Great place to live and meet new people. My wife and I have lived here since 6/2022 and have made many new friends. There are lots of activities to participate in and you are only limited by your desire to be active. The staff is great and are always ready to listen and help. Simplify your retired life and join us!

Lots of shopping, dining and medical facilities nearby. This is also a great living community in the Kyle area. Lots of fun activities! Many have described it as being on a cruise ship.

The staff at Sage were so professional and excited to help me select just the right apartment for my move. They showed me all the amazing amenities, introduced me to new people & have made my move seamless and enjoyable. I love it here & recommend Sage to anyone looking for a cruise like lifestyle without leaving home!

The older female with blonde hair in the leasing office is extremely rude and short with those she interacts with. Had the displeasure of having to interact with her on several occasions, on behalf of some of the tenants who reside here. The other staff members are great! But this particular lady left a very negative impression of the property which warrants a 1 star review.

Hardly luxury apartments, overpriced with a below par on site management. As usual Sparrow Living was concerned about my review and sent an email address that didn t work! Wish I could put a half star rating at this point.

This Sage at Plum Creek, Kyle, TX is a community that would be highly recommended by us because of location, location, location. The Sage is near our family members, HEB superstore, restaurants, shopping, and our banks. It is a perfect location in a clean and friendly environment. Family is important to us and being closer will allow us to participate in more family functions. In our visit to the Sage community, we found the Sage staff to be friendly and informative. Our Sage representative came out to greet us and offered water and made us feel welcomed. We are moving into a smaller unit, however, based on our selection this unit meets our needs. We hope to move into a larger unit in the future. We are extremely pleased with all the amenities of the Sage community. The property is very clean and nicely landscape. It was obvious the maintenance personnel take pride in their work. The rental rates are sufficient based on the amenities, location, and the staff s professionalism. As we toured the facility and moved through all the areas, we found ourselves saying, we could live here. Free coffee, all day no way , that alone for me is a big plus. The pool area was inviting with its crystal-clear water. Not to mention the BBQ pits, gardening area, dog park just to mention a few. The fitness center is well equipped and could see myself there every morning. These are just a few things that left a lasting impression on us. There were several staff members we met and were ready to make themselves available to our needs. Our Representative went out of her way during the tour, when I felt we were taking way too much of her time. She was showing us another area of the community that was just as impressive as the previous one. The upstairs area of the clubhouse was just one of those areas. The game room was nice with a shuffleboard, poker tables, and a golf simulator, really . The entire staff, although brief encounters, were ready to meet our needs. It was a pleasant surprise to see the community staff at work. Housekeeping was busy at work keeping the facility clean. We met one of the maintenance team members, who introduced himself and working on what we hope will be our future unit. As a senior we have our moments, but the staff left a lasting impression we will not forget. They have played an important role in us deciding to join the Sage community. I love living at Sage Plum Creek. Everyone is so friendly and the staff is wonderful! The apartments are lovely, pool is beautiful and one is never bored with so much to do. I have lived here since October and feel so lucky to live here! It s like you are living at a Resort!

We have so much fun here at Sage. Lots of activities going on. Karaoke, bingo, card games, dominoes, Social hour for resident, potlucks, birthday celebration, Art Class, Movie once month. Book club, Wine Tasting club and much more. Several committees to join as volunteers. Share your talent with others.

I have lived here a couple of months and am very happy! The residents are so friendly and helpful, and the staff is very accessible, nice, and supportive. Activities are fun and varied, and you choose how much you want to join in. I highly recommend Sage Plum Creek as a special place to live carefree!
