Tried this for the first time tonight. Family night. We got the Tuscan pizza, which was actually VERY good! My husband got the spaghetti. He was unimpressed. I tasted my daughters spaghetti. It was alright. If I had a want for spaghetti, Im sure it would hit the spot. We got a large cheese bread, which was actually way too much for 4 people; 2 of them being children. This, of course, being a good thing! The food is plentiful. There were 4 tables and 1 waitress. She was sweet, but definitely just one table at a time. We will definitely go here again sometime. Nice atmosphere for family and the outdoor area is very nice.

Fettuccine Alfredo is expensive and doesnt have a lot of flavor. Its not authentic Alfredo sauce. Its too creamy and misses the mark. Authentic Alfredo is the Alfredo sauce at Piertros...

Almost left when I saw Styrofoam cups and sticky table tops. Stayed for great salad and a vegetable pizza reasonably priced. Entress better than expected and portions were fairly large. I will try the fettuccine next time.

I almost made the mistake of turning around and leaving when I walked in because it doesn t scream updated delicious fancy restaurant but let the food speak for itself and you ll find that you return again and again. I try something different every time and I ve always been so pleased. The staff has always been kind and welcoming. Do yourself a favor and order cheese bread, it s better than any I ve ever had! I hope this restaurant is around for a very long time.

We are relatively new to the Longview area and my wife loves Italian food. I worked for an Italian restaurant chain out of New York as VP of operations for many years so I like good Italian food as well. Never got to try the food here. We walked in the door late one afternoon for an early dinner. We were anxious to try this place. So we looked around, saw how dirty it was even though they were not busy, and even though no one spoke to us, we figured we d give them a chance. There was absolutely no ambience or good vibes. Basically it was a dive. Anyway, we sat down for a few minutes and then after looking around some more and no employees in site we got up and left. I don t even know if they knew we were there.

First time for us. Got Milanos mailer. We are very close so we got lunch there today. My wife got the chicken alfredo pizza...and liked it. Took it home. I had the Gyros Sandwich...and loved it. The good: Food was great. Much closer to legit Italian than a lot of places in Longview. Marinara was a little oiler than I like, and the spaghetti was a few minutes past Al dente, but still delicious. Bruschetta was different but delightful had a bit of a pesto thing going on! Portions are huge. You ll easily get 2 meals out of the entree. The too bad: Extra charge to use a credit card. I get it, everything is more expensive. We spent $60 between the two of us. Feels like a slap in the face at the end of a good meal. The good to know: BYOB they provided wine glasses and a cork screw. Some awkward dynamics among the staff. Didn t affect the meal or the service but noticeable. Apparently the owner is also the cook. Would definitely eat here again.

The food was dynamite and huge portions! The service was not. The waitress was nice,but should not be a waitress. She was neglectful and did not offer any refills on empty glasses nor do follow up on desserts or checks. In fact, the table behind us got their own refills and got forgotten, as well. There were only 3 tables filled at lunchtime. Please try their food, it is delicious, perhaps it was a bad day for the waitress.

Workers in the evening time will mess up your order and still charge you full price after having to wait on your order that you called in way in advance. The owner is super sweet and knows my order off-hand. But customer service is not up to part and I m a regular customer. Gabriel cashed me and needs more training. If the owner was here I know she would have made the situation right by at least being concern her workers were not . This also have happened more than once. when I openly said I m really about to pay full price for there mistake Gabriel ignored what I was saying and shut the window when she was also the one who took my order on the phone.

This was the first time I had dined in at Milanos and was hoping it would be good as we were trying something new. Ordered the chicken parmigiana and it was not what I had expected and first bite of chicken was not good at all. I asked if I could have something different and was told they would talk to management. The server came back by and asked what I wanted, I asked for a small cheese pizza to keep it simple. The replacement item did not come and my wife had finished her food after waiting so I just asked for a check. As I mentioned, I had only taken one bite of the entree and never got a replacement order. I didnt eat my dinner but still had to pay for the food so I asked for a to go so I could take some of it and offer to someone else in need or who may want it. Very unfortunate first experience and the waitstaff really didnt want to keep talking to us after being unsatisfied with the order. I understand paying for food originally ordered but if it isnt satisfactory and you offer to fix it, then perhaps dont charge (and thats the only reason I chose to take it to go).

Very disappointing Just a few cents under $40 for a 3 topping pizza, salad & 1 small dessert. Pizza made us sick It was not good at all Threw all but 2 slices away that we made ourselves eat Salad was old lettuce I wound up throwing it away because it was not even close to half way fresh Dessert was drowned in cheap chocolate syrup & old I go out of my way to support local I wouldnt want to say this, except I dont want anyone else to lose $40 on a meal that only deserves the trash can. The owner is such a lovely person and she is also the chef. My sister and her sister in law who were from out of town met us there for lunch and we stayed there a long time talking and the owner talked to us and showed such great hospitality! The food is amazing and the service was exceptional we will definitely be back to try some more of the delicious food. The restaurant is very welcoming and the outside patio is delightful with beautiful flowers and umbrellas.

