Drove up to menu and waited for a bit until someone told me they would be with me in a minute. Ordered and started to drive away when I realized my order was missing stuff. So they Charged me for 2 things but only gave me one. When I asked for the missing item they tried to charge me for it. When I asked for a refund they said they don t do refunds. So basically this business makes money off of fraudulent transactions.

I went to Long Johns drive through before noon on Saturday. I asked for the 10 pieces of fish. The worker kept saying something, and it was hard to understand her. I repeated 10 fish and 2 pot pies. Finally, I get to the window and hand over card. At no point does she repeat my order. She was about to close the window when I asked for the receipt. I get home to find no fish instead shrimp and only one pot pie... granted she only charged me one. I called the restaurant, she said that she would replace, and I would have to pay for the second pot pie since she didnt charged me for it. I get there 30 minutes later. She is adamant that she repeated my order before and after I got to the window. I said that I kept saying fish. After a few minutes of this she told that I need to turn in the shrimp in. She never said that on the phone. At this point I am very frustrated, and I wasnt going to go home and waste another hour. I will never go to Kyles Long Johns. I even told her that I was writing a negative review.

I work all day and I tried to get over to the restaurant by 930 but apparently that s the time they shut off their fryers and can t serve fishing anymore. I get it. Everyone needs to go home. I just like to go home by 10 PM.

Walked in excited to try this location instead of driving into buda. Upon entrance there was one gentleman at the counter getting his food. There were 6 staff members working behind the counter. We were not acknowledged or greeted. We stood there ready to order for 5 minutes. After not one person saying anything to us...even a hey We are running behind let us catch up and then we will take care of you. Nothing. So we walked out and came to buda long john silvers instead.

Despair was the prevailing mood amongst the staff. Noticed in the car that no fries were included and had to go back in. Didnt notice that the 2 pieces of fish that I ordered were actually chicken until I got home. The food was overfried with the taste of old oil.

Hot inside, all restrooms out of order, dirty floors and around drink stations. Long wait for service. One out of our 3 orders was incorrect and when I went to get it taken care of, I was ignored for a while. Finally got response and then I was treated as if I was trying to deceive them about the order.

I ordered a family pack of 8 pieces of fish with 2 sides, coleslaw and fries. Paid my $32 and change. Got home fish was dried out and dripping with oil. Fries were the same oily mess jammed in the bottom of the cup, and hushpuppies were like rocks. The fish to me, was as if they refried it, then handed it out the window to me. I love Long Johns fish! But, at this place, at 4:39 in the afternoon, DOES NOT HAVE GOOD FISH, or FRIES, or HUSHPUPPIES! ...the coleslaw was good as it should be. I have eaten fish all over the world I can safely say this was the worst. GOOD LUCK! I hope it was just a bad day for them!

This location is terrible! I spent over $30 on lunch for me and my son. It took me 10 minutes to get home to try to eat the worst food imaginable, I threw it all in the trash! The service was fast, too fast, you would think that the lady is to old to be taking anything for energy, she was going so fast that I couldnt even think. Then to get it home to eat, nope....hushpuppies were hard as a rock, the batter was so hard that it came off in pieces, so you just had a soft oil flavored ball of whatever. There e as 10, yes 10 old , cold, stale fries on all 3 of my orders ( I counted them) the chicken was cold and hard as a rock. The shrimp was something, I have no idea what it was, and the clams....who knows what they were....pebbles maybe? Dont waste your money here, its the worst place Ive ever been

My husband and I ordered two meals from Long John Silver that included fish, shrimp, and chicken with fries. The oil it was all cooked in was so dirty and old that it overwhelmed every piece of food. It all tasted the same and very gross. The inside of the restaurant was also just dirty and the ice machine was overflowing with ice and water all over the floor. We will not return to this location and I recommend others avoid as well.

2/25/23 ordered 2 piece combo kfc did not receive Pepsi and ordered 2 piece Fish and more did not get the cole slaw. The above items were on the receipt. I received corn which I told them several times that I did not want. One of these days the franchise operator should be correct these problems

PROMISE ME YOULL NEVER EAT HERE!!! We were craving LJS. Daughter likes chicken. Figured we couldnt go wrong. Shrimp was bad. So gross even biting into it. May never eat shrimp again. They were out of lemon. Out of macaroni. Out of sweet tea. Hush puppies were overcooked and hard all the way through. @8pm. 2 hrs before closing.

The store hours are posted that they close at 10pm. I was traveling through and decided to stop, went out of the way 20 minutes to pick up some food. we arrived a little pass 9pm but it was already closed. when through the drive thru and no answer, no one answered the phone either. Wanted to place a to go order with a very overly aggressive Chris who I finally hung up on. He then proceeds to call me back asking why I hung up on him. Because you are rude and unhelpful. Then showed up and knee it was him by the aggressive way he was taking our order. Rude rude rude! I then said you were the one who called back dont let that happen ever again. I asked him his name for this review and he says complain all you want to it doesnt matter. Yeah because of this guy we will NEVER eat here again!

Its a KFC and LJ so if you dont like it dont bother coming. Service at this location is pretty fast with the basic level of service you need from fast food. Remember to always be kind to service workers. Dont bother with the chicken on the LJ side of things. Its not bad, but it uses the same breading as the fish, so it ends up tasting like bland fish. This goes for all LJs not just this one. Also dont bother with the orange Mtn Dew, its like fizzy orange juice if your OJ was 90% sugar.

Thanks for replacing my food hot and fresh. The first time I came it was stale! I could smell the old grease and the fries and hushpuppies were so hard I couldnt eat them. I appreciate you for remedying the issue without question. Im not sure what my experience would be like next time so, 4 stars for now and also because I had to come back to fix it.

The fish was old and over cooked. Couldnt eat 2 of the 3 fish ordered. The chicken was ok. The condiments offered or given. I dont know what size fries comes with a meal, but its comparable to a kids size fries. Was still hungry afterwards because most of the food was inedible or portion size is too small. Fish was okay, but certainly not the quality of other fast food fish venues. Fries were served luke warm. Cod and other fish were not available -- only generic fish and chips. I was told that since this was not a real Long John Silvers (even though they were listed on the LJS website as a location), but a KFC that served limited LJS items, they did not have many of the items on their menu. They used the same excuse for not honoring welcoming coupons from LJS. Disappointing -- should have read reviews before going.

Guy at the window is always nice. A bit long winded but nice. I love kfc and long john silvers so i wish i could be talking about how great it is, but honestly......dont have regular fries and more importantly the long johns chicken is always luke warm or cold and super stale. Wish they would just cook to order instead of giving me pieces that look feel and taste like they are three days old and lazily warmed up 10 minutes ago. Sad to say its usually gross.

Food was not up to company standards on the side of KFC. Long john silvers the woman told me that the meal didnt come with a drink. Its a meal it should always come with a drink but I had to do an entirely separate order for one after only being told I didnt get one after the transactions finalized. Fish tasted really good and lots of food in the box which gets it to 3 stars instead of 2
