Jan & Ron are amazing. Jan is always pleasant and keeps me up to date on whatever Ron needs or is doing. Ron is a no-nonsense type of guy and dies what he says. Im not a lawyer. He is. He fights the battles you dont want to or cant. Outstanding in every aspect.

I would recommend Vickery Law Firm to anyone. Both Jan and Ron have been a constant support for me as we battled a case for years. My case actually was indeed a brutal situation and instead of just Quitting Ron, threw his shoulders back and leaned in hard for me and pursued my case all the way through the appeals process, and not only did we Win in the Appeals Court, but because Ron Vickerys Arguments were so Profound and Written so eloquently the Appeals Court ordered additional provisions given to our Plead. The other side settled immediately. His fees are VERY FAIR!!! This firm is the epitome of Righteous Justice, and the Benchmark of What Real Legal Representation should be. They dont hide if you call, they dont avoid emails, I have never waited more than 1 hour for a response of any kind. Try and find Lawyers that actually answer the phones or emails, because they are far and few between. You will be treated like the most important CLIENT when you work with Vickery Law Firm. They are Warm and personable, understanding and compassionate, they put the word Counselor of Law back into its true Context. They truly counsel you and listen to all the background noise that goes with Injury Cases, and the ups and downs from physical distress to financial struggles. I live in Austin but did make the drive to Vickery Law Office in Tyler to sign final papers and when i got there i was greeted with the Biggest Hug from Jan, and a nice Fatherly Hug from Ron. I felt like I had just met old friends. My case never intended to Yield much financial profit, but that never swayed Ron Vickery, he treated me as if I was the most important appt on his calendar. That really matters when it seems like the world is closing in on you during Personal Injury matters. I cant say enough about this firm. Both Jan and Ron are amazing individuals who put in their research and effort. They go a step above and have checked in on me to see how I was fairing mentally with the weight of the lawsuit. Ive always been given time for breaks if needed. Despite my head injury, they have been patient with me if I ever become fixated on a subject and redirected me in the kindest of manners. Every step of the way, they have been there for me. Whether it was prepping me for a deposition, or helping me reschedule due to events related to being a single mother. This firm is the real deal. I didnt feel scammed and all negotiations in terms or how things would play out were open table. I pray the best for this company and for Ron and Jan. They deserve it.

I was told about Vickery Law Firm after my wreck and contacted them. They made every effort to get me in soon and go over all of my options, not pushing me one way or the other. Jan was great at answering the phone and if I had to leave a message she got back to me within an hour. Ron is very personable and did everything he could to explain anything I did not understand and went to work hard for me with my claim. In a time when electronic transmission of information is quicker just as efficient and rather reliable. This WAS NOT something I experience with this firm. They provided a rare service of picking up the phone and placing a call. Being made to feel I actually existed and was not just a case. I had a work related injury case. Ron Vickery was quick to accept my case, and worked very hard to get me a settlement. It was a real pleasure working with Ron and his assistant Jan Seal. Ron and Mrs. Jan are a powerhouse duo. Their generosity, guidance, and moral value, didnt just have a legal impact, but also, so much on a personal spiritual level. Walking into the firms office for the first time, I was unsure, lacking hope, appearing unconfident. Mrs. Jan came around the corner with her sweet smile, greeted me, and I immediately felt a warm embrace and assurance that everything will be alright. While I sat in the waiting room, I noticed that the firm is very busy, as Mrs. Jan seemed constantly on the move, answering phone calls with an enthusiastic and pleasant greeting, and completing all other sorts of multi tasks. Mr. Vickery is a fantastic Lawyer. We could not of settle our case with out Mr Vickery. The insurance company we had are horrible, it took us more than an two years to have this settled for the pip on my wifes injury. I had an accident in 2012 that was not my fault at work. Unfortunately my employer did not carry workmans comp because of it being a small business. It was a complicated process since there wasnt insurance coverage for my injuries let alone my loss of income. They still managed to get me the medical help I needed. Surgeries, physical therapy, pain management and prescriptions. In the end I still received compensation somehow and they also worked with my medical debts reducing them significantly. If I should ever need help again I would return to them. They also were very friendly and accommodating. Thank you Vickery Law Firm for your outstanding service.

Called this attorney and they wanted all my information before they would speak to me. I said no. So their legal assistant hung up on me. Terrible customer service. If I was her boss she d be fired Update: they responded and they are liars. Obviously they aren t going to log a call where I was treated poorly. This firm is trash just like their weak response

Brought a lawsuit against me for a minor accident. Rear ended a lady and put me in stress for 2 years.. Forget she walked away and I made a mistake thinking she was going.. I had anxiety attacks regarding this for years.. Combat Vet and they have nothing better to do. And the thing is, the settlement she got, they ended up with the majority of it Im sure...
