This is one of our favorite play places! We ve been playing and making memories for almost 5 years :) Always fun, clean and safe for kids of all ages to play and have a good time. We ve had many playdates and hosted a birthday party here. To me it feels like the dreamed playroom, where they have different areas for kids to play and explore. They have the famous enchanting castle, farmers market, cafe, house, vet, doctor, legos, builders space, lots of costumes and many more activities for kids to use their imagination and creativity. I Highly recommend Frogs Snails and Fairy Tales. They have amazing customer service and the most kind and wonderful owners! If you are looking for a place to take your kids to play or to host a party this is THE place!

We paid more than $500 for two hours, the place was dirty, the door had grease splashes, this place requires a deep cleaning, the play area is nice and pretty, the young assistant is nice and polite, however the owner is classless walking around without shoes in the dining area, rushing us before the ending time screaming like is a football game, grabbing the cake and cutting it taking our $300 cake to another station like is a open park..SUPER dessapointed, I wont recommend this place at all.

Small fairy tale land for kids under the age of 5. Good place to celebrate their birthday parties too. The place is not like other gaming arcades for birthday parties but more like a play area with different themes for smaller kids. If you are visiting with paid entry then may be kids can spend an hour or so with lots of things to try out.

This was the BEST experience! From booking to party execution, I was more than pleased. Van and Alex were the most gracious party hosts; they took such good care of us and they even took time to talk me down from being stressed about the party. Even the guests were complimenting their decorations and attentiveness! Im very tempted to return for my little ones party next year.

This was definitely one of the best last minute decisions I could ve ever made! After our original plans to celebrate our daughter s 2nd birthday at our home were derailed, Frogs Snails and Fairy Tails saved the day. Soon after booking online, Lauren reached out via text and email to discuss details for our special day. Lauren was nothing short of AMAZING. She was so polite and I truly appreciated her patience and wonderful customer service. Even though every correspondence was written, I feel like we talked in person with visuals of what the day would ultimately be like. What a great communicator! Now to the actual celebration. We were the last party for the day and were greeted by the owners and two party hosts. They were super busy getting everything together, as we purchased the package with the decorations included. Livia decorated beautifully! Not too simple, not too extravagant. Just perfect! She also placed the extra decorations that I provided, which allowed me to focus on other things. The cutest Oh Twodles (Minnie Mouse) birthday setup ever!! Livia- Thank you so much for your creative eye. I m still amazed at how you managed to get it done in under 20 minutes. We absolutely loved it! Our party hosts, Tara and Van were super friendly and so helpful. They were there for everything and anything that I needed, before, during, and after the party (decoration assistance, musical selection, transitions, monitoring the kids, etc.). Tara & Van- Thank you for being such sweet girls and for staying on top of the flow for the party. The venue is perfect for any age that enjoys imaginary play. Wonderful setup, with a very nice selection of different stations. The kids had a blast!! FSAFT is a great place for any kid friendly celebration and/or to visit for a fun day out. Thanks again for everything!! We will definitely visit again soon.

We hosted our littles 5 year old princess tea party here and it was a blast!!! The littles were able to use their imagination in the play area and played as long as they could! They also had a crown making activity! We had a special visit from Belle who read a book and did the littles makeup. From the moment I reached out with questions to the day off, everyone was super friendly and helpful! DaVenar went above and beyond to assure everything was set up and during the event made sure everything ran smoothly. My little had a blast with her friends and family, thank you DaVenar for making it such a memorable experience.

Super cute place. The staff was friendly and it was super clean. Each time we went we were the only ones there playing but they said its usually slow on weekday mornings and busier on weekends. There were a TON of things to do and play with from toys, imaginary play, sensory bins, puzzles, art and more. They have 2 hour play time slots but my daughter could have easily been there all day and not run out of things to do. Highly recommend for busy toddlers.

