This was my first time here and my server Holland was so friendly and helpful. I ordered the Beet Salad and it was a little soggy for my taste but still good. I also had the Jalapeno popper pizza which was amazing! I also tried their Cinnamon Sticks which were ridiculously tasty. I will definitely come back.

I typically have a great experience here, but my recent visit was disappointing. I arrived early to pick up my pizza right out of the oven, and when I asked about the wait time, the staff mentioned it would be ready in about three minutes. Unfortunately, I ended up waiting an additional ten minutes. When I received my pizza, it wasn t hot and fresh as expected. The sauce lacked flavor, and the sausage was dry. This was not the usual quality I ve come to appreciate from this establishment.

So, we were visiting friends in the area. We dined in on Friday, Aug 30th. The service was not as I am reading from others experiences. I wish I could give a 5star. I left a review, and Nikki was very responsive. She came to our table to address the issues. She offered to take off our salad, and I mentioned I was not looking for a freebie. She insisted that she knew I was not. She offered us 3 free small pizza cards. Then here is our second visit on Monday, September 2nd. We walked in, and the restaurant was busy but not like Friday night. We were seated, only to have to wait 10 minutes before 3 servers looked at us to see whose table it was. I asked to speak to the manager on duty. Jake came over, and I explained the bad service we received on Friday, and it was rolling over 3 days later. I mentioned to him what Nikki told me via the companys texting system. He read it and insisted that we keep our cards for a free pizza, and he would take care of it meal. We ordered the Caprese salad. Our server came to ask if Jake came over to let us know they ran out of the ingredients to make the salad. I said no, he had not. We ordered a different salad. Jake came over to check on us, I mentioned that he did not acknowledge to tell us about not having the salad we had ordered. He took full responsibility. I post this to let the owner, franchise, know as this is a new establishment and needs some correction to making sure this is not a continuing issue. ALSO, I witnessed the crew using the same towels to wipe down the tables, and they used it to wipe down the seats, too. GROSS! I mentioned to Nikki. Again, we do not live in the area but frequent our friends, and we will be back in a few months. Hopefully, this review is addressed, and action is taken. Thank you

The meatballs and gluten free omnivore pizza were delicious. The classic cheese was greasy and just okay. They were really busy so everything was slow. The bloody Mary was way too sour with barely any vodka so I wouldnt recommend that. The music was too loud and had weird annoying repeating tones. Ended up being over $120 for 3 pizzas, meatball appetizer (3) and 2 bloody Marys. Just go to Mod pizza.

It was our first dine-in experience here. The service and pizza were excellent. Servers were competent and friendly, and the execution on the pizza was great. We like well-done pizza (extra crispy in their terms), and we got what we asked for on both the large Detroit and bar style pizzas. We were surprised with complimentary cinnamon sticks by the GM (which were also delicious), and he also asked for any feedback to help them. That s how you do it, folks! Well done.

Got the caprese salad and the meatballs for our appetizer, the Cadillac and the ambassador Detroit style pizza, and the hibiscus margaritas and bird Of paradise cocktails! Also shout out to the bartender bc the cocktails were on fire and the best we d had in a while, wonderfully balanced and refreshing! It was my mom and husbands first time and they loved it! I tried calling the restaurant three times and couldn t reach a person to ask questions about my order so I m writing this review instead I got home with my order and realized that my pizza (bobo Brazil) didn t have sauce on it. I doubled checked the menu online and it doesn t say anything about no sauce - in fact none of the pizzas specify sauce except the marinara. I usually get the omnivore which does have sauce and that pizza is delicious. The bobo Brazil unfortunately just tasted like dry greasy cheese bread. I do not recommend. I m still unsure if that s the correct pizza or if a mistake was made.

Because our foods wouldve taken 30+ mins prep & we didnt order appetizers, the GM surprised us with a complimentary cheese bread from the girls to occupy our wait. recently dined at Via 313 Pizza in Kyle, Texas, and had an exceptional experience. The service was impeccable, with the staff going above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and taken care of. We started our meal with a complimentary meatball appetizer, provided as it was our first visit. The meatballs were absolutely delicious, setting a high standard for the rest of our meal. For our main course, we opted for the Ambassador Bridge pizza in a large size. This pizza is perfect for three or four people; if youre dining solo or with one other person, I would recommend ordering the small. The red sauce had a fantastic flavor, complementing the Detroit-style dough perfectly, which was crispy on the edges and bottom but soft in the middle and on top. To drink, we tried the Detroit Faygo root beer, which was really tasty and added a nice touch to the overall dining experience. Overall, Via 313 Pizza did not disappoint, and I would highly recommend trying it out whether youre a local or just passing through Kyle, Texas.

First of all the pizza is top notch! Delicious with lots of flavor. Our table was split between which type we liked better so try both haha! The Caesar was nice and fresh. The only thing I would change food wise was maybe they could have a homemade ranch but other than that everything was phenomenal. I would be remiss to not mention the delicious dessert pizza. Now let me talk about the service because that s where I feel like most places fall short these days. This was some of the best service we have had in this area in a while, and we eat out a ton. Gisell was helpful, attentive and very nice! The cinnamon sticks are always a great dessert choice. The pizza was delicious, as well. Love that you can do half and half on the pizza so if you re debating between two types, you can do both. I wasn t a big fan of thick breaded pizza before but this one is crunchy on the outside but soft in the inside, no flavor gets lost due to the bread. Mouth starts watering as soon as the pizza gets set in front of you. Parking: A lot of parking space.

Omg the hubcap like a personal deep dish cookie with icecream so worth visiting for. Im a photographer so my Pic was edited by me when we ate here Kid-friendliness: Great place for teens. My kid is 14. Cool hang out place. Pizza is really good square style deep dish. Its more of a date place then kid place. They have indoor and outdoor covered area, perfect if you have a dog just sit out doors. There is a full bar so its more adult oriented but Kids are welcome and you can buy pizza by the slice

I ordered take out of a Margherita gluten free crust. It was thick, fluffy but substantially satisfying. Different and tastier than any I ve ever had. Give them a try. We stopped by to try Via 313 pizza for the first time. Wow! What a great pizza! Nice fresh flavors and nice crunch. We have been in Texas for 2 years and are hands down the best so far! Theres lots to choose from on the menu and has a full bar. Service was awesome! Nate was our server and very knowledgeable in the menu as well as good recommendations and people friendly. Just a skip and a jump from Costco as well in case you have shopping to do. Nice ambiance with big screen tvs for the sports fans. Pizza is about 20 min and well worth the wait. The GM just happened to stop by the table and greet us and ask us how our visit was. Very in tune with customer service. Got to say I was very impressed with the overall experience.stop by and give them a try. You wont be disappointed.

I made reservations for my birthday dinner since I had their pizza from their food truck at Armadillo Den before and live in New Braunfels. I was SO impressed with dining in at this location! I wholeheartedly adore the experience we had here. My husband and I went out for a date night yesterday and we were so grateful to have received excellent food and service. We were greeted and seated almost instantly. The host was friendly. A woman who, I assume, worked the bar and helped serve us was also very polite! We were so blessed to have Angelie D. as our server. She was kind, efficient, thorough, thoughtful, professional and made our experience here one of a kind. The service was great but the pizza is bland. Definitely not the same as the Austin locations seems to be missing something. Cheese and sauce lack flavor and taste watery and we got 3 different pizzas. The salads were good though