I spent $36 and told the lady I was at work right down the rd. She called me I went picked up our food and got it back to work a salad, meatballs and my son got a pizza nothing to eat the salad or meatballs with. And when I called she told me the customer had to ask for plastic ware. As a first time customer how would I know this. If you charge that much for a pizza, salad and meatballs. There should be plastic ware in the bag with the salad and the meatballs. I work in customer service and there is no excuse for this. Won t be back

This was my first time to Milano s. I had high hopes but it was a disaster from the moment we walked in the door. There were vitamins stacked on the counter and the entry was full of boxes. We ordered two meals and a side salad. The side salad contained lettuce, approximately 3 pieces of tomatoes, a little cheese, and 2 handfuls of olives - served in a paper bowl that you would purchase from SAMs. Our meals took over and hour to get, and they had to come verify what we ordered. I d give them some leniency if they were busy, but we were 1 of 3 tables. The only reason why I rated them 3 stars was because I liked the lasagna. However, my husband s fettuccine alfredo was less than mediocre. The flavor was lacking and he had a lot of burnt crunchy noodles. I expect an Italian restaurant to be able to make noodles correctly. When we were leaving they gave us some complimentary store bought cookies. It was clearly a tactic since the experience was so poor.

Took 20 min just to get us seated at a dirty table with no silverware, the 10 min we were sitting there no one even offered us water or even talked to us. When we drove up, no one else was there, so we were like . We decided it was just early, so we went on in. We were welcomed by a jovial crew, and a quiet atmosphere. My husband especially appreciated the quiet, so his hearing aids didn t have to compete to hear me gabbing! There was soft music playing, just the right amount. We started with the best bruschetta I ve ever eaten! Then we ordered our meals and each ordered a salad. The waitress suggested we share a salad to save money. This is my favorite restaurant! The Tucson chicken pizza is amazing and the bruschetta is always a must. I always order way too much so I can have lunch the next day :) Many of the staff are family and they treat you like family. They are very genuine! Side note: If you are going to review a restaurant you should dine in, not critique an order from a delivery service as you do not know how many other orders were delivered and how long yours rode around after leaving restaurant.

This is a cool little place and delicious pizza!!! Never been here before and I wish I had sooner! My husband and I both got the chicken parmesan and it was soooo delicious and such a huge portion I took more than half home! There was two whole chicken breast per meal and it was amazing. The service was friendly and kind and there was also no one else so it was quiet! The food was soo good that I wish I could finish it all and if I did I would fall asleep right there. I havent had better Italian food in my life! Portions were amazing, the price for the food portion and quality of food you get is incredible. The atmosphere is lovely. I would highly recommend anyone to go there and try there food!

Weve eaten at Milanos many, many times. We have never left disappointed! The Tuscan chicken pizza is absolutely amazing...best pizza in Longview. Also, Susan (the owner) can make any pizza crustless if youre following a low carb diet. Feel free to bring your own beer or wine. If you havent tried Milanos, you dont know what youre missing!!!

After waiting for an hour and forty minutes for a pickup order, we received our food. My husband got the lasagna and the to-go aluminum container was literally full of lasagna. It was a family-size lasagna! A big plus. Unfortunately, it was pretty tasteless. The marinara was overly sweet and the pasta was overcooked and had fallen apart. I ordered the chicken piccata with Fettuccini pasta. It came with two pre-formed frozen chicken patties in the same shape and overcooked penne. I was expecting fresh, real chicken, not a formed patty! The mushy texture and bland taste left a lot to be desired - I couldn t even eat it! The white wine butter sauce had separated and was very lemony. We also ordered the bruschetta as a starter. It came with feta instead of mozzarella and the pesto tasted store bought. It was oily and tasteless. It also came with store bought frozen garlic bread. Overall, a $65 meal that went mostly uneaten. Very disappointed. Save your money!

Friendly service, dirty tables, Alfredo tastes like it comes out of a can. Manicotti looks like enchiladas. Just go down the road to olive garden. Extra charge for using a credit card instead of cash, but they dont tell you that, noticed it on the bill. Will not be back

The food was excellent, the service less so, probably due to staffing shortages. Well definitely patronize them again. I had a large pizza (pepperoni, mushroom and green peppers. My wife had the shrimp scampi fettuccine. My wife loved hers. My pizza was excellent, but if you like lots of marinara you probably wouldnt care for it.
