Sadly, this review is of the office staff. I made a call to try and set up an appointment with Elizabeth for a new client consult. The front desk staff was EXTREMELY rude and unhelpful. I called and asked to speak with Elizabeth. Her response was She doesn t work from this office. Umm... ok? So where does she work from or how can I speak with her? Or does she not work for you at all any more. The rude lady then followed up by saying Well, you d have to give me your info and tell me why you re calling and I ll email her. So I gave her my contact info and told her that I was interested in a new client consultation. She then said New client or are you just looking to sell us clients? (Which I have no idea what selling a client means... but whatever). I told her that I thought she was being a little bit rude as I m looking for attorney representation. Her response was Oh whatever... and then hung up on me. If this is the level of service recieved on first contact with them, I don t want to find out how the follow up will be. Extremely rude and unprofessional.

I can not possibly give a higher review of any service based business that I have ever used. I have been through a BRUTAL three cases with my ex husband over various issues and Mr. Hughey, so far, was able to get me 100% of my checklist. He is brilliant. He has made me understand the law that I am fighting to uphold. He has educated me on how to think like he does when I present him with my testimony, evidence or details regarding my case. My husband and I say over and over whatever Hughey says, that is what we will do. The highest of recommendations possible. I TRUST him with my children. Lets put it that way.

Great law firm! David Hughey handled my divorce case with compassion for me and demonstrated toughness in the settlement. I couldnt be happier. I had met Dave through Robin Hughey, his wife, who wrote our wills. Shes super nice and thorough, too.
