Just went to return some Amazon packages. The return process from Amazon was annoying and involved printing multiple items and matching them to the items. Gabe was super patient and incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. He helped me with everything I needed and never made it feel like a burden. 10/10 customer service.

Wow! I am so impressed with this store, mainly the guy who helped me, Gabe. I came in a little lost on how to mail some really important documents and he literally helped me customize a box and protect them so they ll arrive safely. This was so helpful and really took a lot of stress off me. I will be coming to this store to see Gabe for anything I need to mail.

I ve lived in Kyle for 9 years and have been using the UPS Store since moving here. A few years ago I was not that impressed, but over the last four years our business has relied on a multitude of services they provide, and they have changed my mind. It is a very busy store and there s almost always a line, but they have a great team who are friendly and there to help. They have found their groove and are there to help the citizens and businesses of Kyle. Shout out especially to Joey who has been there two years and genuinely cares. They have a great culture and it s enjoyable to see the camaraderie between the team.

Bryce is the best. Almost every time I ve gone in the girl employees are kinda rude and the internet reception is horrible. It makes no sense that a store that is shipping out items and its customers needing WiFi can t show their labels b/c the store doesn t provide good internet. In this day and age, I think the manager should definitely do something about it and not give that excuse. In this IT and AI age upon us no store should have bad wifi esp when the store depends on it to show, access or print labels or bar codes. On the other hand, however, I ve been impressed by a few of the male employees there but until most recently have I really been blown away by how incredibly nice and helpful Bryce is. He by far should WIN the contest for putting a capital C in customer service hands down. He s friendly, fast, polite, courteous, efficient, professional, effective and resourceful. He s so nice and he compliments customers and works with a good attitude and a smile. I wish everyone would take his lead. I d work alongside him any day of the week. He d make a great manager. A true leading by example employee. Kudos to whoever hired Bryce. And keep it up Bryce. DO NOT TRUST UPS, SPECIFICALLY THIS STORE. Our expensive computer items ($500 worth) were delivered to this store for pickup and UPS doesn t deliver to our apartment because of theft that s understandable. My fiancé sent me up to the store to pick up the items the lady said I was not able to due to our addresses on our ID s not matching (recently moved) and told me the only person she legally can hand the package to is my fiancé the receiver of said package. Again, completely fine. One day later we get a notification saying his package had been picked up. It was not him. They allowed someone to come into the store and impersonate my fiancé without a legal ID and stole our packages from said store. (Not a single soul knew about these items besides the store) when she told my fiancé that someone impersonated him, forged his signature and that she gave them the packages he had me immediately call the cops and start filing a report for stolen mail ( a federal crime ) the police officer then calls the store and now none of the employees will cooperate and give any information to the police. Do not trust this store with anything worth money, they ll just have their employees steal it under the disguise of someone random . Also not very secure with your packages if random people can easily go inside and impersonate you without any real identification. (I think it s ironic they won t deliver to our apartment because of theft just for it to be stolen from their UPS store, all they did was change the location of theft it would ve been safer on my front porch)

So I had 2 Amazon boxes to return and no printer at home. I walked in and the line was to the door. They worked the line fairly quickly and when it was my turn, I was greeted with a smile from Bryce. Awful customer service. The manager was so rude people in line felt the need to speak up. They lost my labeled package. I ve spoken to the claims department twice and they said only the store would be able to assist. The store said there was nothing they could do. It seems like this is a very common issue with this location. They are throwing away packages. This was a return so I should be compensated the amount.

Service is usually quick, but the workers act like youre inconveniencing them. I dont need them to be friendly, but sometimes they barely acknowledge you exist. Call before trying to utilize the notary services. They are very limited on what they can notarize but dont advertise as such.

Quick, easy AMZN return kiosk ~ there is a wait if the return doesn t come with a QR code (it ll have a bar code instead), but they re fast. Some items may not be able to be shipped in their manufacturer s packaging so call ahead or just be aware that you may have to leave to hit a box elsewhere (don t think they sell boxes ~ from the one interaction I witnessed).

