This Law firm is top notch. If you need any assistance please ask for Reid Nelson as he was super helpful giving me information on an issue I had with a pool company. He stayed on the phone with me while I discussed the issue and was very transparent and helpful. I made the mistake of paying the pool company money and not calling an attorney first for help. Called to see if there was anyway to file suit against a property manager due to a resident endangering the entire neighborhood. I was told the attorney will not be able to handle a case like that. When I asked for any type of referral to another colleague more adapt for this landlord tenant issue, I was rudely responded to. Bill Gammon is the worst attorney in America gave him over $90,000 for a civil matter and all he knew was to ask for more money and could do nothing and all he has is bad attitude and crooked as a barrel of snakes you would be better of to hire a free attorney all he does is drop the ball continually over and over again . Never showed up one time on our behalf in court at the very end had to fire him because he is as crooked as Hell . And no reply he can make is a good enough excuse and I guarantee anyone who had dealt with him will tell you the same thing . He doesn t even have an office he works out of his house. He charges more than Johnny Cochran and not as good as a free attorney.

I was in escrow on a home purchase with an existing life estate, and the seller had insisted on using a particular title company. The option period was running out, and I was not getting a lot of information from the sellers and the title company. I was getting ready to back out, because the situation with the life estate just looked too scary. I contacted Mr. Gammon, figuring it would be worth paying for his time to hold my hand through this. He responded right away, and in a short phone call he gave me the advice that probably saved the deal. And, he didnt charge anything for it. I changed title companies to my real estate agents preferred company, and they got that issue resolved, so Im now confident about going through with the purchase. Still in escrow, Im just struggling with some details about what the title insurance will cover. I wasnt going to bother Mr. Gammon about that, but he called me out of the blue to follow up and make sure things were working out. Im now going to contact a title company he recommends and see if they will write a more acceptable policy. This is the first time Ive ever posted a review on Google, but Mr. Gammons responsiveness and attentiveness deserve notice.

I had a question regarding a rather complicated real estate matter, and I reached out to this law firm one afternoon. My call was promptly returned at the next day of my availability I left with the person who answered the initial phone call. I was given a fifteen minute consultation on the matter, which was explained to me in a clear manner. I cannot speak for every attorney at this firm, but the man I spoke with, Mr. Nelson, was very knowledgeable and efficient, and he explained the facts of the matter to me concisely and quickly. I contacted Gammon Law Office because I needed to know if my tax situation with my home needed the assistance of a real estate lawyer. My call was answered right away and a follow up call was made by Reid within 30 minutes. He walked me through the situation and gave me a whole list of resources I could use to figure out my situation without having to pay for the help of a lawyer. Turns out, he was right! Had a last minute issue with a seller that was about to breach a closing contract. Called the team at Gammon Law, and the receptionist transferred me over to Bill right away. He gave me a free consul and laid out exactly what I should do/ say. Bill also laid out the next steps if they were to violate the terms of the agreement, and also explained all the associated costs if I needed to retain his services. Quality over quantity. How often have you heard that phrase being used to describe the adopted practice of an attorney or a law firm? I ve been on a month-long quest to find the right attorney; I ve spoken to several during this time-consuming process and the results have ranged from unqualified to sorry, why am I talking to you, again? It s not like I got hit by an 18-wheeler and need only to wait for the next commercial break to pick out an attorney on local tv. My search brought me to the Gammon Law Office website and the informative content therein made a compelling case for me to seek out Mr. Gammon s counsel. On a busy Friday afternoon, Mr. Gammon took my call and listened intently to the details of my case. Unfortunately for me, due to his current caseload, Mr. Gammon did not have the requisite bandwidth to take on my case. Fortunately for his current clients, Mr. Gammon s self-imposed limit will ensure they all receive a high-quality and exemplary representation for their money. Quality over quantity, in a profession where the exact opposite is often the status quo. Although disappointed, I completely understood and did not leave empty-handed. He referred me to another attorney and law firm with pending litigation against the exact same antagonist. He even followed up later that evening to see if I successfully made contact. What could possibly be better than that? Not any of these referral services that you find online, I can assure you of that. It s not like he needs more clients or another online review to solidify his impeccable standing among his peers. However, for hitting a homerun in his only at bat when I ve been watching other professionals strike out over a month, it s only fitting that I share my Mr. Gammon observation and experience with others. I had the pleasure of speaking with Mr. Gammon in December of 2021. My husband and I were selling his moms house and were in complete and utter frustration with the title company. Our mom had a will and designated my husband legal durable POA, finicial POA, as well as other designations. We had a letter from PCP describing she was not fit to make finicial decisions for herself. The title company was demanding we fill out an affidavit of heirship form! Which was complete and utter s***. Our mom bought the house 20 years prior as a single woman and went to lawyers office with her sons and drew up all necessary documents. We did not want to disclose information about her past husbands and family. I called Mr. Hammond and he was so professional, helpful, and completely on our side. Empower yourself. That was one of the last things Gammon told me during our brief conversation. My family and I moved to Austin from Kerrville. We rented a 2,000sq foot home in Cedar Park for $2,385 a month. Our move in costs were almost $7,000. I immediately spot mouse droppings on the kitchen counter. They are all over the place. Drawers, cabinets, the stairs the stove! The house is infested! Lots of things transpire. Landlord won t give me my money back and my family is literally homeless. I am calling every attorney on the Google and using every resource I can find. Gammon calls me back and is very gruff and abrasive. I am not sure how to take him. He is rattling off info like crazy. He yells, ARE YOU WRITING ANY OF THIS DOWN? I really was taking detailed notes. He told me to file with the JP. I don t need an attorney and what law I need to reference for my case. The JP had excellent resources and tools to help me file the paperwork. It cost $279 which is less then what an attorney would charge for 1 hour of their time. I would have had no idea I could do this on my own! He told me to call him back if I lose, but I needed to empower myself. He was right! I will not be taken advantage of!

