We have been taking advantage of the BOGO wing deal for takeout on Tuesdays for about 2 years now. More times than not, the staff is inattentive, sometimes down right rude and slow. EVERY-TIME I have asked for celery, which I pay extra for, it s BROWN and sometimes slimy! Who wants to eat that crap? I left there today so frustrated over the fact that I paid for 2 sides of celery, and I had to tell the girl with hot pink hair to keep the brown celery. Never offered to refund my money for them. She just grabbed the celery off of the counter and walked off. Also, when I called my order in, I ordered 5 buffalo ranch wings to which I later found out they were out, so I just took them plain. I also ordered 2 sides of ranch and 2 sides of blue cheese which I also had to pay for, but I was charged for 4 ranch and 2 blue cheese. I did get all those dressings, but didn t need that much. I m just not so sure that I want to even take advantage of the deal anymore. It s always something with this location. And the Brown Celery .. I m over it!!

I ordered through the Buffalo Wild Wings website for delivery, and my door dasher cancels my order after picking it up. I call the store and they say it s not through them to give me a refund but through door dash, which I go to door dash and their customer service tells me it should be through the merchant, which I ordered from..buffalo wild wings. I ll deal with that later I was craving wings so I order through Uber eats instead and I receive my order and I get one tiny little ranch for 20 wings and my celery/carrots? And the packaging was soggy and wet in the plastic bag, bad presentation. I won t be ordering here again period. Awful experience overall.

This location is never a let down!! I find myself coming back to this Buffalo Wild Wings every once in a while even though I dont live in the area anymore, I still have family here. Every single time I order out or dine-in I find myself wishing that the Buffalo wild wings by my house was like this one. Theres always smiling faces, management is always ready to help you. I also feel like they go above and beyond with their food. If there is a mistake of any kind management is quick to fix it. Gerardo is one of those managers with a smile on his face hes always ready to help you and he goes way beyond whats necessary to keep you, the customer, happy. The staff seem at ease with him around and lately Ive been noticing that a lot of dine-in establishments have a manager that walks around looking to crack the whip. At this location it seems like everybodys having fun and theres a respect that they all have for each other. Youll always find me coming back to this location when Im in town.

Had thee worst experience on Sunday that my family & I wont be back ever! I WALKED IN to place a to-go order that was placed @ 4:15 p.m. I sat on the bench & patiently waited with another couple who did the same. Now its 4:46 p.m. & Im wondering whats taking so long so I walk to the counter to check on my order onky for the young lady to go in the freaking warmer to grab my order? I checked my food & of course my fries are soggy & Luke warm temperature on the wings.. I immediately tell her my food is cold & I need a manager.. Took the manager 5 more additional minutes to come out & I proceed to explain that I walked in to place a to go order then why is my food placed in the warmer & not immediately given to me. The manager asked me who took my order & I pointed to a young lady who he said name was Jordan & the another lady placed my food in the warmer & typically the same person who takes the order gives the food out.. THATS NOT MY CONCERN OR PROBLEM as a customer! Now Im there at 5:01 pm. I proceed to tell him my food is now cold? He had the audacity to stick his fingers in the box & tell me that my food wasnt cold but he could remake it? the disrespectful & unprofessionalism was at an all time high! Remade my order & it wasnt what I ordered.. Just horrible horrible horrible experience

I stood for 8 mins before someone said anything to me.. mind you, a worker walked right past me, there were 7 workers sitting at a table. The worker that walked past me was actually standing at the table talking to them.. it took other ppl to walk in for her to finally come tell me something. I was only picking up an order. Went for my daughters birthday last night and the food was amazing, the service however was lacking. I dont know if its a BWW thing because this is the second location we have tried and it was the same thing. Sat for a long time waiting on everything. After we finished and waiting for the check for almost 20 min the manager came and just took my card... didnt even see the bill to make sure it was right and know how much I was paying. Not sure if its just a staffing issue or what but it wasnt a good experience which sucks because the food was really good. Dont know if we will go back again unfortunately.