Recently visited this store for an Amazon return. The store is well staffed with personnel and my wait time was very short. I am super impressed with the electronic return system. One need only scan the QR code relative to the return and a label is printed out within seconds. My entire visit time to this store was in and out in a matter of 3 or 4 minutes. Great system!

It is advertised on their website, and when you call them on the phone that they are a notary and will notarize things. I drove up here to have them notarize my signature on two documents to renew my Texas concealed weapons permit, and they refused, told me that s not the kind of document that they can notarize. Stated it is against UPS policy to do so. Didn t realize UPS had an opinion about what they can, and cannot notarize, but I will never return to the store again absolutely ludicrous now I must drive somewhere else and find someone else to notarize this item for me. I would give them a -5 stars if possible

Emailed this store 2 days ago and havent heard back yet. My family member was given a QR code by Samsung in order to bring a $1,000 phone to UPS, so that UPS could scan the code, box up the phone, and ship it off to Samsung to be repaired. We both went and dropped it off on Monday June 17th, 2023 and it was received by Samsung on Wednesday June 19th. My question is...why/how did Samsung receive a Lenovo laptop in place of the phone? I have a screenshot of the conversation with Samsung customer service where they state a Lenovo laptop was received. I also have video proof of the entire encounter of dropping the phone off.

Previous experiences have been poor, but it seems they have hired new hands. Had to drop off a Spectrum box since they dont take them at the store across the street and the guys running the counter were quick. ------ Store was closed for 30 minutes when it was closer to 50 minutes. Employee brought her husband, two kids, and lunch for a coworker in the middle of said break before opening about 20 minutes later. Unacceptable business practices occurring here especially 50 minutes prior to closing. Edit: cant stay upset at the employees. This really falls on poor management for not stepping up when understaffed.

Notary at this location is super rude, also she is very inconsistent. Signed a document for my son s college in April, has to do the same document for my daughter and she told me she can t. When I asked her is there a template or something else is needed she brushed me off and sent me to another company. I just said ok thanks and left. A heads up about closure would ve been appreciated. Spending my only break to drive almost an hour round trip in traffic sucked. You guys posted a a Happy Father s Day post. That would ve been the perfect time to mention you re closed. I m only putting 3 stars because I don t usually have issues with this location. The young girl with black hair was so rude rushing to get people through asking if I needed help so many times when I obviously was not ready and hadn t walked up to the counter yet for that reason. I had a good number of packages to return to Amazon but still had to match all the paperwork and tape and label them. The girl kept pushing until said I ll come over there when I m ready. I asked for tape and she was willing to give me 1 piece per box Although some had a label but no tape and she refused to put tape on it despite my asking her to please put a piece of tape on 2 boxes the agent refused to take them in for reasons of a dangerous goods sticker therefore that is why i am now turned off by ups store in Kyle. The store manager said oh just give her one. but was ridiculous. I told her the sticker was from a shipment I received prior for someone else but the box was from someone at work from a previous shipment.. I was just Re using the box x to send something not electronic. After feeling tortured there I drive to Cvs access point and I was helped with tape and a box . Not given any hassle at all! Anazing!!!

I came to this location because it was on my way to work. While I was in line, I got to watch the employee, just staring out the window rather than looking at the customers that she was talking to. She was very rude to customers. I didn t experience an actual issue, but the lack of engagement was astounding. I m really sorry for this location if they are that desperate for workers that they would hold on to somebody like this.

i just went to this location to return a mattress topper. the mattress topper was gigantic and wasn t fitting into any of the boxes until one of the employees jaydon got down on his hands and knees and with blood, sweat, and tears he got it to fit into the box. i have never been so appreciative of someone in my life. all of the employees were so kind and helpful. 10/10 best UPS location ever.

From long waiting lines, terrible lobby set up, and miserable customer service, this by far is the worst and most stereotypical awful postal location weve ever been to. The staff is never welcoming, helpful, or friendly. They seem to hired as a circle of friends, rater than through proper hiring methods to aid in screening for the right employee. Drive to San Marcos or Austin its worth the gas! Dont do business here.
