Really disappointed as I frequent this location often. Placed an online order, we waited twenty minutes past the promised time to ask if it was ready and they said were waiting for your stuffed crust, while they went to the back to look for the label, and I only ordered two items :( I honestly think they overlooked my order. An hour later, I was forced to ask for a refund, only for the cashier to say we dont offer refunds. He had to call someone else over to process the refund and asked me to step aside to take someone elses order.

I ordered two Extra Most Bestest Stuffed Crust Pizzas. This time, the quality was a joke. I don t know if they changed the cheese they use or the person making them has no clue. There was only a couple of clotted, soft, cottage cheese looking, anemic lumps of cheese. It was wet and soggy. Zoom in on the pictures. The texture was way off. The crust uneatable. Just plane nasty. They ve done better.

My husband ordered at the counter and waited for a deep dish pizza, and waited and waited after almost an hour they claimed it was given out by mistake and they would remake it. He overheard them arguing about how it wasnt made in the first place, offered him a two liter soda for his time. Given that it was almost an hour of him standing there I find it hard to believe that they didnt ask him much earlier what he was waiting for, safety???, they tried to pass the blame on someone else, teamwork????, they also gave him a RAW pizza!?!?!? (Food handling???)

Today I witness not only health code violations but attitudes and disregard to the general service of a customer service position was ridiculous. I witness not only an employee wiping her nose and then handling food without washing her hands but not one person had a hair net on or gloves and all hair for all the females in this place were past their shoulders. I witnessed one individual have house shoes on in the back. And then the attitudes were ridiculous. I had one female come to the front and continue to take a call on her headphones which she had on both ears by the way while customers were walking in the door wanting to place an order with her. She continue to be on the phone and take her phone call and it wasnt until she was done with her phone call that she attended to the guest that were walking in. The consistent goofing off and the loudness all the way from the back with the cussing and the horse playing is truly appalling. Little Caesars as a brand needs to come up here and clean house really well or something needs to change and management. If the general manager thats here actually reads this post please feel free to reach out to me. Im extremely extremely pissed and disappointed in this restaurant.

Little Caesars is one of our go to pizza places, but today was the worst experience ever. My estimated pickup time was 08:23 PM - 08:28 PM on 03/22. My order was ready at 09:04 PM. The problem is, the toppings on kne of my pizza was wrong and my order showed that it was in the oven over 40 minutes only to be luke warm. Didnt bother to take it back because they were already behind and wouldve probably taken just as long to get a new pizza.

This location use to be my favorite. Now its a hit or miss. My pizzas are usually freshly baked but minimal toppings. I always order extra most bestess or deep dish. The crazy bread is good when its fresh. My last time going the crazy bread was so hard I couldnt eat it. Im sure they gave me some that had been sitting there all day.

The employees in the back are seen goofing off, displaying rudeness and a lack of necessary skills or knowledge for working in a fast-paced environment. My wait for the order lasted 50 minutes, with 15 minutes of that being after receiving an email notifying me that my order was ready. I went and ordered a slice and sticks pizza tonight and asked for a simple modification and the cashier upfront Selena had the worst attitude and customer service experience for me. Instead of asking the back to modify if possible she straights tells me No with an attitude and shrugs her shoulders. Worst experience here my entire life with her. I used to order a lot from this store but this time and a month ago I ordered a stuffed crust pepperoni pizza and it was raw, the pizza was chewy and discolored also this time we order some bread sticks and they were disgusting! Dont order unless you feel like dealing with door dash. Theres a reason why I deleted that app and now that they have outsourced their business with them, I cant get my food on time if at all. I ordered from here at around 620(pm) yesterday and hadnt gotten anything all evening. Called the store and the driver but never got an answer. I woke up to a message saying that it had been delivered at 430am. Not sure where it got delivered to but is not here. So really they just need to work on customer service big time and stop using doordash because their drivers usually just never come through.

I ordered and PAID for an extra most best pepperoni and I was given the regular pizza. Hardly any sauce or peps on it. I didnt notice until I got home. When I called and ordered the pizza the lady was very rude, so was the lady that checked me out. There have been many times where we have seen the workers close down early.. for example if they close at 10. They turn off the open light, wont answer the phone before 9:30. Little Caesars workers at the La Marque location need to do better. We like ordering from you guys but Im about done with the rude workers and their lack of customer service and ambition. I guarantee when I called to place my order last night, they didnt want to make me an extra most best so they decided to just give me what they already had. My fault for not noticing at first.