How is this place still open?! They nickel and dime you. There is never anyone working. If you do an online order you have to hunt people down and then it s never ready anywhere close to on time. . So with this location I have had two mishaps with them by sending the wrong order for delivery and both times my order was wrong. The first order I let slide but the last order I called because it was very inconvenient to not have the right order sent. I called the location to explain how my order was wrong and a take-out caller name Absedy who displayed very POOR customer service by being very short and inconsiderate that my order was placed wrong in their system by their staff members HOWEVER a manager named Rain was extremely nice, understanding and made sure that I was accommodated. She displayed great customer service by hearing me out through my concerns. The General Manager should be very proud of Rain due to she is a GREAT example of how customer conflict should be handled. I really appreciate her. Although I had a bad experience, I wanted to make sure my review was to show sometimes you can have a bad experience but with a great manager to show customer service is why I won t have a problem ordering here again. I enjoy the food. It s a fun place for the kids who love to play the digital golf. Bartenders are great. Always friendly and attentive. Management- learn how to work your air conditioner. Your patrons are constantly complaining about how cold it is. I shouldn t need to bring a winter jacket to eat wings during spring in Texas. I was here for an hour and watched 3 tables leave complaining about how cold it is. Kid-friendliness: It s not. It s bitter cold in here and nobody knows how to adjust the temperature. My 3yo started crying it was so cold. The 6yo said he wanted to leave because his arms were getting so spiky from the cold.

Don t order Bogo wings here. I ve ordered bogo wings at countless bdubs, this one is the first where I m nearly positive they premake all the wings and keep it under the heat lamp. Sure my wings were ready in under 10 minutes, but at what cost? My wings weren t even edible, they tasted like they had disintegrated into dust from marinating in a heat lamp all day. I picked up a drum and only the bone came with me, all the meat was left on the ground. Soggy, inedible wings. If it weren t for that it s a 20min drive away I would have gone back and returned my food out for the principal of it.

We order wings there occasionally to be delivered. Most of the time they are just ok but we still enjoy them. They almost always forget the extra sauce I pay for but it is what it is. We always say maybe next time will be better but it s not. But this time was absolutely disgusting (3/11/24) We got 30 wings and an order of onion rings. We got it 3 ways, no sauce, honey bbq and mild. Normally they will separate it into 3 boxes of 10 with the different sauces but this time they sent a large box with no sauce, all on the side. Ok fine. No problem. But the wings were dry and absolutely trash. Not cut properly to be all flats (which you pay extra for) so there were bones sticking out where the other sections of wings are normally cut off. They were Hard and un-appetizing. We got the large order of onion rings which comes with a southwest ranch but they ALWAYS forget the ranch so I ordered 2 extra. For once all the sauce got here except the one it was supposed to come with, per usual. After order, taxes and delivery (yes we can pick it up but do I want to load the toddler into the car? No, that s why I pay the fees and tip well) it was $75 for this trash? We will either make them at home or order from another place from now on. We had no issue with the delivery, the whole issue was with the food it s self so this was a restaurant issue NOT a delivery issue.

I d like to start by saying that I m certainly not the type of person to write reviews but for the experience I had this evening I feel it s necessary. I come to this location pretty often and would consider myself a regular. Most of the bartenders know me and know what I order. This evening however the bartender (who I ve had before with similar experiences) was very dismissive and not attentive. Never have I been made to feel like I was such an inconvenience to someone as I did this evening. It took 10 minutes to be greeted then had another 5 to get my beer. (She asked the guys next to me if they wanted another round and served them before I even got my first beer.) I ordered a buffalo chicken salad and when I asked for a side of buffalo she told me it would cost me..I responded that there was hardly any on there when I got it. She responded well that s just how it comes. I m a server myself and I know the first thing about the job is to take care of your customers. I m not looking for free stuff or any handouts but some kindness or even a you re welcome after I say thank you instead of just walking away wouldn t hurt. It s not hard to acknowledge your guests and shouldn t be so hard to make them feel comfortable. If she is working there when I come again I will just go somewhere else. I don t think it s okay to make your guests feel like they re an inconvenience.

