My husband, Raul, and I highly recommend Ms. Cara as an experienced Estate Planner. Her professionalism, her knowledgeable advice, and her patience clearly helped us both to decide the best options for individual physical and financial protection for us and our family as a whole. Cara is absolutely amazing! She turned a long painful process into something easy for us. She asked all the questions necessary to make sure our estate planning was properly done. She made sure our plan was thorough and clear. Going with Cara for our estate planning was one of the best decisions we ve made. We can sleep peacefully knowing that if anything goes wrong, our kids and our estate will be properly taken care of.

Estate planning is a long process that forces more conversations than you can imagine. Some are fun. Others, not so much. Cara created a safe place where emotions are not just permitted, but welcome. At no point in time did it feel transactional. All of this is even before the peace of mind that comes with having an organized plan in place. The what if scenarios were seemingly endless. We now have documented answers for all of them in one binder and an encrypted thumb drive. But wait, theres more! Even after the delivery, Cara walked us through the plan, ensuring we understood what we have and how it should be used. She taught us how to easily maintain it as life inevitably changes. Even after business has been conducted, we still feel like shes right here when we need her. Pick your scale. 1-10, shes a 10. A through F, shes an A+. 6 out of 5 stars. You get the point.

Cara and her assistant are so efficient and kind. My son is even going to use her for his trust. Cara explained everything and I can always contact her with questions. Im so glad I got this done to make things easier for my family when I pass.

Cara is a very compassionate and patient person. I knew my estate planning would be a little complex and she and her staff took care of everything. She not only managed my Will, but she also addressed everything they would need if I were unable to care for myself before then. These were things of which I had not even thought. Cara and her staff went above and beyond, taking the initiative to submit filings for my assets so they would be documented for my family. Now that the documents are signed, Cara is still accessible to myself and my family as I cover my estate plan with them. I know she will be there for my family to answer all their questions when the time comes to execute my plans. With Cara s thoroughness, I have no doubt that all my estate plans are complete and ready for my family when the time comes.

We used the law Office of Cara Hernandez to create a Revocable Living Trust. Our experience with Cara and her associates was wonderful. Cara is very professional and helped us create a unique trust for our family. We feel that Cara is not only very good at recommending what we needed, but she became very involved with meeting with our family multiple times to make sure she understood our needs and worked diligently to make sure we had the legal documents we needed to complete our trust. Cara did a wonderful job on on my will for my family. She was extremely thorough and the experience was very pleasant and eye-opening. Cara Hernandez assisted us with the rewriting of our wills. The estate is composed of many pieces. Her updating process confirmed that we were not as well documented about portions of our estate as we thought we were. Thanks to Caras work we now know that all the pieces are included, and we are certain that our entire estate will go to our beneficiaries as we wish. Second, previous wills did not accommodate transitions if we were incapacitated or if one of our beneficiaries was incapacitated at the time of inheritance. Both wills now provide for that. Cara went about her work with us in a caring but thorough manner. The value of her services were well in excess of the fees involved.
