It s 11am on a Thursday and they had only 8-10 weird flavored bagels left?! Not even one plain bagel. If it was 2 or 4 in the afternoon but it s not even lunch time yet! Come on ya ll bad form.

Was really craving y all s chocolate chip bagel and you re the only bagel place I know that has them so I decided to stop by and I ordered 2 of them and 1 blueberry bagel. I get home and I got 3 blueberry bagels! How does that even happen? I just don t understand the carelessness of the staff. I ve worked many fast dining restaurants in my life (which wich, Starbucks, a cupcake place, etc) and I don t think I ve ever been that careless! It s like they saw the first kind of bagel and just went with it. What a shame because I was really craving that bagel.

They always miss something Paid for a bagel with smear. It wasn t toasted and there was no smear I had to tell them they were out of coffee and that they were out half and half As someone that used at Panera Bread for many years It was not that busy and it is not that hard

This place was amazing. The customer service, the food, the atmosphere, all top tier. They have a set menu but allow you to customize everything to your linking. I will definitely add this place to my list of favorites.

I came here this morning just to grab a couple bagels and decided to order the Nova Lox bagel. The bagel comes with capers, and I love capers so I asked for extra (I specifically said I love capers give me a lot please! ) and my bagel ended up not having a single caper on it. Zero. Upon looking at the toppings of my bagel I also found that they had put barely any red onion. If I am paying almost 10 dollars for a bagel I d really appreciate having a reasonable amount of toppings on it.

Update: the service has become much faster. The past couple of times my order was out withing 5 mins, which is a huge improvement. Bagels are really good. One of the best Ive had since leaving the north east. Ordering customizations are pretty limited. Like, you cant order extra cream cheese. Really? Staff is usually friendly and quick with the orders. One visit we got a veggie bagel sandwich with only 3 leaves of spinach and 2 cucumber slices, but, Im sure that was just a one off mistake

Staff glared when we went at 1:30 p.m.(assume too close to closing). The cashier was cordial enough, young man stayed irritated, and person preparing lunch bagels (large and filled) did not bother to cut bagel in half, brought it out giving a toss to the bag and went to the back before we even stepped up and picked up bag. Coffee was horrible after asking if coffee was fresh. Hmmmmm ....Would you go back?! Tis the season. Thirty minutes until closing caused this?!

Ordered on the app and can t find any option to get a refund. The order was placed, money withdrawn, but when I got to the shop the doors were locked. Makes sense. Found out they were closed. The problem is the lil blonde haired girl inside looked me square in the eyes and walked to the back. And then checked through the window in the backdoor to see if I was still standing there as she proceeded to walk away. I just wanted to know how to get my money back. You lost a customer and his friends that trust his judgement but I still want my money back. What do I need to do?

I love Einstein bagels, and this location had great quality, but it has dropped a lot after the initial opening. The sandwiches feel like you get the reject stale ones, and I many times now I have ordered cheese bagels and I get what I can only describe as a flat bread bagel? This place just does not do other Einstein bagels justice. I am editing this review to reflect 1 star. We came back a month later and the sandwiches are worse, and so are Tha bagels

First time ever here. We had the Farmhouse and All-nighter. All-nighter was great, but I would say the Farmhouse is way better. Flavor is great and the sauce is amazing. The size is good and filling. Cold brew was good. The location is more of a grab and go. There isn t a place to sit and eat. So don t expect to enjoy your meal there. No drive thru. The service was great. We went on a Sunday around 11:30 and only waited about 5-10 minutes to get everything. Pricing is a bit high, but understandable. Bagel sandwich was about $8 each. We will be back.

I placed a mobile order and when I went to pick it up they said they didn t have it. I looked at the app and saw an error code, so I replaced the order and received another error code. Then they asked me to pay at the counter. I ended up getting charged three times for only one order. I spoke to the manager who told me the charges would just fall off my account, this did not happen and they fully processed. I went back to get a refund and they told me they do not give refunds and I had to go online and contact them that way. It has been over a week and no one has refunded me my money or reached out to me. Do not place mobile orders here because they will not refund you if an error occurs on their own end. Very disappointed. There should never be a business who does not give refunds and makes you jump through hoops to fix their own mistake.

This location may not be what youd expect if youre familiar with other Einstein Bagels locations. This is a purely to-go location, there is not a single seat to eat your meal there and no drive-thru at this one. Service was very friendly, but slow due to the number of delivery orders. The menu seems pared down compared to other locations, but theres better presentation of the menu on the website than at the counter. Nearly all the menu items have jalapeno or avocado, but theyll allow substitutions. The brisket has no BBQ or smoke flavor, its more like a sous vide corned beef. The cold brew was closer to a chocolate milk than a coffee. The parking lot is tiny for the number of stores and an urgent care crammed in there. Overall, its not a bad option for delivery or if youre already in the area and order ahead. Not really worth $12.50 a person for a bagel and a drink otherwise.

