Ordered online. My pickup time was 6:45 but I ordered at 4:30. When I arrived the employees were sitting down in the lobby and didn t immediately get up to help me. I noticed my bread was hard the employee said he made the sandwich when ordered. He gave me another sandwich when I got home the meat was not edible. Went back today to return the sandwich no apologies no nothing. I won t return.

This was by far one of the worst experiences I ve ever had with a restaurant in quite some time. I ordered online and picked up my order and then placed an additional order and wanted to utilize the discount card they previously provided me with a delivery order. The cashier on 9/13 approximately 5:00 was so rude! No one greeted me upon walking in. First, she said we don t take these promo cards anymore. (Me: What do you mean? .your restaurant gave me the card there s no expiration date). Secondly, she said she didn t know how to apply the code in the system, and thirdly she said let me call my manager. We re talking maybe ($1 + off promo) in its entirety and it took a lot of back and forth between her and the two other employees <including a lady that came from out front and walked behind the counter - near food without gloves or anything>> and then with the multiple calls to the manager) maybe 10-15 minutes of my time. While, my online order just sat there getting cold. Typically, I would have just left but I wanted to see it through so that I could leave room for them to redeem themselves. I understand the cashier was frustrated (because the manager didn t answer her call on the first few attempts). However, her frustration towards me was unnecessary. Bbq chopped brisket on the potatoes was just ok; meat was really dry! One of the lids from the bbq sauce came off and spilled over everything. It really would have came in handy because as mentioned the meat was dry. Staff members need to take more time and pay attention so that this doesn t happen again. Also, stop disseminating promo material without expiration dates and without restrictions if you don t plan to honor them. The back of the card had a promo for catering which would have been a much bigger issue! It s just not smart. In short: this is an extremely poorly ran restaurant. Apparently, there is lack of attention and supervision going on here. The price point just doesn t match the food and service quality for us to continue to patronize here.

Update you ask me to contact you I have twice now by email provided and nothing no response. I will never eat here again ate here monthssss ago and tried everything to talk to a manger no answer no return email or phone call. I got food that was not able to eat and have pics to prove it wings were so hard my kids nor I could not even bite into they were so hard and dry the bones were showing on the bottom half you couldnt even rip the skin or meat off the bone it was that hard. I called for a week straight no answer I even emailed and tried to get with door dash they wouldnt do anything either because we received our food. gross from food to customer service I wouldnt even feed my dog this food

Ordered Uber eats. If you look at my receipt I ordered a 3 meat plate w/French fries. Ironically, The chicken and the French fries were going to be for my toddler. That was our dinner. Where s the chicken???? Where s the French fries???? He will not eat red meat nor the texture of mashed potatoes so my son unfortunately did not have a nice hot meal with me bc my food was delivered and I called 6 times with no answer nor a reply to my voicemail. Yea my brisket was good but I m super upset that my son did not get to eat with me as intended on their behalf. Btw the creamed spinach was nasty.

I ordered catering from this location and it was over an hour late. The bad thing about this experience is that no one called to inform us that the food would be late. With no communication from the company I decided to drive up there, and when I walked in, it was so dead and they said my food has been picked up. When I asked to be compensated for my troubles, the two ladies working couldnt assist and said their boss will follow up....... Disappointed

I went in this evening to get dinner. Unfortunately they didnt have the red spicy hot link. The lady who helped me had a bad attitude. I saw her lick her fingers 3 times while she got the plastic bag to put my food in. I told her know one wants her saliva on their food containers. I told her to keep a wet spunge next to the bags. I dont understand how she is able to treat customers like this and keep a job. There were two hispanic ladies. The one with the glasses has a horrible attitude. The other lady is always kind and polite.

Never going back!!! I have been here about 4 times this week getting food. This time I got a half rack of ribs and they gave me 2 condiment size BBQ sauce. Got the Three meat plate and one of the meats was Brisket. They gave me all Fat and a little Meat for that size of a Plate they should provide at Least 2 sides of BBQ sauce they gave me one her plate and They forgot my sides, whice I would have forgot if my Wife didnt tell me to check the Food. One of the worst experiences of my life. I drive a truck, was out of hours but hungry and laying over at a hotel in DeSoto. Fired up the old iPhone inter web for a meal to be delivered and unfortunately found this wreck of a gastronomical nightmare. Simple enough. Order: Six Parmesan wings, blue cheese dressing on the side, seasoned fries, Dr Pepper. Now this went through four (4) different companies to complete. 1) Wing Boss a branch of 2) Dickies BBQ, order taken by 3) Menufy then delivered by 4) Door Dasher. I was given a quote of $17 and change and said sure send it to me, I m like so totally hungry. Was later charged $26 with no explanation. Dasher was late food was delivered. Wings were all flats - no drumettes - cold and very greasy, laying like road kill at the bottom of the go-box. Fries looked ok but first bite proved they were completely raw and inedible. Maybe they were blanched in oil for 10-15 seconds and that was it. Large Dr Pepper was not Dr Pepper at all but pi$$ warm lemonade. I need a complete refund on the food. You know who I am and I will call again tomorrow. Order was placed at 7:59 PM on Monday 1/29 delivered to a hotel in DeSoto.

