If you are looking to sell your house... Scott and his team are who you need to contact. Scott has sold two homes for us. Scott has been very responsive and attentive to us. Each time he gave us realistic expectations for the sale of our homes and both houses sold within 6 months of contacting Scott. He walked us through every step of the way. Devyn was a tremendous resource during our home buying experience. We spent the majority if the process in Belgium and Devyn made it seem as if we were in Lubbock the entire time. He adjusted his schedule to minimize the impact of the time difference and made it possible to see multiple properties virtually. This was our first home purchase and we have always heard how hard of a process it is. That either isnt true or Devyn is really good at his job. Id put money that it is the latter. He ended up being such an important factor in finding and ultimately closing on my first home. One of their agents left a door unlocked when I was gone for a 2 month break and when I came back to my house my valuables and electronics were all missing, yet this was somehow my fault!!!
