Very thankful for Stuart and his crew. From the moment he called and said he was coming to the time they finished, we appreciated their help. Right on time, professional but kind and reassuring, he explained everything they were doing which made our water leak bearable. I highly recommend them and hope I don t have to call them again but if I have this problem again, they will be my first call!!

I had Smoke and ashes from Wildfires in my storage unit ..Chris , was very polite and understanding on initial phone call.They were quick to come out and inspect my unit to see what they could do to help..The Entire process took less than 2 weeks but thats because of my schedule.When they day of the clean up arrived..they were on time..they had 2 crews..and had it wiped out in no time...Definitely would recommend them to anyone!!!!

Very professional Christian people! They went above and beyond to take care of our home. They understood the unplanned situation we found ourselves in. The logo on their trucks says they are paramedics for your home. That is exactly what they did for us. They came in and took care of our home as if it were their own!

We had a prolonged water leak under our house that took some time to show any signs. Once we discovered it we called the insurance and they sent PuroClean to help dry out under the bathroom and spray for mold. These guys were very polite, prompt, and professional.

Water line broke in our attic soaking the attic, insulation and running down into the house through air vents, lights etc. Puroclean immediately answered my call and were at the house in approximately an hour. They moved so quickly and were so responsive the damage was held to a bare minimum; so much so that I didnt need to make an expensive home owners claim. Their responsiveness and professionalism saved me over $10K Thank you

Chris and his team were at my store within a couple of hours from my initial phone call. They got right to work and accomplished the substantial cleanup with professionalism and a great attitude. They took care with preserving delicate areas and explained what they needed to do, getting my approval beforehand when appropriate. I would recommend them wholeheartedly.

We have had PuroClean out to 2 of our facilities for flood damage. One of the times was a Sunday morning and they were on site within an hour of our call. The other was for a building in Pampa, they took the call and had a team there within two hours. The team is always courteous, helpful, and extremely professional. Thanks Chris and Duane!

City sewage backed up into my house last week, and I was fortunate enough to have PuroClean be my saviors in the situation. In a horrid situation, they were a shining light. They were professional, empathetic, and just all around friendly. In my eyes, they went above and beyond. And when I found out that my insurance wasnt going to pay for the damage, PuroClean were the only people who I could tell were sincerely upset about it. Not the City of Amarillo and surely not State Farm. IF I could give them 10 stars I would, and I will definitely be telling everyone about them. Thank you guys!!

The staff is very kind and helpful. As a homeowner, water damage can be very scary and frustrating. Puroclean was quick to respond, honest, and knowledgeable. What a great company! A representative was at my house 30 minutes after I made the desperate call for help. He came in assessed the situation, explained to my the extent of the damage and what the remedy could be. I agreed and in a manner of minutes he was back in setting up equipment, did what he said he would do. Shook my hand said he would come back on Saturday and check on it and was gone. Saturday again he was in and out again. Then Monday morning he and his crew came in and loaded all the equipment out, cleaned my carpets and were gone! The dealing I have had with this company are outstanding. They are professional, friendly, knowledgeable and just good folks. They are my new go-to for restoration services! Although , I hope I dont need them again any time soon!

My insurance company helped me find Chris and his incredible team at PuroClean Property Paramedics after a local and well known plumbing company left me in quite a mess. Chris was able to get to my property right away , he and his technician ( I think his name was Joe) thoroughly checked everything and took plenty of pictures. Chis provided me with straight forward, honest information and pricing and gave me all of my options. He knew I was still working everything out with my insurance so he left his card for me to call when I was ready. I called him back the same day and he had his technicians to my property by that afternoon! They got straight to work, even helped me carry a big wet rug outside. (Thanks guys!) They explained everything, where very professional and super quick. I highly, HIGHLY recommend this company and am so grateful for their diligence, amazing work ethic and honesty.

After a major storm and a ceiling crack and leak into the bathroom, I was given this companies name to call. I called at 2:09 pm and they arrived at 2:39 pm. I was more than shocked and grateful. They were very professional from the time I called. The gentleman that called me back and Chris who came to examine the situation. Chris came in professional dress and automobile. He was very explanatory and also didn t mind providing an estimate with documentation. I hope no one ever has to use a company such as this. However, if someone does need to this will be my go to company! More than impressed!
