Just found this little gem. We live in Atascocita and typically go to ginger cafe, but this place is way better. Fresher, cleaner, better menu, even that the menu is very similar to ginger cafe. A+ for Kingwood sushi.

Little Ginger is such a wonderful place for any occasion! Their wide variety of flavors and combinations make it a great spot for Kingwood. Their Humble Maki and Summer rolls are among my favorites and the service every time is outstanding. Their Bento Boxes are also fun with great value for the price. They ve recently started Happy Hour prices and their menu has plenty of options to choose from. If you haven t had the chance to try Little Ginger, I highly recommend :) Vegetarian options: Plenty of options to choose from: Veggie Egg Rolls, Veggie Fried Rice, Salads, Edamame and all kinds of rolls.

I really enjoy this restaurant and have visited it three or four times. My boyfriend and I especially love the New Orleans roll its so delicious that we keep coming back for it. I wish I had taken a picture, but we always end up devouring the food as soon as it arrives! Additionally, the atmosphere and music are quite pleasant, and the staff is always friendly. I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends.

Nice people and good sushi and tempura prawns and vegetables. Got California rolls, Philly rolls, eel, smoked salmon, and imitation crab. Sushi comes with a salad, which was fresh, but a salad? No, just a cup of chopped lettuce with a tablespoon of dressing. The tempura prawns were our favorite. I ordered to go, but the atmosphere was nice. Looks like a good place to eat at--we no longer go out though... with the cost increases since 2020. The above, plus a Sapporo and an Asahi was just under $70. A bit high but the quality and flavor were good.

The waitstaff are attentive and quick. It is also a nice relaxed atmosphere. Update: Weve gone dozens times so far since the first review. Same level of service. Its our favorite sushi place. They let me name a couple of custom rolls since we get them all the time now. Ones called the Natsu Kashi Roll. It is the rice based roll. The other is the Kobayashi Maru. Its one of the cucumber rolls in the pictures. Please try one. I hope you enjoy it.

Sushi for dinner here is such a wonderful experience. I love how vibrant the flavors are and how fresh the ingredients are. You must try the super shaggy dog roll from the special menu. The flavors from the shrimp tempura and spicy mayo pair perfectly with the crab mix and avocado, creating a unique and delicious bite. This roll is also quite large, so its perfect if youre craving a hearty meal.

Whoever said the wonton soup was good is a liar and your review ruined my lunch. Hins garden has the best wonton soup but they were closed and I tried little Gingers and it was trash. No flavor. The chicken was a bit overcooked and dry. But with all the sauces smothering it, it was okay. They also dont deliver and the app we ordered through asked for the tip before it specified Take-Out Order. So we tipped them $10 for a driver that didnt exsist. Was pricey for the quality, but id still probably eat their again some day. However; it would not be my first option.

I get the special Lo Mein every time I never miss the noodles they use is my favorite. For appetizers it rotates but we go either Crab puffs w/ edamame or Veggie egg rolls w/ beef tacos (everything I just listed is delicious) Today I tried their new Mint & Cucumber drink and it was the best. Great sushi, great service, great people. We come here almost once a week and they re always happy and the food is amazing! Edit: I wanted to add that not only was our first visit here amazing and wonderful, its been consistently great every time we have dined here or even ordered take out over the year. The Louisiana roll is my favorite, my girlfriend likes the humble Maki roll a lot too. Great place, I highly recommend!

First time here. It was a Friday night, it was very busy. We had appetizers crab puffs were delicious, calamari nice and crisp ( I usually don t like calamari, but this was so good), takoyaki not a fan. For main plate had Kung Pao ribeye steak bento box, came with fried rice, egg roll, salad, gyoza, and wonton soup. The steak was flavorful as well as the wonton soup. Special Lo Mein was ok a 2.5 out of 5. Family had teriyaki donbury ( rice bowl) they loved it. Also had sushi and sashimi deluxe it was very fresh. For drink I had the cucumber mint lemonade it was good. Overall will go back servers were very nice.

