Went for a 9:30 physical today. I was early and pre appointment paperwork was done prior to arrival. Nurse took vitals and showed me to a room where I waited for 30 minutes with no contact from anyone. I got tired of waiting and left without seeing my doctor. Hopefully they will learn that our time is as valuable as theirs and quit making appointments they have no intention of keeping. That will be my last visit to ARC.

Had an appointment here recently, medical staff was great but front desk lady was awful. Receptionist named Vanessa was very rude and gave attitude for no reason. When I came back a few minutes later to get her name, she got up quickly and I had to ask the other receptionist.

Called for refill was told I need to come in for a follow up appointment, called back to see if they could send a prescription for 7 days until my appointment it s BP medicine and my BP was high they never returned my call or sent the prescription I arrived for my appointment today admittedly I was 7 minutes late arrived at 8:52 my appointment was at 8:45 I waited in the general waiting area over 45 minutes nurse finally came after I asked the receptionist if there was an issue, then sat another 30 minutes in the patient room no doctor no nurse went to ask receptionist if I could reschedule as I had another appointment she went to check and said I was the next patient in go back wait another 10 minutes I ask the nurse with the pink hair where is the doctor I ve been waiting well over an hour and she tells me I was 7 minutes late to the appointment as if that is justification unprofessional and disrespectful when the doctor came he was in an out in less than 5 minutes, 2 hours of my day wasted and I had to reschedule my other appointment I do not recommend and I will not return

This is the last time ill use ARC. I have been on week 4 of a head cold, turned sinus infection, turned eye infection. An intern at another medical clinic ordered a CT scan because of my chronic sinus issues. I went elsewhere because I kept being dismissed by ARC. The CT scan showed what she thought was a sinus tumor. I scheduled a visit with an ENT at this location and he was rather irritated at me crying because Im scared. He refused to actually exam me, showed me my CT scan and stated it was just a cyst. He also made it seem like Im making up my symptoms and Im not actually experiencing chronic sinus infections. Low and behold just a few months later and this is by far one of the worst sinus infections Ive ever experienced. Im appalled at the apathy and neglect Ive received from multiple ARC locations. I have a 4 year old that Id love to watch grow up, yet I cant find help for my chronic illness. I almost didnt schedule a Drs appointment due to the incompetent care Ive been receiving. DO NOT USE ARC.

went there for a sore throat, got told they didn t know and would run more tests, then they call and tell me again they don t know so therefore can t give me anything. then when i call and beg multiple times for medicine that the doctor recommended in the first place they won t even send it to the pharmacy and here i am still suffering even more as my infection becomes more swollen and white puss sockets take over my mouth and i m just having the worst week and i just wanted some antibiotics for my throat or even anything. i ve never experienced such poor care. if a patient is in pain and has had issues in the past with throat infections, maybe just give them something for the infection instead of doing malpractice and trying to kill me while i sit here in tears hoping anyone would help me because even the doctors clearly don t care. do not recommend unless you want to die waiting for medicine or care from them

I was skeptical obviously because I read the reviews of this place. However it s a place where they accept my son s insurance and is close to him. I went in today for the first time ,and may I say I was surprisingly pleased! The front desk people were so lovely ! Check in was easy, and the wait time wasn t bad it was somewhat busy I would say and I got there 10 mins before my appt and waited 10 and got called in. Super fast and on time! Took my son to Dr Yi. And she was so nice ,and so patient with my son ,and handled him with care. My son needed X-rays Got him in for X-rays right after his appt and got results just now thru the Mychart app! Now my anxiety is gone as don t have to wait for days to get results . I am so happy I came here.

My specialty providers tend to be in other cities when I need them. Made a direct visit after waiting 60 minutes on the centralized phone system (hangs up after 60 ) only to be told not in office and had no back ups. And have to wait two and half days. I was reminded they are not hospital but a for profit business. The last person I talked with was an assistant to the assistant supervisor. Others must be off or in another location. I do not recommend.

