I would always come once a week with my kids cause I love their crawfish however after the changing of the owners it s been disappointing. I went and order my 4lbs of crawfish Cajun extra spicy, with a sausage however when it was brought out omg it was horrible with no season whatsoever with no sausage. the fountain drinks some of the drinks wasn t working, and plus the high chairs are sticky. Just not worth giving it another try when it s been disappointing the last two visit I went.

Our shrimp tasted rotten like it was sitting out in the sun all week and then boiled. What a waste of money this is not eatable I had to throw the entire food away . Their solution was to offer a %15 percent off the next purchase, I wont be coming back here .

Before we could even get our food out of the bad it smelled like old grease. We was the second customers of the day and food wasn t fresh. All of the batter was off my fish. Fish smelled like it just came out the ocean! Driving around trying to find food during a natural disaster and this was very dissatisfying. $65 dollars down drain and not even my kid would eat it. Won t be ordering from here again ever!!

Giving 1 star because I can t give zero. This place got bought-out and is now Happy Kitchen. Happy Crawfish was great. These people are not. The shrimp are the small ones now, like the ones you purchase at Walmart at $6.97 per back marked small or medium. They are too small to even grab a taste. They short you. They gave us less than we purchased. Extremely over-priced and rude as hell. Please, do yourself a favor and go to Pinchin Crab instead.

Ordered catfish and shrimp on take out. Took a couple of bites of the catfish and it tasted funny. Turns out it was spoiled. Called the restaurant to let them know so no one else ordered catfish and got sick. I didnt because I didnt eat it. The person that answered the phone just said thank you. Nothing else. Not can we get you something else , money back nothing. I hope they did not serve the fish to anyone else. Wasted money NEVER going here again.

Make sure you look at your order before you eat, I got stiffed on shrimp with a big order I made with crab legs and corn/potatoes, I ordered 2 pounds and got 8 shrimp. I showed the waitress after I already ate 2 and she said there was nothing they could do to fix it. I wouldn t be mad if I didn t pay $115 for a lousy meal.

Very bad service! I am pregnant and have been craving pho from here for the longest and my husband has been wanting the seafood from here as it s his preferred place but today was not it!!! We waited longer than 30 minutes for our order and it was both wrongfully made and cold by the time we got it we bought 2 cups for drinks and the machine did not work so we had to buy drinks from another establishment and did not get any money back even though we did not get any drink from them. Workers were nice but did not have an answer to any questions and overall could not provide service expected.

Service was fast and friendly. I only went inside to order to go so didnt get a good feel for the atmosphere however it looked very lively for the 5 minutes I was there to order. When I got my food.... I was disappointed... I ordered fried catfish with a small fried rice and some boudin links... both the catfish and boudin links were burnt/overcooked and the rice was sticky/pasty but probably the only edible thing on my order.

My husband and I went to grab dinner tonight, and we ordered 3 lbs of shrimp. He got 2 pounds of the Cajun extra spicy, while I had the garlic flavor. Happy crawfish more like sad crawfish !! The whole place is trash. The bathrooms are unsanitary, the 6 pounds of crawfish me and my husband split only about 2 pounds were even edible! The fried calamari was probably worse than the crawfish. We asked for extra potatoes, never received them and we were told oh yeah I remember yall ordering extra but I didn t charge you for it so you can pay for that now Very disappointed all the way around and it definitely wasn t worth the $60 we spent. They need to get out of the seafood business all together. My dog would turn her nose up at this trash @$$ food.

1 star for the fries and the two employees up front were friendly! I was not happy with my meal, I ordered what was supposed to be catfish but it did not taste like any catfish I have ever had before. I brought the food back in and they brought the cook or owner to the front and he said that s catfish and stormed off! I don t like to leave negative reviews, but if you re gonna be rude then so be it! I didn t raise my voice or wasn t asking for anything for free, a replacement of something would have worked. I come here every few weeks and Ive never had an issue. Well, why the one star this time? I found a piece of hair in my food. Thats enough to make me stay away for a good while. I ordered the fried crawfish and at the bottom was a long black hair. I spat out what I was chewing and threw the rest of my food away. Waste of $16. I couldnt stop gagging knowing that the cooks hair was right there waiting for me. If anyone from here is reading this please tell your cooks if they have long hair, or even loose hair that sits on their shoulders, please put it back in a ponytail. The young man who fixed my food today has his hair free flowing and Im sure he didnt realize that wearing your hair like that could get in the food prep area. But Im going to keep my distance for awhile. For my fried crawfish Im just going to go to the Monument Inn here in Highlands.

