Traveling and looked up Asian restaurants near me and this popped up with great reviews and it didnt disappoint! Lauren was amazing and her voice definitely went with her charm of hospitality and the Seafood Combination Pho was delicious! When Im around here again Im definitely making this a priority!

Food was really good. I had the tofu vermicelli. The only reason Im giving it 3 stars instead of 4 or 5 is because of how loud it is in there. I get the robot gimmick. Its cute. But do they all have to be playing such loud music? And every one of them is playing a different tune. As well, theres yet more music coming from the wall speakers. This is auditory overload! I dont get this obsession with American restaurants thinking we love to have to scream at each other to have a conversation. Or that silence is taboo. When the dang robots werent running, it was pleasant. Please, turn off the music on the robots!

Met a friend at her favorite place to get pho and now I can see why. The food came out hot and was fresh which lent to it being very tasty. The menu has a lot to offer and I look forward to going back soon. Service was slow to start and our table needed wiping but otherwise, it was just fine. Come and see their robot server! Its adorable!

My family calls this the Cat Robot Place because a tray carrying robot delivers the food and my 4 year old is into it. The food is good, but tbh it is better at Pho Thaison down the street. The atmosphere is impeccable, weird in all the right ways. The service ranges between meh and awful with servers who forget about you and mostly dont know what they are doing. But Ill for sure be back

Ive came here multiple times during lunch and always a great experience. This time however, came here at 8:30pm and was turned away saying they close the kitchen early. Thats fine, just dont have the restaurant advertised open until 9PM. I drove 20 minutes to eat here.

Chose this place because of the reviews but I found it lack-luster. The staff were friendly, the robot is cute and the food is passable but not terribly good. I ordered a veggie soup which was okay but my friends both hated their non-veggie dishes. Probably depends upon the dish and I would consider returning; especially if they have more veggie dishes available. The toilets were clean and the restaurant seemed clean which is very important.

First of all, I have to update this review later with photos but for now this will have to do. Overall the atmosphere is cozy lil family owned restaurant. I have seen what I believe are the owners kids serving customers and they re just precious. I come here often because the choices are limited in Kyle but this place always hits. Chicken fried rice is yummy and I always get the grilled chicken vermicelli. I ve had several chicken vermicelli bowls through Austin and this one is pretty solid. The chicken is well marinated, not spicy for those that want flavor but can t handle heat. However, they recently started selling chili oil and me being too lazy to make my own, am using this stuff to drown everything in chili oil. It s flavorful and light. I ve also gotten some of the drinks, brown sugar boba with cheese foam is quite good! The strawberry lemonade is refreshing as well. Plus they have the cutest freaking robots that deliver food! They even say excuse me when you re in the way. Why yes little robot, I should scoot over! In general a solid place for some good food. It can get busy sometimes with to-go orders but I d say they re pretty quick usually. Which - I have only ever ordered to-go and it has never disappointed! Update 2/29/24 to say: This place still has my heart. I have eaten inside several times since my last review and it is always so so so good. The servers are usually young adults probably trying to make ends meet, the turnover can be high, I get it. I ve never had a problem with service despite that. I ve always had a pleasant time and good solid food.

I love this place. You typically seat yourself but they greet you and are helpful. I always get the vegetable pho with beef broth and its delicious. Weve also tried the combination fried rice, ragoons, pork broiled spring rolls, vermicelli and more. All of it is tasty!

My first experience (& will be the last!)to this establishment was horrible! Not welcomed properly upon arrival,no available clean tables to dine in,waitercompletely ignored our table most of the time not one refill was given,staff has a bad attitude if you request service they tell you wait a minute be rite with you & completely blow you off.over all its a no go for sure! The only good thing I can say is if you want to pass on tipping thus making your meal cheaper please do come here because the staff doesnt really care to earn it,if I could I much rather tip the lil robots in the restaurant that bring your food those bots do more work than the actual real waiters themselves.

We walked in and all the tables were dirty, this was my second time here I had brought my husband but left embarrased that the experiece was not great, our waiter forgot about us but attended to every other table around us, never checked if we needed a refill or anything, another staff member young girl with long hair was rude, I asked her a question and she completley ignored my request, she walked past our table after saying she would assit and ignored us for no reason.

I had no idea this was over here, I had to give it a try. I may update my review because I came for pho but ended up trying the pad Thai. Which was okay but not great. It was blonde in color instead of the usual brown. Im guessing its because it was missing tamarind, also a little on the sweeter side. Other than that It was well seasoned and cooked properly. I also had the crab rangoons. I am a crab rangoon addict. These crab rangoons were awesome. The sweet and sour sauce was unique. Reddish orange and opaque. Some places buy it premade, some places make their own. The ones that make it themselves all have their own recipe, And all the recipes Ive had that included ketchup I found disgusting. I think there was a little ketchup in there but it was masked very well. Service was great, I have zero complaints. Even though the robot brings the food to your table, I witnessed the wait staff helping customers get their items off of the robot. They were attentive, kind, and polite. Will definitely be coming back pho the pho.

