I submitted a webform asking for a consultation. I was called within just a few short minutes by Ben, a partner at the firm. While Ben quickly diagnosed that I likely did not need legal representation, he spent several minutes providing me with some really invaluable context and information -- we all know how SBAs ever changing rules can be confusing at best. I will certainly will keep them on hand if my issue requires legal representation. It always says a great deal about a firm or individual that will take the time to talk to someone even if their case is small or inconsequential in the scheme of the work that they normally engage in. When I look for sound legal help and council to explore possible paths, I look for legal council thats a good listener, asks the right questions and provides both guidance and a clear forward path. Ben clearly has a plethora of applicable knowledge within his practice that only comes from experience with diverse scenarios and having been well read on the latest trends (e.g. how has covid affected xyz). I worked with Ben Stolz at Perliski to resolve an issue with the SBA and an SBA lender that had been ongoing for 13 long years. I had previously worked with 5 other attorneys, none of which were able to get this issue resolved. Finally, I found Perliski Law Group and they solved my problem in a matter of a few months. I wish I had known about Perliski 13 years ago. They could have saved me a lot of time, stress and money wasted on other lawyers.