Great wings, decent location. We got seating at the bar because the line to get seated was long, despite lots of tables looking available. Went here on a Tuesday for the BOGO deal, definitely worth it. I would hesitate to come here otherwise unless you are really craving wings. The service once you get seated is pretty fast, and the wings came out all at once and hot. Ambiance is kind of dim, but they have lots of TV for sports and shows. My definite to go place for wings, but only on Tuesday!

BWW has gone way down hill since its last acquisition by Inspire in 2018. Tiny over cooked wings with no meat. Way overpriced for what little youre getting. Service was not great... My server apparently went on a smoke break for the entirety of my meal, I never got a refill... I had to chase down another server to pay. Well I thought it was an off night all those months ago, but it wasnt. Place was still rundown. There was literally nobody customer wise here. But trash on every table. Had one beer and then was given the wrong bill. I guess they dont expect me to read it. Ill probably never be back, because they will give the same corporate answer to this review. I want my money back ASAP! Train your employees better too. The employees are around my age, and there is no way we can let someone go ten minutes at a table or bar chair, without being greeted at least. At least thats the standard at my job. I came in at 10pm and sat down at the bar. For 10 minutes I sat there with no one coming up to ask for my order or ask if I ve been helped. I saw 3 different girls walking within the area I was, asking the other guests they had if they needed anything else while I was still unattended to. Went up to the from to ask for a table then. The host was on the phone and was looking at me while also talking to another employee, the other male employee didn t ask me if I needed anything either. Or was told they d be right with me. We ordered from Buffalo Wild Wings for the first time tonight (Shenandoah, TX location). Not only were we missing items (celery and a large order of fries), but our food arrived cold making the fries we did receive inedible and the wings ok at best. The delivery driver left the food on our porch without knocking or ringing the doorbell or anything. We have tried to call the Shenandoah location several times to remedy the situation, only to immediately be placed on hold with no one ever picking up. This was disappointing, to say the least. We paid over $50 for dinner for our family, and ended up having to prepare a second dinner at home to supplement missing and inedible food. This was our first and last time ordering from Buffalo Wild Wings.

I made an order by phone at 6:00 pm to just go through them, its 8:10 and its not possible that the order is not ready. They always treat me very well but today the service was lousy. just train your staff well so they dont have these confusions.

Only giving the restaurant a 3/5 because the UFC fight I went out to watch was cutting in and out more and more as the fights went on. The beer, wings, and service was all great, and the store is kept clean, but when the Internet is dropping out and I cant enjoy the fight or game or event I want to watch, its very hard to want to come back for the next big event. I ended up leaving before the main event and watching at another establishment to make sure I didnt miss the main event.

Just walked out of this place. Sat inat a bar table for 5 minutes. Bartender saw and looked at me twice, waitress walked by....NOBODY went out of their way to say anything like Ill be right with, or the waitress will be right with you etc. And, they were NOT EVEN busy. Irank customer service 0 ZERO! As everyone knows its hot as hell outside. I wouldve been happy with just a water first, then a cold beer. Hopefully their nighttime manager/crew are much better because as expensive food & beverage is these days, and the price of running a business, to lose even one customer is costly.

The quality of the food at this place has severely declined. I ordered 20 wings and ate less than half of them. The flavors were ok. The wings themselves were dry, tough, and werent tasty at all. I am seriously disappointed because I was really craving some good Buffalo wings. Which I did not get. I was going to take the rest home to my kids and decided not to put them through that torture. Yup, never again, BWW...