Staff is wonderful in house. The answering service is terrible. I spent hours on the phone yesterday trying to get a doctors excuse for my sons school. I had to go twice to the clinic to get it. I left in a hurry to drop it off at school on time and I realized they write the wrong dates. I call today asking to get it fixed and faxed and just keep getting transferred. Care is great but getting a doctors note should not be this difficult

If you are looking for good consistent medical care I DO NOT recommend ARC. They have dropped two of my PCP s without letting me know, making it almost impossible to get my medications refilled. I have had to wait a year to get in with a new PcP. And their phone line is terrible ! You will wait nearly an hour every time to be transferred from one person to another and that will not ensure you are getting the correct information.

Please have someone in your administration attend some business classes and learn how to schedule staggered lunch breaks for your receptionist team. When I tried to check out after my appointment, I was expected to wait with my hungry crying baby behind several elderly women before making my next appointment. There was one single employee covering a quarter mile of receptionist desks, absolutely preposterous management. Otherwise a good experience.

I am very disappointed in my last visit here. I waited well over a week for test results, then never received a phone call, only a note stating I needed to go to an ENT. The nurse was extremeley rude and uncaring when I called, literally stated I cant help you. I am not a difficult patient and do not go to the doctor unless needed. Sad thing is I had went to this doctor for many years. Switched to another ARC doctor and I am very pleased.

I called billing prior to my appointment because our daughters insurance was in a lapse, the lady I spoke to told me since I was self pay to ask for specific shots because they re state funded and I wouldn t have to pay for the shots themselves. I get to the appointment and made it clear the the nurse and doctor I needed those shots and why. Just for them to turn around and charge me for the shots. So now we re unexpectedly out hundreds extra and they haven t even been able to provide us with an explanation

Was treated at ARC for my pregnancy in 2022 and Dr.Cheng-Jackson was GREAT I LOVE HER However, it is now 2024 and I develop tummy issues. ARC wouldn t get me in with a specialist UNTIL SEPTEMBER, fine I took it. My appointment was CANCELLED in May. I was notified through text , no phone call or anything. Both doctors who saw me BRUSHED ME OFF. Finally the second doctor gave an outside specialist referral. Doctors at Austin Gastro found 2 POLYPS THAT ARC DOCTORS BRUSHED OFF. I was miserable FOR MONTHS. Stay away from ARC and always always advocate for yourself because these doctors won t, unless your pregnant.

Scheduled an appointment 2 weeks in advance for 2 pm, 2 days before the appointment they rescheduled me for 11 am- a time I knew I wouldnt make, thus why I didnt schedule it for then. The only notification I got was through email, which I dont check. The 3 texts they sent reminding me of my appointment did not specify time of the appointment, only the date. In the past I have also had experiences where I showed up 2 minutes late, had to wait in line for 5 minutes, then was told I was too late for my appointment scheduled for not even 10 minutes ago. I am done with ARC and will be going somewhere that will not waste my time like they do

I highly recommend Dr. Yi! She took time listening to my 3-year-old s concerns (mostly about the mosquito bite on her leg) validating her concerns and offering helpful advice before asking my concerns. Dr. Yi also engaged with my daughter and her energy level in a way that was honoring to her and made it easier for me as a parent because I wasn t having to come up with activities in the midst of our medical conversation. Our whole experience was quick and efficient without feeling rushed which, as we all probably know, is not always the case at a medical office. We have also seen Dr. Blood and Dr.Linnell and had similar experiences with them as well.

Be WARNED apparently they have taken away the 15 min late rule. I arrived to my daughter s 3 year old check up 10 min late and the doctor told me I had to reschedule. After I had rushed over through traffic to arrive on time. Yet I ve waited for my appointments at this particular doctors office up to 30 minutes!! Please do not bother giving me the generic response you have given everyone else who has had a complaint. I ve already found a new pediatrician who would never do that to a parent of a young child. Hello! I have been to this clinic a hand full of times and have yet to have had a great experience. One of the pediatric nurses we continue to be paired with is very rude and impatient with my self and my son. Last vaccine apportionment my son was filled with anxiety and fear. The nurse could have cared less and only wanted to rush us out. She had a terrible attitude and made us feel like a waste of time. ALSO please be sure you are aware of the No surprise bill and good estimate act law. We were hit with a surprise bill which we received no estimate for on a-sick visit that was rescheduled to after hours due to the doctor being absent. We are still trying to get someone on the phone after having put in two request for dismissal of bill.

