Excellent experience today at Great American. Our server was Abel and he was extremely attentive, professional and everything a server is supposed to be. This town usually falls short of great service, but not today, I was very impressed by his attitude and friendliness. We both had the sirloin with beer battered shrimp a must have. The shrimp was colossal! Great American should be proud they have such an amazing worker as Abel.

Jose was great! The service he provided was top notch and he knew when to stop by and make sure we were good. He even went above and beyond on asking if we wanted a drink to go, not a lot of people ask that and that just made me happy because indeed I was going to ask for a drink to go. Amazing service! Stopped coming here, because the service was not acceptable, cold food , waiters would take forever to stop at table . Used to bring big parties , yet no one was happy. Lady s restroom had no toilet paper informed the manager , yet I went back to check if they had put some in . They did not . Employees , and managers didn t seem to care about customer service. Today decided to return, and see if things had improved . Well they did absolutely Jose our waiter took real good care of us , and everything was ordered , and served between drinks and meal in less than twenty minutes.

Walked in approximately 4 pm Tuesday Denise (server) Noemi (Asst Manager ) were at hostess station a young woman walked in just ahead of us Neither Denise or Noemi bothered with my sister and I even after my sister said more than once there are 2 of us please? I was already asking my sister if we should leave because of how RUDE Denise and Noemi were by ignoring us at the entrance??? Sooo much for a friendly greeting right??? After the MANAGER and server finally decided to notice we were there not even a sorry for that or a hi welcome?? Denise just grabbed two menus and started walking towards the dinning area sat us and walked away!! I really hope she is a better server than she is a hosteses!! Hiram came to our table and he was VERY welcoming and professional HE turned a very bad beginning to a much better situation! He deserves props for doing an amazing job! Cynthia came by to say hello and I did mention the way Denise and Noemi treated us and how badly it reflected on her! I had a rib eye sandwich my sis a tortilla soup and mashed potatoes with brisket. Food was great sent a top back to kitchen. Denise and Noemi really need to learn how hospitality works! I would recommend this restaurant! Good luck!!

My wife and I can to great American steakhouse and had an awesome dinner experience. Our server, whose name is Dennise was excellent. I would return if nothing else but the hospitality I was shown today. The food was great as well. 5 stars for this place. I really recommend it. Ask for Dennise as your server. You will be well taken care of, without a doubt.