UPDATE: 08/03/2023 I apologize for anything good I ever had to say about this location. I WILL NEVER GIVE THEM MY BUSINESS, EVER. I placed an order for pick up. I show up to get my wings. They do not have my order. I am then treated like an idiot for the next five minutes with comments, Are you sure you are at the right store We think you may have ordered from a different location. Even after showing the the confirmation email with the store address I was asked if I am sure if that confirmation email is correct because they have no order for me. After four employees look at the confirmation they decide to make my food. I am told it would be a minute until there out. Over the next twenty minutes I am told it will be just another minute several times. After twenty five minutes I ask the guy if he can check on my food. The guy comes out and tells me they are starting to make them now but it would be just another minute. I told him that is ridiculous. At this point the guy was aware I was not happy. It took the store for forty-seven minutes to get sixteen hot wings out of the kitchen. I told the guy this is the absolute worst customer service that you could have provided and I said I will not be back. He said, ok. UPDATE: 05/23/2023 I have now eaten here roughly twenty times. The wings, the customer service and the atmosphere is always great. The wings I got tonight were the best ones yet. I have moved away from this location but the one hour round trip to pick up wings from here is well worth the drive when comparing them to the Buffalo Wild Wings by where I live now. The owner of this location should be proud of the their employees. I have never eaten Buffalo Wild Wings. I ordered take out for game six of The World Series. I purchases the 20/20 combo. The hot Buffalo sauce was slightly to hot but the wings were still enjoyable. I will get the medium next time. I really wanted to pig out on wings but was full after only six. Any how they should heat up well for the seventh inning stretch.

If you want to go here to watch the fights you might want to reconsider. We went here last night to watch the UFC fight but the screen kept pixelating every few minutes and then blacking out for a sec. On top of that, they put a mandatory 18% gratuity and a $10 minimum. Now I get having to do this on fight nights people are going to be there for a long time but if youre going to do that you need to make sure the fight is watchable. This isnt the first time this location has had this issue. This was just the worst time and the straw that broke the camels back. We ended up cancelling our order and leaving to go somewhere else.

Waited to be sat seemed reluctant to be sat, waited about 10 mins to be greeted by server and did not happen, though a friendly server took care of the guest seated after us and helped me get in contact with a leader on my way out. Eventually determined it was best to spend our $ elsewhere, but wanted to speak to a leader about the situation. I spoke to Jim the manager and expressed my concerns and he was understanding of my thoughts. Jim assured he would discuss this with the team. One bad thing outweighs nine good.

Today we lived around 5:15, they delayed us to sit down even when the restaurant was empty, the waiter never brought the plates and sauces we ordered, I had to go get them! He never returned, he was talking with the other waiters, the hostess was with his phone and headphones, people stopped waiting for them to be sit and none of them attended to them, the hostess was never where he should be.

The food was BWW quality and the atmosphere was good. Staff was friendly. Our server was Caleb. Caleb was friendly and professional, but he was not a quality server. My wife and I did not get checked on, or any refills, until the end of our meals. He walked by our table numerous times, leaving our cups empty. Initially, we werent given napkins or wipes with our utensils. Im sure we will return, but man, were we disappointed this visit.

I hate this location, I order very often from doordash to bring wings to my home. Always there is something missing, so I got sick and decide to come and order everything putting special attention on everything. Told the waitress my bad experience from the past. I take the order to go and inspect the order at my truck and they didnt put my kid fries, marinara sauce for the mozzarella sticks. Ate here last week, we tend to eat at several Buffalo Wild Wings restaurants over the Houston area. I was very impressed with the staff and the wings! We ordered 60 wings in 6 different flavors and they made them perfect! They were perfectly sauced, cooked and nice size wings. Staff was courteous and very attentive to us. Well, I was hoping the bad reviews had spurred management to improve the experience, but nope!!! We were seated and waited 25 min with many waiters passing us by. Not one noticed us or gave us the time of day! Was not crowded at all either. Based on what I saw, there were probably 2 tables for each waiter. So what is the deal? I tried the bird dawg, the one with cheese and honey mustard.... Not a fan. It was so spicy and my tolerance is really low because I dont eat spicy and when I placed my order I didnt know that It was spicy. Also, its a weird nasty aftertaste. Maybe just an acquired taste and not for me? The tender was cooked but rubbery, which also turned me off. It wasnt good and Im really sad because it looked so delicious visually. Im so sad because everyone elses experience around me was great.

Ive been going here since 2002 to watch Texans games during their inaugural season. Have not stopped going here since. Yeah, the atmosphere is noisy at times; keep in mind this is a sports bar though. This is one of the best sports bar for anyone to go to, the comradery is unbeatable, the food is excellent. Service here has always been near-perfect every time I go here. Ive been going here for many years, and I will continue to do so, especially on football Saturdays and Sundays.