If front of house is riddled with pest casing and dirty dishes. The back of house where they cook is worse. We got food poisoning from here. This IS where you send your worst enemy. Wow! I am spoiled. I grew up in an area that had a large Vietnamese population, so Im used to having access to incredible Pho, bahn mi, etc. After moving to Kyle from Austin, I thought my chances of finding any (much less a good) Pho restaurant were pretty slim. Oh my gosh, that is not the case. I decided to try this place on a whim, and I am so glad I did. I ordered a butterfly pea and lychee tea that tasted so good (not too sweet!), and a rare steak Pho to go. When I got home, everything was still perfectly packaged. If you knew how I drive, then you know thats a small miracle. Got everything mixed up just how I like it, and took a bite. Omg. Its so good. The beef is fresh and tender, the veggies were crisp and the basil fresh and perky. The broth is rich, flavorful and stands on its own without anything added to it. I cant wait to try the rest of the menu.

Honestly just had a very bad experience at this restaurant. Wife and I decided to try it tonight and arrived right around 6:10. We walk in to a nice looking restaurant and are told to seat ourselves. I pick a booth that needed to be wiped down but no biggy. After sitting down we waited for about 10 minutes and after not being helped I found some menus to start deciding what I wanted for dinner. Another 10 minutes go by and still no one has engaged us. Tried to waive down a waitress but to no avail. After another 10 minutes we gave up and left. Table next to us was defiantly regulars and walked in right before us. By the time we left they had been waited on and had food arriving. Could have been a bad night but very disappointed with what we had happen.

Best Vietnamese in Kyle so far (when you walk in there it smells so good )I had highly suggest you get something with pork when you go because they know how to make it good. I recently got the pork spring rolls and combination pho soup to go on my second time going. It is a little bit of a wait but its well worth it! Awesome first experience yesterday. Kinda different vibe seeing a robot deliver food lol but hey times are changing and it s cool and exciting . Food is awesome too, their spring rolls are tasty

Was my first time there. Service was good and they bring your food out on a robot. I had to bring the soup home as the large can feed more the one person. Over all I really enjoyed it. Well definitely come back next time Im in town

It s 5 stars because of the location and what to expect. Let s be honest, you re in Kyle, so be happy with what you get. Pho 99 covers all your marks on your check list. Get the beef rib pho and you ll get a giant rib thats heavy on the meat. The noodles are cooked and the vibe is nice. The boba is a little sweet for my taste but everyone seems to love it. It s Kyle and believe me, you won t find anything else comparable for miles.

Good overall experience. Prices are good on the lunch menu. Not sure about dinner. Food was excellent and staff was friendly. Error on the order, but, they corrected it quickly and added a little extra for good measure. I would recommend.

My family usually orders To go, but recently on a rainy day we craved Pho so we all went and sat in. Mylie was our server along with the bot kitty lol. The food was amazing and Mylie was so sweet and helpful. Really made us feel welcome. The pho servings are huge and delicious. We are regulars now for sure.

You know a Viet spot is good when they take the time to serve Viet Coffee with slow drip. They also brought the condensed milk on the side for us after asking. I ll gladly spend a little extra for service like this. Oh, and the food was on point!

I deliver for one of the apps was picking up 9 items cool I relise its going to be a few min I sit there 10 min 15 min they never even updated me after a while I ask how much longer I have seen them playing with the 3 Boba drinks I needed but did not make them just sat there laughing talking to each other. They then look at me and tell me its going to be another 20 to 30 min like are you serous worst experience ever will never ever take an order from here needless to say I unassigned my order and went home

I will never eat here again. I came yesterday March 19th, got a bowl of pho, and bbq pork spring rolls. Everything was fine, but this morning I woke up feeling like I m going to vomit. As times goes on to now cannot keep any food or water down bc I keep vomiting. Literally got food poisoning from this place, probably from the pork spring roll. My friend who I also ate with has food poisoning as well, and this is the only mutual place we ate at. So thanks for the thousands of dollars from an ER visit. Really disappointed bc I loved going.

This has to be the worst pho place Ive ever eaten !! Save your money .. they didnt get our order right , the rolls were horrible and the chicken was completely uneditable .. I mean you literally could not chew it up if you wanted to .. this place looks ok on the inside but taco bell has a better chef.. unreal , $37 down the tubes .. we didnt eat more than few bites and in the trash it went ...trust me when I say go somewhere else..

Best Pad Thai in town hands down! Also love their Thai tea too. The new owner lady has done such an amazing wonderful job of redecorating and cleaning and making the entire atmosphere at this place really nice. Looking forward to coming back soon

I was hoping with new owners service would be better. Today I ordered dinner at 645 and the person who took my order let me know that it would be 45 minutes. I showed up at 745 and the team member told me the food wasn t ready and she had no idea how much longer it would be. She seemed very stressed and I felt very bad for her. The new owners seem not to care about the employees. Maybe if they treated staff better the restaurant wouldn t be under staffed. Next time I will order from the pho in San Marcos, it will be faster than ordering from pho 99.

The good: Food tasted fine. Just fine. The not so good: Filth and lots of it. I walked around looking for a clean table and there were plenty of open tables. They had all been bussed but not wiped. Seems to be a theme here. Everything on the table had a good layer of grime on it. I didnt want to touch a thing. After waiting 20 mins I got my food. Again, average at best. I ordered pho with a side of tendon and a coke. I got a small handful of sprouts, 2 slices of jalapeno, 5 leaves of beat up basil, and 1 small wedge of lime. Smallest add-ins plate Ive ever seen come with pho. $18 and some change without a tip.

Looks like they are renewing the place and IM IN LOVE! They have BOBA tea now too ( they had it before but never actually have boba) im digging it! Definitely my go to place for Viet food in Kyle.
