Tiny airport so going through security was fast. If you have an early flight, know that theres no coffee after security or anything to eat either. But please install a coffee machine after security.

This is the worst airport I ve ever flown from. Staff is basically just there as decoration since they don t help at all. Tried to split a group of 3 and send 2 people 3 days after the first one. Would not fly from here if you can help it

Very small airport so you don t need to arrive 2 hours early for any flight. Getting there about 30 minutes before boarding is ideal. There s a chikfila inside and plenty of machines for drinks.

A wonderful little airport to fly in and out off. Administration is amazing when asking for help and parking is great (and cheap) when needing to leave a vehicle here. Not to forget American Airlines staff! Wonderful agents that assist you every step of the way and so easy to navigate to their counters after entering the airport! (Not to forget United Airlines too, amazing staff!)

Terrible traffic light on the loop going into the airport. The traffic light only lets one car turn into the airport and while the car in turning in half way the light changes to red. The exit from the airport it used to be that you were allowed 2 hours free parking. Now it is only 30 minutes free. When we arrived to exit, in both both lanes the people were having a hard time to get out but only one was able to open. By that my charge was $2 for 37 minutes.

While in no way large or fancy, the Laredo Airport is easy to get in, and easy to get out - attributes that are invaluable in air travel and ones that most large fancy airports struggle with tremendously. I would have given it four stars instead of three - but I had an early morning flight (7:20) - and in spite of there being two cafes on site - neither were open and no coffee was available. Nit picky maybe, but other small airports I ve been in and out of had coffee available in some form much earlier. Also shown is the most adorable Chik-fil-a I ve ever seen.

If I could give this airport zero stars I would. I ve flown from Laredo twice. Once with United and once through American. Both times I ve used this airport, my flight gets delayed or canceled. My bags were lost both tomes when I arrive to my destination and had to file claims. This airport has caused me to sleep in an airport because it made me miss a connecting flight. That one hurt because I had a cruise I was trying to get to and had to make it on time. I ve missed out on 3 vacation days with my family because of cancelations/delays stemming from this airport. On the United flight that got canceled, I went to baggage claim to retrieve my checked bag, but none of the bags came. I went to the United counter for help, but they left. I asked customer service for help but she said she couldn t do anything. I only got my bag because I saw a worker wearing a yellow vest and asked him. He ended up walking out to the tarmac to go get it for me. You also won t find out if your flight is delayed/canceled until you arrive there and someone tells you verbally. They don t update it on their monitors or the app. If you absolutely need to fly out out of the city of Laredo save yourself the frustrations, wasted time, and wasted money to drive 3 hours to the San Antonio airport.

Staff and security was impossible to contact from the overnight parking lot ticket machine. We called the office a couple of times until finally a woman answered. She came over to the overnight parking lot in the security truck with the security driving her. She said that the machines didnt work. I paid her cash and she lifted the ticket machine barrier for us to leave.

United has one person attending customers from multiple flights canceled! Little to no notice on cancellations to make arrangements. Our first flight was canceled and we missed our second flight out of Houston. There s no assistance over the phone as they ll tell you to fill out a form online that will take EIGHT WEEKS for United to respond to you. They won t honor the seat assignment you PAID for when you re rebooked and you ll have to pay for baggage fees again when you re checking in for the rebooked flight. There s no attempt to offer a refund or flight credit for the major inconvenience and lost time. A waste of your time and money.

Very small regional airport with warm, friendly faces. Every employee we interacted with was pleasant and professional. There is generous seating and 2 charging stations with outlets and USB. There is a childrens area with mats and a Mamava nursing/pump station. Free Wifi. Enterprise and AVIS car rental. One baggage carousel. Four gates. Restrooms upstairs and downstairs. Gift / shop snack station upstairs and a Chick-fil-a cart downstairs. American, Allegiant, Continental and AeroMar airlines.