Happy they finally opened an Einstein Bagel in Kyle, since I in Buda. My bagel was hard and my daughter s bagel wasn t toasted. The staff was great. Will try again another day. Will keep going to the one off William Cannon :)

Update: 1 month later this store has gone to hell. I have been using the mobile app as recommended to me. Which says your orders will only take 15 to 30 minutes. Ive waited over an hour for 2 bagels twice now. The staff had become rude and ignores you when you ask for an update. I am not coming back. If you try contacting guest services. Kyle isnt even listed on their website. When I finally got my order. They forgot items and I dont even want to call cause they will give me the run around. Dont waste your time !

Ordering on the app is horrible experience. Wanted just bacon egg cheese on everything bagel with onion chive smear. Can order it bc there isn t a build your own option and you can t make those modifications to the menu items. Once you go to store order, it with someone in person, and wait 30 mins. It s fantastic!

I m so excited that they finally brought einsteins to Kyle!! I ordered an all nighter on the spinach florentine bagel and it was absolutely divine staff was also super kind and the ones making the food were very quick! Way to go guys (and girls) !! Now that I don t have to drive into Austin for bagels I ll definitely be coming in more regularly.

Everyone that is here is waiting for an online order that estimated 15 mins The team is prioritizing walk-in orders and the entire crowd is upset. Very poor management. Also, there is a bad smell in here so am worried about what is coming. Do not come to this location.

I m familiar with Einstein bros and have purchased bagels at other locations in the past. I came into the this newly opened location to buy my dad some bagels. He is vegan and I know he s purchased bagels at other locations in the past. I wasn t sure which were vegan. I asked the cashier and she wasn t sure. She asked her manager and he said they are not vegan. I was confused because I was sure there was vegan options just not sure which kind. I understand it may have been busy but I feel like the manager should have taken a little more initiative to find out the correct information. His response was off- putting and seemed like he couldn t be bothered. Thankfully one of the associates pulled up the menu and advised me which were vegan options. Granted I could have done that myself, but I shouldn t have to. She saved this location a return customer.

The breakfast sandwich we ordered was amazing, and the caramel iced shake was on point. However, we ordered a hashbrown, and when I took a bite, it was cold . I went back in and let someone know, and she was super polite about it and told me Id get a new one asap . The girl who was in charge of the eggs/hashbrowns (Im assuming) seemed a bit annoyed by this ... but made a new one for me . I got it and left . I took one bite ... it was colder than the first one I went back in because this was not okay and at this point I didnt even want it anymore, so I just let them know if someone is going to pay almost $2 for 1 hashbrown it should atleast be warm. The woman i spoke to expressed that she was sorry about this and made me an accommodation for the next time I go back, which was very nice . Also the location smelled like something was always burning and it was because the machine that they use to heat stuff up was burning parchment paper and whoever was operating it didnt care to change it until it was completely black. I hope things get worked out because the coffee and bagels were pretty great.

Made an order at 09:53 today, having been waiting and waiting still order not ready her it is 11:03. General manager made an announcement that the orders were running 30 mins however the orders are further behind than that. The walk in orders are getting done much faster. The general manager mentioned requesting a refund online however the refund for Kyle isn t an option. The manger mentioned on having two ppl working to go orders. Poor management of how to organize the chaos. Asked a male staff about my order and l was completely dismissed but a male with his dog walked up inquiring about his order and that same male staff took the time to locate his order and get started on it. For Kyle to finally start having more options to eat, it would be common sense to have the staff and operation to handle the crowd.

I am usually not one to hit up a new restaurant the first week, or first month they are open, as they are working all the kinks out. The manager has been hard at work letting folks know about the new store. He mentioned to place the order online which will make it way easier. Before heading over, I had already downloaded the Einstein Bros. app. I place my order, pay for it via the app and head over. App tells me it will be about 15 to 20 minutes. I drive over. The parking lot is a bit chaotic as they are still finishing up some of the stores. There is a small line, but lots of folks waiting around for their orders. I go up to the pick up area and do not see my name. I jump in line real quick, just to make sure I did not miss anything. The manager is behind the counter, helping with customers and orders. I check on my order and right as they are looking for it, it it put in the to go window. The bagel sandwich is chewy and fresh. The eggs were fluffy. I opted for a hash brown bagel. It was quite tasty. I was impressed they had an option for you to get bagels for your dogs. My only complaint was they did not have a drive through; but, at this location, there is not an option for a drive through. The staff at this place was on point. It was running like a well oiled machine. The manager was amazing as he was multi-tasking. If you are going to go, order your food via the app. It is definitely way easier and much faster. I am glad to see we have a new breakfast stop in the Kyle City Skyline.

Today is the day we have all been waiting for!! Einstein Bros is finally open!! I highly recommend you download the app. You get all kinds of freebies!! We got the egg sandwich which was delicious. The parking is very limited. The restaurant is clean and the staff is super nice!
