We walked in , and the manager and servers noticed it was our first time and they greated us and me and my familly felt right at home , they have great specials and the wings and huge, we will definitely be coming back to our new favorite restaurant!!!! The best lunch offerings ! Taste, quality, and price. My dentists are across Kingwood Drive off Green OAK. VERY CONVENIENT. We ve had the burger, Fantastic SW chicken salad and fried mushrooms, at various times. That salad is the best of other places in the area. Quiet lunch which worked for us. I m sure it s different by 4:00 and on.

Food is decent, servers are nice but do not appear to be Well trained or managed. When I was there at lunchtime on a Saturday, there were approximately 6 tables, one large top then 5 regular 2-4 tops. I counted 4 active servers plus a manager and host on the floor. One table took 15 minutes to get their drinks ordered. Ours were ordered in about 5 minutes but then took another 7 minutes to have them come out (there were 5 of us). The staff seems to hang out in the kitchen instead of checking on customers as often as they should to do refills or take orders. Our food took about 25 minutes to come out once ordered, which if they were really busy I would get but with only 6 tables seems excessive. Again, the servers are very nice and the food is good, just not run very well and this is my experience every time I am there which is every couple of months.

My Amazing Wife and I went there for lunch today and the food was very good. The Server did a wonderful job and think her name was Ashley. There was also another server that made sure everything was good at our table as well and would highly recommend this place. They also have a bunch of TVs so it is probably a great place to watch a Astros Game! Parking: The other businesses were pretty busy but still had plenty of parking spaces available.

I wanted some chicken so bad and stopped here for the first time. Very disappointed because I paid $25 for 5 pieces of chicken and loaded fries and didn t get what I asked for. I asked for all flats and received only one. I couldn t even eat the others because they were too big and not flats. Wasted money for sure

Stopped in for lunch In the Kingwood Dr. Location. I ordered 3 wings and two tenders with a salad. The salad was the best part of the meal. The wings and tenders came on the same plate and the tenders were bad. Heres a pic. They were overcooked and cold. The food looked bad on the plate. The two wings I ate were ok.

Group of 6 for birthday...the large order threw the staff off and came out mostly wrong. They did fix the order but service was super slow and we had to flag the waitress down for drink refills each time. Wasnt overly crowded....just not very attentive. Went yesterday and got 10 boneless wings. They were good but was charged for bone-in wings (more expensive). Also ordered waffle fries with cheese and there was almost no cheese on it. My boyfriend and I come in here occasionally for happy hour, and as far as alcohol goes, we have never had any problems! However we came in the other day to eat, and the chicken we ordered was HARD and rubbery, which was very disappointing. I ate two bites of my chicken and had to stop, as I could not stomach the texture of the chicken. We did order the clutch city fries, and those were delicious. Our server (I don t remember her name) was great once she finally realized we were there. She was attentive and funny, and obviously she had nothing to do with the quality of food. We will be back for happy hour, but not to enjoy the food.

We celebrated my husbands birthday at Big City Wings in Kingwood. The Texans were in the playoffs so the restaurant was extremely busy, we were a large party, but the staff was still attentive and great! WARNING: THESE PEOPLE ARE THIEVES! Keep your receipts! They charged my card more money than my bill and tip combined. I only noticed because I requested a refund for items I did not receive. Our server Britton was inattentive throughout our entire visit here. We had to ask for water twice before she brought any out. we sat with empty drinks entirely too long and when we let the gentleman who brought our food out know that we wanted to order another drink she went ahead and placed our order for us, without even checking with us to see what we wanted. By the time she came back around to let us know she already told the bartender. And once we were ready to go, she asked me to pick up the table FOR HER. And watched as she went to tell her coworkers about the interaction. Won t be coming back.

Additional Review: Tried going back hoping that the visit detailed below this review and it was still problematic. The Tenders that my sons loves are half the size they once were. The White Wings, which are the BEST Appetized to ever be invented, are much smaller as well. These two issues I noted before but kind of let go as I know times are tough and Shrinkflation is common. I didnt like it but I let it go. But the wings that I had were several grades lower in quality than they used to be. One was about the size of 4 quarters stacked together. 95% of the wing was bone with 10% meat. It was pitiful. Why any cook would count that as a wing is beyond me. Two others were bigger but still Buffalo Wild Wing small. Nearly every one still had little feather ends still stuck in them. Your wings were always the best. Good sized, meaty and consistent. No longer. It is quite obvious that quality has been sacrificed here. I love wings. This BCW was just about the last place to get a decent sized delicious wing. CeCe was our server and was very pleasant. I relayed all of this to her and and asked her to pass it on. A warning. These cutbacks are going to run people off. Am not even going to get deep into whatever funky math goes into the BOGO wings, which was the same problem as before. Original Review: Is a shame to see this place go down in quality. Not sure if you are familiar with the history of that location but it is not good. You have been there longer than any other business that has tried it. I wish you luck but if this continues, all the luck in the world will not help. Quality puts butts in the seats. We tried going back after the incident detailed below and it has just not worked out well. I might have one more try in me but I do not know this for sure. Go here 2-3 times per month and spend $70-$80 per trip. Last night, 01/31/23 @ approximately 1700, my wife was there with my son and was charged greater than menu price for her order. She asked for it to be corrected and the manager flat refused. He claimed that it could not be done. Argued with her for quite some time. He ended up paying her the money out of his pocket. Have loved this place since it first opened. Been very loyal but no longer I guess. Loyalty begets loyalty. Maybe the owners/managers need to remember the fate of every other restaurant that has ever occupied this space. They have done VERY well considering the history of this space. Might want to not tempt fate.