Involving the judicial system in my life in any capacity is the very last thing I ever want. If I can remedy the situation myself, I do, but sometimes you have to take greater action. I highly recommend Gammon Law Office and Bill, 100%! Recently we had a contract dispute about a property in Austin. We initially hired another law firm and tried to settle the case with seller as soon as possible. However we were not able to achieve the goal and eventually had to filed a law suite against the seller. We decided to look for another attorney to represent us on the court. After thorough research, we were very impressed by Bill s rich experiences and strong communication skills and eventually decided to work with Bill. Bill patiently listened to us to understand the case and quickly shared his thoughts on the recommended solutions. He is very knowledgable of complexed legal issues, and also has a good understanding of the attorney who represents the seller. Bill formulated a good strategy of negotiation with the seller and his attorney, and helped us to get well prepared for the court trial. We fell much more confident and comfortable after talking with Bill. Gave incorrect legal advice based on my precinct (got precinct 3 and precinct 5 confused). This ended up costing me a lot of money and time as I had to start from square one once Travis county informed me of the error. Follow-ups about the incorrect legal advise were denied (this makes sense given Bill doesnt want to put himself in hot water). Still, Bill and his team are very nice and he seems like a fighter (I wouldnt know since I went to another law firm afterwards). Beware of their attention to detail and double check their work using the county website (texaslawhelp.org is good).

When I called in with a time sensitive and urgent matter then lady who answered the phone was calm and assuring that I would be able to speak to the lawyer that day! That really amazed me. Bill Gammon called me back within 15mintues and thoroughly answered my questions. My particular situation warranted a more creative and out of the box approach and I can tell his many years of experience helped him guide me in a smart and educated way. Considering some of the quotes/bids I got from other lawyers, he is VERY reasonably priced. He ended up offering some ways on how I could save myself even more legal fees when he could have charged me more. That really inspired trust of him for me. Ran into a problem with a lot Im looking to purchase in an hoa and needed legal advice. I called the office and the secretary connected me right away to Bill. I explained to Bill my situation and he gave me really good and simple term legal advice. I asked what if we need to go to court down the road.
