nice park on the border! Plenty of great food and things to do nearby. Lake and views aren t the best, but the facilities are very nice and well kept. Restrooms and showers are very nice as well. Large playground areas are older but nice. Interested to have the casa Blanca history here as well.

Been here a thousand times and never gets old. Feels so historic, I can imagine all that those building has seen and experienced over the years as it watches over Laredo perched on this overlook

I really like this state park and campground. I love the fishing lake and trails!! Laundry would be great for the campground but I get it. I will return and I would recommend to anyone

Clean picnic areas, clean restrooms, nice hiking trails, you get to see some animals, like deer, raccoon, armadillo, fox, different birds. Great place to watch the sunset and moon rise. Camping area available. $4 per person entrance fee.

Perfect weather to walk, cookout, and camp out these past couple of weeks. Came here on 12/04 and 12/07/19. I have no complaints with the amenities here. The staff is always helpful and friendly.

Wonderful campgrounds. Fantastic parks and wildlife people who work there. Will go back when the weather cools off a bit. Couldnt do much out side for the heat and heat index.

The Casa Blanca Lake has changed for the better. It looks so nice and its very nice and clean. The staff makes sure it stays well kept.

Loved the place. Loved shopping at HEB. However two things to know. 1. Dont leave park on weekend an plan on comming back. Line to get back into park will take atleast 2 hrs. 2. The shooting you hear at nithe are actual gunfights outside park.