First time checking this place out! Loved it for my kids (2 yo and a 9 month old) staff was great! My daughter was a busy bee playing with everything she could get her hands on. I had my daughter s 3rd birthday party here and it was such a cute and fun place to host a party!! We had such a wonderful and seamless experience, from booking the party all the way to the day of. Any questions or concerns I had were addressed in a timely fashion and I had no worries on party day. Brenda, our party host, was so helpful from the beginning with decor set up and keeping us on the party schedule. She greeted our guests, stepped right in if we needed help with anything, and was a pleasure to work with. My family recently celebrated my two-year-old s birthday party at this location, and if I could, I would give it 1 million stars. From the beginning, the staff was so excellent in explaining everything to us. They were considerate, enthusiastic, and patient with helping us pick colors and created a beautiful theme. On the day of the party, I literally had nothing to do because Lauren and Jordan took great care of our family and friends. I recently attended a birthday party at Frog Snails and Ferry Tales, and I must say, it was an amazing experience for my kids. The theme of the party was frozen, and Elsa came to visit, and although it was not part of the original plan. the staff can provide a list of companies to choose from to bring different characters for your birthday theme.The venue itself was beautifully decorated and had a charming atmosphere that was perfect for childrens parties. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and made sure that all the guests were comfortable and enjoying themselves. I highly recommend Frog sNails and Ferry Tales for anyone looking for a unique and enjoyable party experience.

We chose FSAFT for our 4 year old son s birthday party. The owners and party hosts were very professional, helpful, and accommodating for all our picky requests. They helped plan our not so ordinary theme with lots of great suggestions and balloon designs. We were so happy with how it all went and the level of experience the party hosts had, it was way easier than doing something at home. Their new location is better too. The space for the adults is much larger and is separate from the play area, but you can still see the kids as they play. There are more tables to sit for the parents to chat and for the kids to sit and eat cake in the new location too. Because the parking is off the main drag, behind Toast, you don t have as many fast cars driving by so coming and going from the parking lot with kids feels much safer than the old location. Lastly is very convenient to be so close to HEB, which is where we got the cake and cupcakes. If you are planning a party for your child I would recommend.

Came here for a 2 year old birthday party. Previously when I looked up things to do with my kids on the weekend, this place popped up. It seemed really cute but thinking about being there in person just wasnt synching for me. Well, when we actually went, both of my children; 1 and 1/2 and 4 1/2, both loved it! I was able to play with them and supervise from a distance because they were actively engaged. There are a lot of fun things to do! Super amazing dramatic play of all kinds of things, theres even some stem stuff. Loved to see my kids play together. I think my favorite part was watching my 4 year old checkout his sister, as sister stuck the debit card chip in the card reader.

My daughter LOVES FSFT! She never wants to leave when we visit, the 2hours of play time are never enough for her. She enjoys all the play stations, the staff is always polite. I love that they have a limit on the number of guests allowed to play at once, it s never too crowded. They rotate toys so even when we visit often, my little always finds new things to explore. The new location is great, it s in the same shopping center just around the back of the building, looks like it will be a bit more roomy.

Absolutely phenomenal place. We just had our daughters first birthday there. When we got there it was all set up. Beautiful. And the entire party was a wonderful time! The employees were so helpful and so nice. I m not positive, but I think the owners were there helping put things together and were very warm and helpful. I can t say enough great things about this place. I know they gained a few extra customers from my guests as well! If you re thinking of booking them for anything, just do it! You won t regret it.

we always LOVE coming to frogs snails and fairytales!! my kids have SO much fun with their cute and creative playland, and it is fantastic for very small kids also because it is small enough to be able to keep your eye on your child at all times. birthday parties here are the best because you get to have the ENTIRE place all to yourself (unlike most other playgrounds that have other bday parties and still let the public come in during your bday party).

I m a regular customer, but today they got to be kidding me. There s not much out there to play with. If you re going to send emails to invite folks here to try and make some income before the little party going on in the afternoon, then at least provide all the toys you usually put out. My kid only comes out here to play with 2 things, legos and car stuff. None of the stuff was there. Even the kitchen/grocery play area looks sad. I was told they don t take legos out because there will be a party later. ..What? Such a waste of a trip.