A surprisingly poor experience, considering the great reviews I saw here. The food was just okay - we shared a variety of sushi rolls, none of which were impressive. Certainly not the best Ive had, or even the best in the area. Of more concern was the poor service, which made our experience very uncomfortable. The server apparently found a mess in the restroom, and made a very public display of accusing our daughter of making it. (There was no evidence that she was the one who made the mess, and her older and very responsible sister corroborated that she had nothing to do with it, but thats beside the point.) The proprietor came over, and I assumed he would gently reprimand the server for making an embarrassing scene over a petty and unfounded accusation. Instead, he backed her up and insisted that it was indeed a big problem. We considered leaving at that time, but were in the middle of eating and tried to let it go and finish our meal in peace. But the server brought it up again upon returning to clear the table, once again taking a condescending and disrespectful tone. This underwhelming restaurant nevertheless presented an opportunity for a nice meal, had it not been so thoroughly spoiled by a staff and proprietor who clearly dont want to have customers around. Well, wish granted: I, at least, wont be back.

Wow!! We were TOTALLY IMPRESSED by everything this place offered! The menu, the service, the food, the location. We really loved it. The menu was extensive with an assortment of sushi, hand rolls, sashimi, poke, bento boxes, soups, appetizers, noodles, ect. The server was wonderful. Soooo glad we stopped by here last night for an impromptu and casual date night :) We are new to Kingwood and wanted to get sushi & sashimi, and this place did not disappoint! Loved the blueberry cheesecake bites our waitress brought out at the end of dinner. I also ordered the special Tropical Tea and it was refreshingly delicious! This is my favorite sushi restaurant in the area! Came here just this past mother s day and I decided to try a little more than just sushi. Thank goodness I did because it was delicious! They gave us what I believe was a strawberry cheesecake with our bill that was very yummy (however they do usually give the regular fortune cookies. I believe the cheesecake was due to it being mother s day) The ac did seem like it was out, but they accommodated and had the door open for air flow, and they had fans running. Each table had a fan blowing cool air on them! You can definitely tell they care about their customers :)

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. If I could give this place zero stars I would. I didnt even eat here because the server/ hostess walking in at 8:45 looks at her watch and says we close at 9:30 so we need to place your order as soon as possible so we can leave at 9:30. We order over $90 worth of food. It was by far the most tasteless sushi we have ever had. It didnt taste like it was fresh. Gas Station Sushi would have been better than this. Service was great but food was bland and portions were small compared to the cost. One should have leftovers with Chinese food but there were none. Another negative: we could only do a Bento Box if we wanted Kung Pao or General Tsaos Chicken outside of the Lunch Menu rather than a full entree. The box with egg roll and dumplings were very small and the dirty rice wasnt dirty (pictured). On the plus side, service was friendly, smiling and helpful.

The food is quite okay. But I was VERY displeased with the service the hispanic girl provided today. She was very rude and had a big attitude. I hope she isn t working there often because a person like that is hurting everyone s business.

1 star because I got there at 9:14pm for a to go order and they told me the kitchen was closed. If the kitchen closes at 9:15 dont advertise youre open until 9:30pm.

Good food, terrible restroom. Sushi is well done, orange and general chicken could be more crunchy, rice is soft , salads are fresh, poke bowls are fantastic well served presentation and hearty serving.

We had lunch here today. Pictured is one of the Bento boxes. This place is so undiscovered. It was not busy and it should be! This is a Kingwood foodie must go. The star, IMHO, are the sauces. The sauce on my KungPao and my sons Orange Chicken was obviously well thought out and executed deliciously. Highly recommended.

I ate at this location a few days ago and was very satisfied with my order! The food was delicious. I ordered Fried rice and Gyoza and they both tasted great. The portions were perfect for lunch. I will definitely eat here again.
