Went in earlier today nobody greeted me or anything . I waited for about 10 min to see if anyone would service my table to get my order, but nope not even a will be right with you! Completely ignored.. meanwhile the guy was busy cleaning the tables instead. so left oh well..

4 years ago, I had a very different experience. The place was good and the food was good but all good things come to an end. Today, I was downtown for an event and I craved that delicious food only to be highly disappointed at the end when I noticed a cockroach sitting at the bottom of my plate. I felt repulsed and while I didnt cause a big scene and tried to be discreet and advised our waiter. Needless to say, I wasnt about to blast them but the rudeness of the woman at the cashier station was the icing on the cake. Instead of taking ownership of their fault for this incident, she was well she almost finished the plate and didnt want to give us a refund for my plate while our poor waiter was pleading for her to take it off our tab. She made it seem that it was my fault for not noticing it before I consumed the plate and that she was going to lose money on the ingredients used for the Seafood delight. I mean if I had known that they serve up the dishes with extra protein, I wouldnt be there in the first place. Needless to say, this restaurant is no longer on my list of places you must visit. If youre into extra protein, this is your place but if youre repulsed by it like I am, beware of what youre consuming. Note: The waiter was very attentive and understanding of the situation, the Asian woman wasnt.

This place has good reviews, I decided to try it out. The place was not nice looking, but decided to try food anyways. I ordered fried rice ,general tso chicken. As we waited they gave us sweet a sour soup as a courtesy. The soup was dark and thick like gravy, nasty tasting. Fried rice had no veggies, hardly any egg very disappointed. The chicken was all nothing but they batter it in with sauce. Not good at all.

Thank you for such excellent food, a family-run place and they also have the best chef in Chinese food. Downtown Larado has a place where any tourist or resident falls in love with this food. 100% recommend it. God bless its owners.

OMG, definitely the best Chinese restaurant in Laredo. Came here because saw really good opinions in Google so decided to give it a try, and what a surprise. Although some dishes might seem a bit pricey, believe me its totally worth it. We ordered the Dumplings (steamed) to start, they tasted fresh and juicy, also the side sauce that comes with them was very tasty. As main dishes we went for the Szechuan Happiness which is under the House Masterpieces, the ingredients felt super fresh, the amount was very generous, almost didnt finish my plate, and the 2nd dish was the Chinese border special chow mein, and oh gosh the portion was HUGE, easily could be for two people, also the flavor was amazing, it actually comes with fried noodles which are crispy and not soft as many would expect but even though it was delicious, just the perfect combination. Definitely well come again to try others items from the menu . They also have a few vegan/vegetarian options in the menu. Vegetarian options: Theres a Vegetables section which includes options such as chop suey, chow mein, etc.. however if youre vegan just make sure to ask in advance to not put in any butter on the dish you ask for.

Dining room is closed. Take out only. We ordered the Spicy chicken and the Sweet and Sour chicken. Service was lacking not even a hello or welcome. Food taste fared about the same, no flavor, taste was bland nothing really stood out. Spicy chicken was not spicy or even had a hint of spicy. Sweet and Sour chicken had a commercial taste to it nothing really stood out. Service here was never stellar but food used to be good.

This restaurant may be a bit of a drive, but it is so worth it. The hot and sour is pretty good, the Crab Puffs (crab Rangoon) are great! I highly recommend it. When you go ask for a menu to take with you so you can call ahead and order that way when you get there it will be ready for you to pick up. The only drawback is parking is a bit scarce, so be prepared if you are planning on eating at the restaurant itself.

The Chinese food here is very delicious. My favorite is the triple delight. Very disappointed. Website says they close at 5p, called ahead to verify and lady on the phone said they close at 5p, showed up at 440p to be told they were already closed. The chef is very slow, half an hour to give me a Lo mein, there were a lot of people in the restaurant, but a family member is faster and I feel like they can improve, the flavor is not as good, and they dont remove the poop from the Shrimp. 15 dollars??, I would have been better off buying 2 maruchan. This place is nasty as F$&k. Dont go here and waste your money on low quality food! Your best bet is a Walmart frozen Chinese dish. Thats how this place taste like. They give you one little ice cream scoop of rice that tasted burnt and like 6 little pieces of chicken and an egro the size of your middle finger for 8$ I would of rather wiped my ass with those 8$ than of spent it here. Ok...dont trust someone that tells you that youre better off going to Panda Express because we all know that person is diluted. China Border is authentic Chinese cuisine that surpasses any of the Chinese places in Laredo. The produce is fresh and the food extremely flavorful. I would highly suggest the Crab Wontons & Steamed Dumplings - try your hand at the Chicken & Vegetables with chili oil and also some good General Tsos Chicken - this place is simple in decor and really private. Take your date here for some privacy and great food - I give it a huge thumbs up! Oh and I order take out allll them time and they ALWAYS answer - in fact just placed an order!

Avoid this place! They wont answer the phone for takeout orders if they dont recognize your phone number. Who does that?? the only reason they have a 2 star rating and not 1 is because one of our dishes was tasty, nearly 50 dollars for 2 adults and one child seemed expensive and after eating the food I want my money back. Laredo is lacking a REAL chinese food place. If you are craving chinese in Laredo your best bet is Panda Express.
