For years now our family seemed to be living a nightmare that would not end.My husband has been fighting what seemed like a never ending legal battle. It honestly seemed like it would not ever get resolved and if it did it would definitely not result in us ever getting our life back. I really almost lost faith in everything, especially the idea that there are actually lawyers out there that will truly fight for you. My son was cited for speeding recently and the city refused to offer any way to keep the citation off his record due to his speed. I reached out to Mr. Aldrich to help figure out what could be done. Mr. Aldrich filed everything on his behalf and kept us in the loop as it all happened. Living 60 miles away, I am happy to say that he was able to get the court to agree to deferred adjudication without us having to go to court (despite being told no multiple times). I will be using Mr. Aldrichs services going forward if we ever need anything in his area!

I got a ticket on 1/10/23 hired him 1/13/23 paid cash in person had a few laughs and got right to work right away on my case on 1/18/23 he got my case handled, to a not guilty! Keep this in mind I was set to be at court 1/24/23, and now I don t have to be in court at all he resolved everything for me without out me being there was great, I travel for work, and I live far away from oyster Creek Texas, so the fact he handled it to my convenience says a lot! Jerome is absolutely amazing! As a CDL holder, l was completely devastated when l received a speeding ticket in Iowa Colony, Tx. I was cited for 43/25, which would have dire consequences for my license and employment. Jerome took my case and went straight to work, keeping me informed every step of the way. At trial he was well prepared and relentless in my defense. His cross-examination of the officer was brutal and turned up a lack of his knowledge of procedure and equipment used. It went on to highlight inconsistencies in the report, video and the officers testimony. This led to the jury returning a not guilty verdict. I highly recommend attorney Jerome Aldrich.