The doctor I ve been seeing for years has helped my battle with high blood pressure. We finally found something that s right for my body that didn t have crazy side effects. Unfortunately my doctor moved in December of 2023 and I had to be reassigned to a new doctor and I understand that but what I don t understand is how far out they are booked. I ran out of my blood pressure medicine that I ve been taking for years and ARC Kyle won t refill it until I ve seen my NEW doctor on 8-7-24. If you battle with high blood pressure that s an extremely long time to go. You can check my review history it s not long I only write when attention needs to be brought to a situation. If I could give 0 stars I would. This is the clinic I ve been going to for my entire childhood and now as an adult, in the past two years they have canceled and rescheduled nearly EVERY appointment I ve had. This is ranging from annual exams to behavioral visits I ve attempted to make. They will force you to go onto their app and schedule an appointment just to cancel it on you without notice. They will make you schedule appointments on their app when a physician is listed as available just to let you go to the appointment and tell you the physician isn t taking any clients at all. This is an office that doesn t care about your health nor your time as a customer; save yourself the hassle AND SEARCH ELSEWHERE.

My prescription lapsed three months in a row now. Sent first request email last Monday. Script was finally filled the following Tuesday. This appears to be their method of operation. Every month, just sit, wait, and hope they check email. Guess what else? I have asthma. Got this nebulizer that works great, if you would just approve some albuterol to put in it, so I can breathe send the approval to CVS for the love of all that is good and pure! *they auto-responded to the one-star review within the day. *

I arrived five minutes late to my appointment but was still within the 15-minute grace period. I called the appointment line on my way to let them know I would be late, and they told me to mention it when I checked in. However, when I got to the front desk, I was informed that the provider needed to reschedule. It would have been more helpful if they had told me this while I was on my way, rather than when I was already checking in. It was frustrating and felt unprofessional.

I have been to this location numerous times and seen various doctors. I was misdiagnosed 5 different times for different issues. This last time was the absolutely worst. I exploded 2 discs in my back and was in incredible pain and could not walk. Found out later i needed major surgery and a fusion. ARC Drs said I pulled a muscle and sent me home in a wheel chair in agonizing pain with Advil and Flexeril. Im absolutely done with this place. Unless you just have a runny nose, find another clinic. ARC is the worst clinic I have ever been to

Marshal sounds like he knows much about how the body works and was open minded to my concerns of past experiences dealing with some prescriptions that had dire side effects on my jaw bone. Everything was good with my visit until I went to the lab. The lady that took in the slips for lab work was VERY rude and loud with me when she didnt have to be. I never go to this clinic unless its after hours but today was one of the times I went during normal business hours. If this is how its run during the week, then Id rather make the drive into Austin to another location. This lady wore a mask and had dark hair. She basically yelled at me for not handing her the slip for the lab. I hope she doesnt last long there. I have never encountered someone so rude at any ARC location and I have been a patient for very many years. She definitely did not my daughters visit easy.

Good service will be provided overall with well experienced and knowledgeable doctors and nurses in their health care team .Recent visit with the three doctors I had over the phone as well as as an office visit was well taken care by them . Also the nurses in general and helpful and kind . Except one of the older nurse who had to do a Covid test on me upon Doc Chens request at Arc ARC Southwest on 1/15/24 did not like it very much . She was suggesting that I should do it at home as it s convenient for every one though I told her I am not convenient with it . Front desk staff in general is not welcoming much but manageable .

