This location is absolute trash! They never have any pizzas ready. I saw an employee drop a box of pizza pick it up and place it in area where the pizzas that are ready is. That is so disgusting because it looks like that place has never been swept or mopped. I would stay far away before you get food poisoning!!! Also I stood there for a good 5 minutes before anyone even approached me and it was to say they had nothing available.

Raw pizza. Didnt get a dessert pizza I ordered. Got it delivered directly from little ceasars site. $60 wasted pretty much. Douche bag female shift manager said I had to take in whole order to remake pizza and get the item I didnt get. Defeats the purpose of PAYING to get it delivered. Im sick of these new kid managers. I order from the app to pickup in the portal. It is never ready at the time they say it will be. I do not do the hot and ready pizzas, who knows how long they have been there. The past few times without a doubt they have just taken from that stash of pizzas and put in portal. I understand being shorthanded in these days, but this always seems to be the case.

Genuinely the worst location. I ordered online and then got the email that my pizza was ready at 7:55. I got there right at 8 and told the lady my name and that it was an online order. She refused to check for my order and proceeded to give everybody else theirs and take more orders. I was there til 8:35 when I only got help because I refused to move from the register. Not sure what her issue was or why it was specifically with me but it was very annoying to watch the people who got there after me leave with multiple fresh pizzas while waiting for my single, old pizza.Thanks for the 40 minute old pizza and awful customer service. I m currently at home reheating my cold disgusting pizza. I hope this location gets shut down or the whole staff gets fired off being incompetent.

This is probably the 3rd or 4th time ordering from this location and unfortunately the last. Weve had so many issues and kept trying to see if it was just a fluke. But we cant keep wasting our money. Once again the Detroit deep dish was flat, the new pretzel dough wasnt even pretzel, and the breadsticks were barely cut and tasted days old. Used to be fast and cheap now its just cheap. Pizza portal is a waste of time because 9/10 employees dont update the tracker. Not enough employees on a shift, avoid unless you want to waste your time in there. Im pretty forgiving when it comes to budget places but 5 out the last 6 or 7 times pizza wasnt ready half an hour past pick up and the employees just pull a random one from the heater.

Worst customer service ever...like, of anywhere ever in the history of food Almost 9 months later went back again. Stupid. Ordered 3 pizzas. 2 were decent but the regular cheese pizza was clearly old. It was seriously like day old re-heated pizza. It was extremely obvious this pizza was a day old. The pizza cold, hard and almost see through at this point because of the old crust. The crazy bread was so doughy and completely unedible. Read the other reviews. PSA check your pizza before you leave little Cesar s! Husband came home with a pepperoni pizza for dinner. I opened the box and entire pizza was burned to a crisp! we tried to eat it anyways but it did not taste good at all. Had pizza delivered last night. It arrived cold. I was missing half of the order. I tried called this location directly and got a this line is no longer in service message. I tried called the number in the little Caesar s app and I just waited on hold for twenty minutes before it disconnected me. $10 is not a big deal but the insanely unprofessional service is unacceptable. They always have a lobby full of people waiting and the only person up front will walk in the back and never acknowledge people who are waiting. Then if your lucky enough to get spoken to they will make you wait at least 15-20 minutes and give you an attitude about it. Tried three times to eat here and failed in the last week (November 22, 23 and 26) because God help me for some reason I enjoy the lunch combo in this place . It used to be a quick nice thing i can snag on my lunch at noon. but they have failed me so many times it is embarrassing. First time, I went in and they were out but offered to make one if I waited 10 minutes. Thus defeating the purpose of quick lunch break food. So sadly just didnt have the time on lunch, ended up back at work hungry possibly not their fault, I am cool with that. Back at work hungry again. 3rd time today 11/26 1:15 pm Tried calling off and on every few minutes for well over an hour to try and once again hope I can get that delicious deep dish on my lunch break. Busy every time I tried to call. Drove over there again and asked about a lunch combo. YET again none being ready or anyone giving a darn to make some. I decided what the hell and tried to call them in store. After, a horrible experience with the San Marcos location. I swore I wouldn t return to another location. After passing by and seeing that you didn t look to be busy, we stopped. They didn t have a cheese pizza available. So, we said that we would wait until they could get one made. We order two pepperoni and one cheese. Didn t ask or expect to get the other two pizzas made fresh, but your cook decided to go ahead and make all three pizzas fresh and deliver it to the front for us when he finished. THANK YOU!!! I don t expect to be treated like royalty, but rather with common decency. I greatly appreciate it. Especially, after how we were treated at the other location. I ve always loved little ceasars but I will NEVER have the food from this location again. It s better to go to Buda right down the road and get it there. I was hospitalized from extreme food poisoning after eating at this location. Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else for pizza.

just went 6/4/20 around noon. asked how long an order of stuffed cheesy bread would talk along with my pizza. the girl taking my order went to go ask the cook in the back. he proceeded to ball his fist up and hulk smash the order of stuffed cheesy bread he was currently boxing up ( i would guess it was the last order and he didnt wanna make more) once i saw this i just told the girl im good with just the pizza. super uneasy experience. he may need a breather but was a bad time.

Ive never had a bad experience at this location. We try to get pizza for the office at least once a month here. Always piping hot and a great value. I had to cancel an order for specific reasons today and the manager was very understanding. Thank you very much!

The cashier wasnt very customer service friendly . My husband asked her if they had a 3 meat she said they did not when I pointed out the menu she then said it would be about 10-15 minutes. When I asked her to see my pizza she pushed the boxes towards me. She handed me my receipt without speaking. When we were leaving I said thank you no response. I said have a nice night. So I then told my husband shes a bit rude. She dodnt look up at all.

I used the online portal to order my pizza. I received an email at 531 telling me my pizza was ready showed up to the store at 545 put in my code. Came back invalid. Used the scanner. Invalid code. Spoke to the female server. She looked at the portal asked me what my order was and I told her 3 meat and ham with onion. Shee said it was not ready yet. Waited until 615 when I saw other portal orders come and go. Asked to speak to a manager he looked at the portal and said this is yours. He let me take the pizza. Did not know that corporate policy was after it expired which is why my code did not work they are also supposed to make a new pizza before leaving the store. I found out when I went to write this review.

Cheap pizza that you need to eat quick before it gets cold. Good while its hot. Easy in and out of store. We have used the phone app for ordering and then picking up at the store. They have a hot box where you put in your order code and take for pizza out if you ordered and paid online. This is a great option when you have a bunch of teens at the house.