Poor business ethics, and the worst crawfish ever! The girl working the counter/register had family or friends there and hung out with them while letting the phone ring several times. The crawfish didnt taste purged, and the flavor was horrible! Ordered 2lbs spicy, and it was barely mild. Ordered pho noodles and it was really greasy, and weird flavor. Their crawfish was significantly higher than anyone else around$$$! This place was a circus, failing on multi level business aspects! Disappointing, food was terrible and the service was worse. The young lady behind the counter was rude and didnt really care to take our order because her friends were in the establishment. This establishment has descended into an absolute atrocity. Pho noodles are clumped together no matter how much they warm up. The only kid-friendly food item of chicken bites is so rubbery and dry with a miscellaneous fried object included. The only spoons they have to eat with are infuriatingly small. Booths completely filthy, sticky, and littered with trash. Dispense water and pink liquid comes out. The only to-go boxes are also infuriatingly small. You try to order 3 different items and they are out of every single one in the middle of the day What is wrong with this place? Cheap out on customers and you will pay. Do not eat here.

The boiled crawfish are not fresh dont seem to be purged because they had a muddy taste and the meat was mushy, poor in color, and some stunk which are results of boiling dead crawfish also the claw meat would stick to the shell result of overcooked Im from Louisiana and been eating crawfish my whole life along with working at landrys boiling pot when I lived there and the crawfish I ate tonight was just a shame I didnt expect much to begin with although its early in the third season of the year but still isnt any excuse

The Baytown Location is terrible. Wanted a shrimp PO-Boy but out of Bread. Out of Dr. Pepper and Coke. Staff was to busy babysitting one of their kid in the store to clean the place. The girl working behind the counter had no enthusiasm about having to get up from her chair and off her phone to take our order. The place was filthy and had signs posted all over the restaurant to clean up after yourself which indicates they have no intentions on getting out there and actually cleaning up after anyone or anything. Tables were dirty, the wings were old and had been warmed back up, the fries were fried in old grease, the greens for the Pho were wilted and brown. The cashier/waitress was not personable at all, didnt like that she had to wait on us although we were the only family in the restaurant. We should have known as soon as we walked in and seen the place empty that something was wrong. Never will be back. Please take some pride in your restaurant and stop hiring people who would rather just sit on their phone than to be bothered with actual work.

Being from Ohio originally, you wouldnt think that I would be a big proponent of Crawfish, or boiled shrimp even... Well, think again. I spent the first very long 19 years of my life never having had a single Crawfish, and never having shrimp that were anything like this. LA Crawfish, Im absolutely pleased to say, has AMAZING Boiled Shrimp by the pound, and Crawfish the same way, cooked with Corn, Potatoes, and awesome Andouille Sausage being optional(not if you have any sense about you, these should be a given.) They rarely answer the phone, the cook never removes the intestines from the shrimp they burn your food or let you place an online order without telling you an item is out and just sub it with whatever they decide without notifying you. They messed up my order and offered me 20% off my next visit smh! The taste is mediocre but it s close and now I can t even enjoy my food because I m picking through taking out the intestinal trac of my shrimp that any proper cook removes before cooking.

Ordered through their online app and gave no estimated time so I had to guess when it was ready. The seasoning itself was good. The sausage was like 3 inches long and costs $2.09. Not really worth it in my opinion. Out of 5 pounds, I got about 4 jumbo sized ones, the rest were small and medium.

Its amazing. Just wish you could order online and not have someone bring it to you. I order best that way cause I can never make up my mind. Do not order their seafood boil. SUCH A RIP OFF.

Honestly this is not the place for crawfish so expensive and not worth it.... I felt like I was eating crawfish from the buffet and being crawfish season it tasted frozen.. this is not a place for crawfish but I only recommend the pho!!! Not hating speaking FACTS

Ordered 5 lbs of Crawfish. At least 1/3 were dead before they hit the boil. Im from Memphis and we get fresher crayfish there... could have been a bad day for them. But you dont serve people that. Will not return. I would suggest to anyone else, maybe its good sometimes, but its not worth the risk at 8.99 a pound to eat rancid Crawfish.

1st N last time I order from y all!! Surf & Surf basket. The shrimp were a bit on the sweet side!, the oysters were a bit over cooked, and of course they didn t even send any type of sauces and then to TOP it off the the ( DAM DRIVER got LOST !!! ). U have a dam MAP!!!!!! What the hell happen to customer service???????

I had the shrimp po boy. The sauce the put on the po boy is put on abundantly to the point it makes the bread super soggy. There were literally 5 waffle fries to accommodate the sandwich. Overall it was pretty gross!

Ok flavor A bit pricey for what you get. It would be nice if they had a unlocked restroom in the facility. All that being said, I would hope this is all the things that has happened to many small restaurants because of the Corona Virus. LA Crawfish used to be much better a year ago.

Unassuming little chain restaurant that serves good food. I had two pounds of crawfish and went for extra spicy. Not overly hot, and with the andouille sausage it was especially tasty. You better like seafood and spice, though, because I could smell nothing but crawfish all day!

Worst service and food I ve ever tried. The guy at the register was very rude, did not speak to me, when I would ask for something he would throw it onto the counter for me to pick up. I thanked him every single time I asked for something and not once did he respond to me or say one word to me. I tried the location around Bay Area and was really good but this Baytown location was just horrible.