Down right unacceptable behavior and service from this clinic, Staff, and Doctors. Need a 3 month follow up to see the efficacy of a treatment but they refuse to order lab work until after my follow-up appointment. Without the lab work there is nothing to discuss at the follow up other than the fact Im not dead. Doctor cannot possibly hope to give me any accurate information regarding how the treatment is doing without the lab work. Lab work can take a week to process and Doctor does not have another in-person appointment for months. So, what is supposed to be a 3 month check up and discussion about my treatment is turning into a 5 month follow up with results that are 2 months old. Formal complaints have been filed with the Texas Medical Board, Texas Health and Human Services, Health Facility Compliance Group at the Texas Department of State Health Services, as well as with the US attorney general, Texas attorney general, ans my personal lawyer. In addition to the downright failure of this clinic to properly and in a timely fashion address my health concerns and leaving me vulnerable to significant health complications if the treatment is not working, they also struggle to maintain prescriptions in a timely fashion. They ask that you request refills at least 48 hours in advance, I requested mine a full week in advance and now because of their failure to send the refill prescription to the pharmacy I am behind on critical medication that is supposed to be taken on a regular interval. I had to call multiple times and eventually show up to the office twice before someone submitted the refill request. Meaning that the medication will now take several weeks to build back up into the correct amount within my system, further exposing me to negative health issues. If you have someone you care about that is sick and needs attention, take them somewhere else, this facility does not care about their patients or their well being and will leave your loved ones worse off or even dead. A true disgrace to our healthcare system and I will be taking any and all legal action possible to protect my fellow Texas citizens from endangering themselves by coming here.

I received a solicitation call yesterday because I was told I needed a Medicare physical. I informed them I had gone to ARC after hours and saw Dr T Smith for what he told me was a sinus infection. The man didn t even look in my nose! He gave me antibiotics. Four days later I still can t breathe through my nose. Made appointment with PCP Dr De Lota. He confirmed my sinus infection and gave me steroids, RX decongestant. Four days later I can only mouth breathe. Got in with ENT and I NEVER had a sinus infection. It was a STAPH INFECTION which could easily caused sepsis. I told CS I was no longer interested in being a patient at ARC any longer

Went for annual check up which was covered but insurance. No issues with health so conversation with doctor took 1 minute, assuming that it s audio typed. In the end he asked if I have any other questions. I showed him a dry spot on the skin which he didn t really say much explanation but prescribed a cream. Total time it took to talk about my question was 15 second. Lately I found that they billed me as an office level visit for $410. Ridiculous unfairness, no reason to ever come to this scam place again.

It is impossible to get medication refills at this location. Even with correspondence through MyChart, nurse phone calls informing of the issue, my prescription takes FOREVER to be filled. Completely unacceptable. I understand there are a lot of patients, but I never experienced this issue at the Southwest location. I will be taking my healthcare elsewhere indefinitely.

I love my primary care physician but ARC has been trying to charge me for an annual exam for over 3 months and have yet to bill the correct insurance. Please avoid this clinic at all costs. They have terrible communication and do not get messages to the Doctors. Doctor Constable treats people like they are idiots and is very unprofessional. The staff say whatever they think you want to hear but ultimately do not care about the immediate needs of the patient. We are beyond frustrated dealing with this clinic.

I dont know who owns or runs ARC however they need to be aware of a few things: 1st Ive had two appointments cancelled on me; I have had to wait 2 weeks for necessary nerve medication to be refilled; Ive had inappropriate comments made during my appointments and by physicians when inquiring about weight loss treatment. I tried Center street and they are no better at service, appointment cancellation, and medication refills. I will no longer use ARC for my healthcare needs. For years, my parents had a good experience with Dr. De Lota however my experience has NOT been beneficial not met my medical concerns or needs.

Very disappointing visit to the clinic, brought in wife with very swollen face and the nurses blocked giving her service stating they could not help her with this problem. Of course there was no Dr involved with this decision which was strange. Ended up going to the Ascension emergency room where the service was great and a simple steroid shot took care of the situation. Of course the bill will be astronomical and kind of explains the high cost of healthcare. Very disappointing.
