This was a horrible experience for my wife and I. This law firm just ran through a lot of our money and never done anything. We finally wised up and cut our losses and got a new lawyer. I would like to go into more detail but its not worth it. Just me when I say they are terrible. This was a very expensive learning experience for me. I also notice all the fake 5 star reviews.

My experience with this company was horrible. I called to cancel my services with the on Feb. 29th and was told I would be refunded 200 plus odd dollars and the next day they took 330.00. I called on the 1st to see if I would have my 330.00 refunded back with the 200 plus and was informed I would receive 590 plus in 5 days. Called back on the and was told it would be 7 days. Called back on the 13 th de to represent nervous demeanor I asked her what was the issue because you sound rather nervous and you have put me on hold 7 times. Representative informed me that there was not a refunded issued and they cancelled and told me my refund was 92.00. I was rather upset and when I asked for La supervisor she refused to let me speak with a supervisor. I hung and called back and got another representative and he came with a told different story. I asked for a supervisor and I spoke with Nick. He had an entire different story too. I am talking 3 different stories in 30 minutes. Nick said that he he to investigate and called me the next day and said they will be sending me 490.00 plus the 92.00 they already refunded. On March 18th I checked my account the refund was 80 odd dollars short. When I called to check on it I was informed I was just getting 516.00. Anthony Morgan said it would not be difficult to get my money once I decided to cancel my services but that was not true.

I highly recommend Cordoba Law Firm, PLLC to anyone needing assistance settling an estate. We initially met with Jason Cordoba and he handed off my mother s case to Phillip Knop Best decision ever! While it took right at a year for my mom to be able to sell her home (no fault of the firm but because there was no will and a stepchild involved) Phillip represented the best interest of my mother every step of the way!!! Phillip did an amazing job at communicating each step of the process in easy to understand terms and things typically happened exactly as he said they would. Was it expensive? You bet it was; just as everything is now days!!! But, Phillip did an amazing job there as well by including the attorney fees as part of the settlement. As mentioned, Phillip went above and beyond to ensure my Mother s best interest was protected and she was able to retain most of what she had worked her whole life to obtain. For this she/ we will be eternally grateful!!!

This is a scam. They want you to pay almost 300 before they negotiate with creditors. Why would I pay you without any proof that you are doing anything for me? Besides the fact, how would I pay you if most if not all of my check is being taken? DO NOT GIVE THESE PPL YOUR MONEY

Had a real estate breach of contract case they worked on for me. Was billed multiple times for the same work which was a total mess. Then after numerous calls and emails over 2 months time I still never received the docs I paid for that I needed for court. $315 an hour for 2 phone calls and two letters and over $900 later I was referred to small claims court.

We had an excellent experience with Philip Knop as our attorney for an adverse possession claim in Houston, Texas. He was knowledgeable, confident, and insightful. Philip genuinely listened to my concerns and ideas, as well as presented his suggestions thoroughly to ensure we remained on the same page and collaboratively came to a decision on our next steps. I thoroughly trusted him to represent us and keep our best interest in mind. He remained calm and professional as he met with the other party who was highly-emotional and difficult to work with. His work ethic is strong and he continued to be motivated and diligent throughout the case as it extended well past the initial timeframe due to the other party being non-responsive. Communication was seamless and Philip was easy and quick to communicate with. Overall, we had a great experience with Philip and I highly recommend him!

Excellent Law Firm! I contacted them after a referral from another well respected law firm and Phillip replied to me. It was an earnest money dispute which he was able to resolve within 24 hours with one phone call to the seller, which by the way nobody else involved thought would be possible without a lawsuit. Phillip knows his business and judging by him I have to believe that the entire Law Firm is this competent in all matters that they specialize in.

I hired the Cordoba Law Firm to help me with a municipal court case in Lake Jackson I can honestly say that this firm is some of the best legal representation I have ever worked with. The lawyer assigned to our case - Phillip Knop - was outstanding and everything you would want in terms of a lawyer: knowledgeable, accountable, responsive and professional.