The only 2 people in this restaurant dont speak english and dont know whats on the menu. I was served the wrong sandwich after i asked for it 3 times, then they tried to charge me for an $18 combo for just a $8 sandwich. I was then sold a soft drink for them to tell me after i paid that the drink machine is down. When i brought the incorrect sandwich back to the counter, they had to call someone to figure out what it was that i wanted. There is no soap and no paper towels in the restroom. I dont know how much worse my BBQ experience could get. I will never be returning here.

Get your BBQ here if you like a lot of FAT in your beef brisket. Even asking that they cut away any fat in my order, I received meat that was 40-50% fat (see the photo). This location used to have a male cutter who was experienced and conscientious about trimming the meat; now they have women who just slice off strips regardless of how much fat is on top or on the sides--and this is not the first time. They have lost my business--lots of other BBQ places who will give you what you ask for.

Ordered my food through DoorDash. The food arrived quickly but the order was incorrect. I ordered a pulled pork sandwich and brisket chili. I received a polish sausage sandwich instead. So I went against previous recommendations to pass this place up after my experiences at the downtown location. But this was a whole new experience. I ordered 18 ribs and 18 smoked wings. Upon my order I noticed the individual at the cashier heading to the fridge and grabbed a bag of mystery meat and proceeded to the fryer, so I asked the individual at the Order Here area if the wings were grilled, where I was told yes but they heat them with oil. So after paying $82.24 I arrived at my destination to find out this was the lousiest meal that I have ever paid for. But the ribs were old too, but not as bad as these wings. After flipping them over and trying (3) of them I confirmed that these were not fresh or cleaned properly. I called back and an individual assured me of their process and refunded me for the wings. But I cant recommend this place. I will continue my search for good food.

I am not sure if the employee listed on the receipt is who we dealt with, no one had a name tag. The person who rang up our order seems to have manually punched in our meals and overcharged us compared to the pricing on in-store signage. One of the meals was somehow misplaced between the beginning of the prep line and the cash register. Entire transaction took a long time, food seemed to have been sitting all day. Both people working were not friendly, seemed mad about being there, and actually came and sat in the dining room at a table nearby us to talk and play on their phones while we ate. I tried to reach out on Facebook and never got a response when their online contact form didnt work. Finally got it to submit today. Its pretty clear why the reviews online for this location are so bad. I will not be back. We were the only people in the line. The first Hispanic lady told me they did not have what I requested. My husband asked for the same thing . Wow they had it. The second Hispanic never acknowledged me only to speak in Spanish to the other lady. I waited in line to pay until I had stood long enough and proceeded to walk out. A miracle they decided to let me pay. The food was horrible. Pork and beans from a can. The meat was dry. The sauce tasted like vinegar. 18.00 that went in the trashcan. Never again

Im not sure who owns it now, but the service is terrible and so is the food. Not to mention that theyre using sweet baby rays BBQ sauce. The chopped brisket sandwich was very fatty and the baked potato was not completely baked. I had to come home and rebake because it was hard on the inside. I really dont why there was a ton of butter on the potato. I asked for everything on it and all they put was meat, cheese, butter and sour cream. I wont be returning.

Worst BBQ and service within 30 miles. Nobody speaks enough, and it took forever to just get a sandwich. The sandwich, side, and a tiny cup of banana pudding was almost $17. This is NOT where you want to go out and get barbecue. Not to mention, the taste wasnt worth it either, just a waste of time and, most IMPORTANTLY MONEY. Portion sizes are very small and cost is very high... not good economics for a wise customer. Finally, the ladies were making burgers and tacos on the stove in the back. When did yall start selling that stuff at Dickies Barbecue?!?! Ill never go back and you can keep the cookie that you offer for a review. Doesnt seem very ethical to me, but apparently, you guys have a different agenda than the truth in this place.

I will not be returning to this restaurant. The service was okay but there was an obvious miscommunication and I paid a ridiculous amount for subpar food. For dinner for 2 and one of the entrees was a meatless baked potato, I was charged $37. One of the screens with the menu was working and so I ordered based off memory of what I thought a plate was and an extra sandwich. I was charged for everything individually even when I balked at the amount. I told her I had wanted a plate and she just kept repeating the price.

Just ate here while visiting with my family in Dallas. We really enjoyed the pulled pork and chicken. My kids loved the Mac n cheese! It s a great deal.