I am very angered at this establishment, my daughter in law ordered wings on a regular basis and one of the orders came with a threatening note. We called the law and they just put it off saying if it happens again then they will do something, so she went to the manager and they let them know who was responsible and they still want to cover it up. We love this place. First place that comes to Mind when I want to go out and eat. Garlic Parm wings from here beat anywhere else I had so far. I made an order via door dash, and made a mistake when making my order. I called this location to correct a few minutes later, and the lady claimed that the order was already made, and she couldnt correct my order. When I advised Door Dash, they called this location and advised me my order had been corrected. I could see the dasher from the tracking system, and he had to wait a little longer. But when he arrived, he brought the incorrect order. Therefore, first of all Big city wings KINGWOOD, What did you make him wait for, just to have my food arrive wrong?! Whoever took my call and lied to door dash, needs to be terminated. Liars shouldnt have a job, anywhere.

I had a really pleasant experience when I came in for dinner the other evening! Jonah was my waiter. I have some dietary restrictions and I was asking about a chicken sandwich entree. He recommended a regular chicken sandwich with a sourdough bun and it was SO. GOOD. I also asked for certain toppings to be added/taken away and everything was there that was supposed to be. It didnt take long to be seated, or wait for drinks/food either. My friend got some chicken wings which sadly I couldnt eat, but they smelled and looked really good. We got the appetizer sampler, it was enough for 3 people as a meal and plenty more as an appetizer. The bone in wings were HUGE and tasty. The boneless wings were quite good also, they were lightly breaded so I could actually taste the chicken. The fried dill pickle spear and waffle fries were very nice. The mozzarella sticks were underwhelming, no hot steaming cheese pull and the breading was weirdly sweet. It wasn t bad, just not what I was expecting. They probably would have been better if they had been at the right temperature. I would have sent them back but it took a while to get our order and by then, I just wanted to eat. There was an Astros game that night and they were busy so I kind of expected the wait. Our server, Sophie, was friendly and helpful. Kid-friendliness: There is a small arcade for the kids!

Come here at least once a week. The specials literally cant be beat! Wing deals are darn good, but dont sleep on the $8 burger Wednesdays! I sit at the bar and Madeline is literally the best bartender in the area. No matter how busy it is, her attentiveness cant be beat and she has such a charming, welcoming personality. Ive ordered here only once before. Never again. The wings were the imitation type chicken meat. Wasnt real chicken at all. It had the consistency of a frozen kids meal from a grocery store. Also. Normally we have a VERY good experience at this location. We frequent here often for date night or going out with friends. However, we had a very different experience this time. My boyfriend and I got to the restaurant on Wednesday around 9:05 and were seated by the manager. For the next 15 minutes, no one came by to take our drink order. The restaurant was maybe at half capacity with a few miscellaneous tables here and there along with a very large party who was at the end of their meal. My boyfriend watched a waitress clean the same table twice and check on the people DIRECTLY BEHIND me, but never said a word to us. We also witnessed a few waiters standing around the counter joking around. After the 15 minutes was up, we decided to leave because we had not been serviced and were pretty mad. The manager thanked us for coming in and wished us a good night. We get outside and stood talking for about 5 minutes before my boyfriend realized he accidentally left his keys on the table. Upon walking BACK into the restaurant to retrieve his keys, our table was still left untouched with the menus sitting exactly where we placed them on the table prior to our departure. Only then, when we walked back in to retrieve his keys, did the manager say anything to us about not getting service. When I told her that we had not been serviced, she offered to serve us right away but at this point it was much too late. Very disappointed in the experience and will not be returning to this location for the time being.

Terrible experience. My group was seated (only 4-5 tables of patrons dining, so it wasn t busy), waited 15 minutes and no one greeted us, even though multiple employees were seemingly walking around doing nothing. I asked if someone was going to be able to help us, another 5 minutes went by and still nothing. Ended up just leaving. The food is excellent. I ve been there about six times and never disappointed. The reason I m giving it a 3 star is the service was awful last time I was there. The waiter got a big table and just left us unattended and we spoke to the manager who did not care either. It was very frustrating. It made us late back from lunch and normally you can eat with plenty of time there at lunch. What made me mad is the manager didn t even offer a free beverage, appetizer or anything. Recommended by a family member. Excellent atmosphere for watching the game. Quiet and chill so you can hear the game and welcoming to new customers. Ordered the original buffalo wings mild as I have children. Absolutely delicious and kids enjoyed them also. I do hope that they will allow customers in the future to choose drums or flats but I understand economically why its not feasible. 10/10 I highly recommend giving them a try because I will be returning.