This is a new indoor playground gem in Sugar Land. There is a wide variety of activities your child can enjoy from fishing, cause-effect and building, to dress up and house pretend play. It is clean and well lit. The flooring passed the white sock test :) Highly recommended for 3 to 5 year olds.

Frogs Snails and Fairy Tales was the Perfect place for my sons 4th birthday celebration. They were very helpful to set up a small gathering for me on short notice. Very quick to get in touch with and made the process very easy. My son and his friends loved it! Kayla was our host. She was friendly and made it very easy, so I didnt have to stress myself through the whole process. I would highly recommend this place for private parties. The kids can run around and play without the parents having to run around after them. There are also so many different outlets for imagination play that they will always be entertained. We will definitely be back for parties and play dates in the future.

We had my sons 3rd birthday party here today and it was such a great time. The owner worked the party and removed all the hustle bustle and stress of party set up, etc. I really cant articulate how adorable this place is. Every single child (ages 1-23) had an absolute blast in the interactive and engaging areas. Do you want to be a princess? A vet? An engineer? A chef? This place has it all and more. Finally, this is quite possibly the cleanest place Ive ever been. Wow!

This place is just magical! Covid precautions meant I felt safe letting my babes come play, limited amount of toys out meant that it didn t feel overwhelming. Well curated and allows for so much imaginative play. I was worried the 2 hour play time wouldn t be enough but it ended up being the perfect amount, by the end kids were ready for lunch so it was easy to transition out. The Melissa & Doug toys available for purchase are super convenient as well, I was able to pick up a few activity books for the same price if not cheaper than Amazon while supporting a small business instead. Fantastic service, was worth driving almost an hour across town. We will be back soon!

This place is absolutely fantastic, especially with it being so hot right now. My girls wouldve stayed here all day if they couldve. Its not too big so its one of the few times I can relax while the kids play. Its super simple to reserve online and the staff is awesome. Cant wait to come back!

My daughter celebrated her birthday here and I cannot say enough about how wonderful it is! The venue is clean, spacious, and gorgeous. The owners are extremely easy to work with and made the entire party planning process so convenient. We also love how it is open for play during business hours. There are so many activities for our 4 kids to enjoy. They are always asking when we can come back!

Visited this place for the first time today with my 15 month old. Its such a unique place to take your kiddo. Its an indoor playground but not the typical chaotic, loud venue. It looks a like small village for toddlers with toys to play pretend. It has a home-y living room vibe. It also has a chill coffee shop vibe with kids stuff around. You will not see slides, things to climb on etc. Its actually a very relaxing atmosphere which is unlike many playgrounds ive been in. We love this place! My toddler did not want to leave. Happy to have this in Sugar Land.

Really nice place with a huge variety of toys and activities for different ages, excellent service, and an area for parents to plug in and work. Their guided activities like arts and crafts are a lot of fun for the kids. So glad this is an option in the neighborhood!

My daughter loved this place!! They only charged for the little ones unlike similar venues. The only problem was when my 16 month old threw a fit when it was time to leave lol! One of the employees came out to calm her down though! Will be back soon for sure!

This is a fantastic play area; my 6- and 4- year olds had so much fun there! It is very clean, with many quality props that are great for pretend play. We also found the space to be calm and friendly - ideal for childrens imaginations!

This new indoor playground is nothing like others. It has a castle / fairy tales theme that gives an extra push on kids imagination. My child (4 yr old) had such a great time there! It is not so big, which is actually good, since you do not need to be extensively following your child everywhere. It is very clean as well and their wifi works great - you can even work there on the tables if you need to. Also, since it is new, I got the feeling that they really appreciate you being there! Will be back!

We had so much fun at FSFT! It s so cute and very well designed. Our toddler loved it and had fun for hours! She didn t want to leave. I highly recommend this place, especially on days the weather is uncooperative for outdoor play! We will be back for sure!
